This invention relates to grounding footwear. In particular, this invention relates to the footwear grounding system combined with a crystalized composite embedded into the sole, wherein the self-energizing crystals protect the biofield from the harmful EMF emitted from electrical devices and enhance the electromagnetic field, giving the body balance.
Interest in the practice of “grounding” or “earthing” the human body has grown in recent years. In the simplest form, the practice involves being in direct contact with the ground or earth by walking, sitting or lying (the terms “grounding” and “earthing” are interchangeable, and for brevity hereinafter will be referred to simply as “grounding” or the “ground”). When grounded in this manner, any extraneous static electricity, positive ions and other electromagnetic fields and charges that are present in the human body can be naturally dissipated to the ground. Grounding the human body on a regular basis allows it to dissipate all of the extraneous static electricity and charges that are accumulated whilst wearing manmade soles, and by living and working at elevated levels to the ground and allows an individual to harness or receive the negative ions that are present in organic materials, such as rain, trees, plants and minerals from the ground. Various scientific studies have pointed to a positive effect on the human psyche, and an improved general sense of wellbeing by the practice of grounding.
By looking at prior art multiple advancements have been seen in similar regards. For instance, a US patent 2,007,0000155A1 relates to shoes with electrostatically grounding. The shoes with electrostatic grounding includes a sole, connected to the top of the shoes, an insole placed on the sole, and an electro conductive element, made as one or more rivets, connecting the sole with the insole and providing reliable electric contact between the user's body and a ground under the user's shoes.
A WO patent 2,017,199020A1 relates to Grounding footwear. The present invention relates to an article of footwear for grounding the human body to earth, comprising: a covered upper; a sole having an outer sole face distal from a user and an inner sole face proximate to the user; one or more electrically conductive portions which extend through the sole from the outer sole face to the inner sole face; and an electrically conductive layer which extends over a portion of the inner sole face and being configured to make conductive contact with the foot of the human body.

A U.S. Pat. No. 4,398,277A relates to conductive elastomeric fabric and body strap. A fabric and body strap having both electrically conductive and elastomeric properties. A fabric is formed by interlacing at least one yarn into a series of interlocking loops and preferably knitted. The yarn includes an end having an electrically conductive fiber and an end having an elastomeric fiber. It is preferred that an electrically conductive yarn and an insulative yarn are interlaced together to form a series of interlocking loops. The electrically conductive yarn includes an end having an electrically conductive fiber and the insulative yarn includes an end having an insulative fiber. Either one or both of the electrically conductive fiber and the insulative fiber is plaited with an end having an elastomeric fiber. The electrically conductive yarn and the insulative yarn may be knit together on two levels forming a face and a back with the electrically conductive yarn forming interlocking loops on the face while the insulative yarn forms interlocking loops on both the face and back. Electrical and mechanical connectors, either separate or combined, form the fabric into a body strap.
There are also known various methods and variations of the footwear design intended to remove a static electricity from a person's body. Such methods and devices are described, for example, in patents of the U.S. Pat. Nos. 5,233,769; 5,319,867; 5,448,840; 5,576,924; 6,707,659B2.

These prior systems are limited by their design and usability, rendering them unsuitable for a broad range of users. Furthermore, the ease of use of these systems may be called into question.
As such, there is a need for alternative solutions that address these limitations and provide a more user-friendly experience. To this end, further research and development are necessary to create innovative systems that overcome the shortcomings of previous designs and enable convenient use for a wider range of users.
It is noteworthy that the current invention presents an assembly that boasts several advancements, including Earthing Shoes. The outsole of these shoes is made of vegan biodegradable material, complemented with a 100% hemp insole. In addition, the shoes feature a grounding system, which is augmented by an exclusive crystalized composite embedded into the sole. This provides the wearer with a self-energizing effect while shielding the biofield from the harmful EMF emitted by electrical devices. The shoes also enhance the electromagnetic field, promoting bodily balance.

It is well known that electrostatic electricity inevitably accumulates on a human's body. This is adversely reflected on a person's health and its environmental problem demands immediate and radical decision.
It is obvious, that the use of footwear made of rubber and other synthetic materials creates a very serious problem for human health, especially when such materials are used in shoe insoles and soles. However, these materials have received the greatest utilization in manufacturing sports footwear and inexpensive daily footwear used by a prevailing part of the population.
The present invention is directed to an effective, simple, and inexpensive grounding shoes with a rightful combination of novel, enhanced and traditionally used materials, to a removal of static electricity from a person's body by creating an electric contact (grounding) between a person's foot and a ground.
The traditional Earthing means reconnecting the conductive human body to the normal and subtle electrical surface charge of the Earth, an effortless lifestyle practice that systemically affects the body's fundamental bioelectrical function. Doing so stabilizes the physiology remarkably, decreases inflammation, pain, and stress, increases sleep, blood flow, and lymphatic/venous return to the heart, and creates greater well-being. There are structural consequences that are profound. People also say that they feel and look safer and younger after they begin Earthing. Many with pain experience less pain. Even morale improves. Earthing is simple to do and, especially for people with chronic health problems, often produces fast results.
Earthing is a powerful method for preventing and rehabilitating health and healing, a technique that can be used on its own or in combination with clinical therapies to alleviate not only symptoms but root causes of symptoms and dysfunction that begin at the physiology's deep bioelectric levels.
It is now time for the medical community to begin to understand that a body attached to the ground is equally more secure and healthier than a ungrounded body. It works more naturally, as humans have become increasingly detached from the Planet, a condition lost over time. Obviously, we no longer sleep on the grass, rarely walk outside barefoot, and almost exclusively wear insulating plastic sole shoes for more than half a century instead of conventional and conductive leather footwear. We live and work, spending most or some of our time disconnected, often in high rises well above ground.
Thus the lack of contact with the Earth can lead to electrical imbalances, the accumulation of destructive static electricity (positive charges), and an unrecognized deficit of electrons in the body, as well as susceptibility to malfunction, disease, and disorder. As is well known, Planet Earth's surface is electrically influenced by countless lightning bolts, solar radiation, and other dynamics of the atmosphere. However, it is not so well understood that these phenomena give our land masses and water bodies a continually refreshed supply of subatomic particles called free electrons that give the Earth a normal negative electrical charge. Biological Earthing research indicates that for both the animal and plant kingdoms, this very same electrical charge, and its infinite supply of electrons and their diurnal frequencies, plays a governing and nurturing function, a form of “electrical nutrition,” so to speak. The research results have endorsed the hypothesis that Earthing enables a substantial transfer of free electrons into the body, resulting in rapid physiological changes, often instantaneous. Earthing preserves and retains an internal electrical condition that is normal. A few years ago, Sokal and Sokal, two Polish doctors and scholars, conducted a series of experiments and concluded that the human body is a “universal controlling force in Nature” Bioelectric, bioenergetic, and biochemical processes are highly regulated and tend to have a significant modulating effect on chronic diseases and dysfunction.
As per its further embodiments the external biological stimulation triggers electrical and chemical reactions that influence important biological activities in human life. In Oriental medicine, acupressure is also considered to induce such reactions, thereby allowing unbalanced physiological situations to return to normal balanced physiological conditions. In Western medicine, the physiological theory of acupressure has been explained as a mechanism for cytology-based nerve and endocrine cell control. The sensory system is activated by the sensory or nerve receptor neural complex in the process of acupressure. However, while acupressure stimulation results in brain responses, it may not be accurate for all acupressure responses to occur only through the nervous system, because the biological response to external stimulation through the nervous system is much faster than is possible. This indicates that biological systems other than the nervous system could be involved in acupressure reactions. As a result, acupressure may be called the movement of electrical energy into nervous or connective tissue.
It has been stated that acupressure stimulation appears to produce ion-electric-charge, which is transmitted via various biological pathways. It is also well known that the effect of acupressure therapy depends on the electrical charge volume or the duration of acupressure stimulation. Regarding electricity, the acupressure stimulation of the Meridian circuit amplifies the small currents and voltages that this circuit produces. This electricity can result from the electrical potential due to the current produced by the stimulation of acupressure points by the acupressure needle or the chemical reaction between the acupuncture needle and the hypodermis. As it affects the distribution of ions and bioelectrical charges, the chemical reaction can be presumed to have the same effect as the electrical reaction.
The grounding shoe as per its preferred embodiments, has undergone significant improvements to achieve better grounding and earthing objectives. The outsole of the shoe is now made of eco-friendly materials, including hemp, vegan and biodegradable materials. The pressure points on the bottom of the shoe have been replaced with a watch battery-like rivet made of copper or any other conductive components. This innovative design ensures the flow of electrons from the Earth to the bottom of the foot, providing a pathway for the current to pass through.
As per its further embodiments, the rivet is attached to a thin strip of copper or any other conductive material lined on the topside of the outsole. This lining provides continuity and conductivity from the Earth to the bottom of the foot. The insole of the shoe is made of hemp-infused with copper or any other conductive material. This design aims to provide benefits such as reducing inflammation, improving sleep quality, reducing stress levels, and increasing energy levels.
As per its further embodiments, in case the wearer prefers to wear socks, they have the option to wear hemp-infused copper or any other conductive material to complete the grounding system between the Earth and the bottom of the foot. Moreover, the topside of the outsole has been drilled to a depth to install three proprietary piezoelectric crystals, which generate an electric charge when compressed. This results in an additional benefit of increased energy through the production of piezoelectricity.
The manufacturing of shoes involves a sequence of six critical steps. The foremost of these is designing the shoe, which encompasses developing sketches or utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) software to create a 3D model of the shoe.
The second phase in the production of a shoe entails the creation of a pattern. This involves the finalization of the design followed by measurements of the foot to produce a template that will guide the cutting of the shoe material.
Subsequently, the third phase involves cutting the shoe material based on the pattern produced in the previous step. The materials that are cut include the upper, lining, and sole, as specified in the pattern.
Upon completion of the cutting process, the materials are meticulously stitched together utilizing a sewing machine. This intricate procedure involves attaching the upper and lining materials, followed by the sole of the shoe.
Subsequent to the stitching process, the shoe is finalized. This entails meticulously trimming any superfluous material, refining the edges, and garnishing the shoe with any necessary embellishments.
The final phase is to ensure that the shoe aligns with the quality standards. This involves undertaking a thorough inspection of the shoe to identify any defects or flaws, and then rectifying them accordingly to ensure that the shoe surpasses the required standards.
