FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of a boot wiper showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a top view of the boot wiper shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a front view of the boot wiper shown in FIG. 1, with the rear view being a mirror image thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a right side view of the boot wiper shown in FIG. 1, with the left side view being a mirror image thereof.

The bottom of the design forms no part of the claimed design.
