Claims
- 1. An image processing device comprising:means for placing a player character operated by a player in a virtual space formed within a computer system and proceeding a shooting game with an enemy character while controlling the movement of said player character according to input operations and predetermined rules; image displaying means for displaying the state within said virtual space as a screen seen from a certain viewpoint; means for setting a plurality of collision points to the enemy character, wherein at least one of the plurality of collision points is viewable from the viewpoint and at least one of the plurality of collision points is not viewable from the viewpoint; and means for setting one or more lock-on cursors to the enemy character to be attached, wherein the setting the one or more lock-on cursors occurs in order starting from the collision point nearest the player character, and wherein the one or more lock-on cursors is set only to collision points on the player character side and viewable from the viewpoint, and allowing the player character to shoot at the enemy character at the one or more lock-on cursors.
- 2. A method performed in an image processing device, the method comprising:placing a player character operated by a player in a virtual space formed within a computer system and proceeding a shooting game with an enemy character while controlling the movement of said player character according to input operations and predetermined rules; displaying the state within said virtual space as a screen seen from a certain viewpoint; setting a plurality of collision points to the enemy character, wherein at least one of the plurality of collision points is viewable from the viewpoint and at least one of the plurality of collision points is not viewable from the viewpoint; and setting one or more lock-on cursors to the enemy character to be attached, wherein the setting the one or more lock-on cursors occurs in order starting from the collision point nearest the player character, and wherein the one or more lock-on cursors is set only to collision points on the player character side and viewable from the viewpoint, and allowing the player character to shoot at the enemy character at the one or more lock-on cursors.
