Claims
- 1. A fishing lure recuperator comprising:
a looped piece having a length a width and two opposite ends; each of said opposite ends having a hole; two sides along the length which are not parallel; one of said sides forming a generally triangular shape; an insertion slot at the apex of said triangular shape situated generally halfway along the length of said looped piece; said insertion slot funneling into a small grabber incision sized for engaging onto a fishing line while being able to hold and contain a fishing lure; a connector means to releasably connect to said looped piece by way of its said holes; a cord attached to said connector means.
- 2. A fishing lure recuperator having the following method of use:
a looped piece is passed around a fishing line and releasably connected by way of a connector means and said connector means attached to a cord; said lure recuperator let to slide downward along said fishing line; a user pulling lightly on said cord so that an insertion slot guides a small grabber incision into seizing said fishing lure.
- 3. A fishing lure recuperator as in claim 1 wherein:
said connector means being a bolt snap.
- 4. A fishing lure recuperator as in claim 1 wherein:
an angle formed within the looped piece contributes to maintaining said fishing lure within the hold of said looped piece.
- 5. A fishing lure recuperator as in claim 4 wherein:
said angle being between 9 to 25 degrees.
- 6. A fishing lure recuperator as in claim 1 wherein:
said looped piece being made of non buoyant material.
- 7. A fishing lure recuperator as in claim 6 wherein:
said looped piece being made of metal.
- 8. A fishing lure recuperator as in claim 7 wherein:
said looped piece being made of stainless steel.
