Claims
- 1. An imaging apparatus comprising:
an imaging device which cyclically picks up an image of an object and cyclically outputs an image signal of the object, the imaging device comprising an adjusting unit which adjusts a brightness of the image signal; an input device which inputs an arbitrary brightness adjustment level; an instructing device which instructs a start of cyclic picking-up by the imaging device; a first controller which sets a brightness adjusting quantity of the adjusting unit based on the arbitrary brightness adjustment level input by the input device when the start of cyclic picking-up is instructed by the instructing device; a detector which detects the brightness of the image signal which is cyclically output from the imaging device; and a second controller which controls the brightness adjusting quantity of the adjusting unit based on the brightness of the image signal detected by the detector.
- 2. The imaging apparatus according to claim 1, wherein
the imaging device comprises an image pickup device; the input device inputs arbitrary exposure time information; the first controller sets an exposure time of the image pickup device based on the arbitrary exposure time information input by the input device when the start of cyclic picking-up is instructed by the instructing device; and the second controller controls the exposure time of the image pickup device based on the brightness of the image signal detected by the detector.
- 3. The imaging apparatus according to claim 1, wherein
the imaging device comprises an image pickup device and an aperture device which adjusts an amount of light incident to the image pickup device; the input device inputs arbitrary aperture size information; the first controller sets an aperture size of the aperture device based on the arbitrary aperture size information input by the input device when the start of cyclic picking-up is instructed by the instructing device; and the second controller controls the aperture size of the aperture device based on the brightness of the image signal detected by the detector.
- 4. The imaging apparatus according to claim 1, wherein
the imaging device comprises an image pickup device and an amplifier which amplifies an output signal of the image pickup device; the input device inputs arbitrary gain information; the first controller sets a gain of the amplifier based on the arbitrary gain information input by the input device when the start of cyclic picking-up is instructed by the instructing device; and the second controller controls the gain of the amplifier based on the brightness of the image signal detected by the detector.
- 5. The imaging apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the instructing device instructs a turn-on of a power supply of the imaging apparatus.
- 6. The imaging apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the second controller changes the brightness adjusting quantity of the adjusting unit by a quantity based on the brightness of the image signal detected by the detector.
- 7. An imaging apparatus comprising:
an imaging device which cyclically picks up an image of an object and cyclically outputs an image signal of the object, the imaging device comprising an adjusting unit which adjusts a brightness of the image signal; an instructing device which instructs a start of cyclic picking-up by the imaging device; a first detector which cyclically detects an environment brightness before the start of cyclic picking-up is instructed by the instructing device; a first controller which sets a brightness adjusting quantity of the adjusting unit based on the environment brightness detected by the first detector when the start of cyclic picking-up is instructed by the instructing device; a second detector which detects the brightness of the image signal which is cyclically output from the imaging device; and a second controller which controls the brightness adjusting quantity of the adjusting unit based on the brightness of the image signal detected by the second detector.
- 8. The imaging apparatus according to claim 7, further comprising a storage device which stores information representative of the environment brightness detected by the first detector, and wherein the first controller sets the brightness adjustment quantity of the adjusting unit based on the information representative of the environment brightness stored in the storage device when the start of cyclic picking-up is instructed by the instructing device.
- 9. The imaging apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the instructing device instructs a turn-on of a power supply of the imaging apparatus.
- 10. An imaging apparatus comprising:
an imaging device which cyclically picks up an image of an object and cyclically outputs an image signal of the object, the imaging device comprising an adjusting unit which adjusts a brightness of the image signal; a detector which detects the brightness of the image signal cyclically output from the imaging device; a first controller which controls a brightness adjusting quantity of the adjusting unit based on the brightness detected by the detector; a first instructing device which instructs an end of cyclic picking-up by the imaging device; a second instructing device which instructs a start of cyclic picking-up by the imaging device; a storage device which stores information representative of the brightness adjusting quantity of the adjusting unit when the first instructing device instructs the end of cyclic picking-up; and a second controller which controls the brightness adjusting quantity of the adjusting unit based on the information representative of the brightness adjusting quantity stored in the storage device when the second instructing device instructs the start of cyclic picking-up, wherein the first controller controls the brightness adjusting quantity of the adjusting unit controlled by the second controller based on the brightness of the image signal detected by the detector.
- 11. The imaging apparatus according to claim 10, wherein the first instructing device instructs a turn-off of a power supply of the imaging apparatus, and
the second instructing device instructs a turn-on of the power supply of the imaging apparatus.
- 12. An imaging apparatus comprising:
an imaging device which cyclically picks up an image of an object and cyclically outputs an image signal of the object, the imaging device comprising an adjusting unit which adjusts a brightness of the image signal; an instructing device which instructs a start of cyclic picking-up by the imaging device; an acquiring device which acquires current time information when the start of cyclic picking-up is instructed by the instructing device; a first controller which sets a brightness adjusting quantity of the adjusting unit based on the current time information acquired by the acquiring device; a detector which detects the brightness of the image signal which is cyclically output from the imaging device; and a second controller which controls the brightness adjusting quantity of the adjusting unit based on the brightness of the image signal detected by the detector.
- 13. The imaging apparatus according to claim 12, wherein the instructing device instructs a turn-on of a power supply of the imaging apparatus.
- 14. An imaging apparatus comprising:
an imaging device which cyclically picks up an image of an object and cyclically outputs an image signal of the object, the imaging device comprising an adjusting unit which adjusts a brightness of the image signal; a mode setting device which inputs mode information representative of an arbitrary operation mode of the imaging device which is selected from a plurality of operation modes; an instructing device which instructs a start of cyclic picking-up by the imaging device; an acquiring device which acquires the mode information of the imaging device input by the mode setting device when the start of cyclic picking-up is instructed by the instructing device; a first controller which sets a brightness adjusting quantity of the adjusting unit based on the operation mode information acquired by the acquiring device; a detector which detects the brightness of the image which is signal cyclically output from the imaging device; and a second controller which controls the brightness adjusting quantity of the adjusting unit based on the brightness of the image signal detected by the detector.
- 15. The imaging apparatus according to claim 14, wherein the instructing device instructs a turn-on of a power supply of the imaging apparatus.
- 16. An imaging apparatus comprising:
an imaging device which cyclically picks up an image of an object and cyclically outputs an image signal of the object, the imaging device comprising an adjusting unit which adjusts a brightness of the image signal; an instructing device which instructs a start of cyclic picking-up by the imaging device; an acquiring device which acquires current position information of the imaging apparatus when the start of cyclic picking-up is instructed by the instructing device; a first controller which sets a brightness adjusting quantity of the adjusting unit based on the current position information acquired by the acquiring device; a detector which detects the brightness of the image signal which is cyclically output from the imaging device; and a second controller which controls the brightness adjusting quantity of the adjusting unit based on the brightness of the image signal detected by the detector.
- 17. The imaging apparatus according to claim 16, wherein the instructing device instructs a turn-on of a power supply of the imaging apparatus.
- 18. An imaging method comprising:
inputting an arbitrary brightness adjustment level; instructing start of cyclic picking-up by an imaging device; adjusting a brightness of an image signal output from the imaging device based on the arbitrary brightness adjustment level when the start of cyclic picking-up is instructed; detecting the brightness of the image signal which is cyclically output from the imaging device; and adjusting the brightness of the image signal based on the detected brightness of the image signal cyclically output from the imaging device.
- 19. An imaging method comprising:
cyclically detecting an environment brightness; instructing start of cyclic picking-up by an imaging device; adjusting a brightness of an image signal output from the imaging device based on the environment brightness detected when the start of cyclic picking-up is instructed; detecting the brightness of the image signal which is cyclically output from the imaging device; and adjusting the brightness of the image signal based on the detected brightness of the image signal cyclically output from the imaging device.
- 20. An imaging method comprising:
detecting a brightness of an image signal cyclically output from an imaging device; adjusting the brightness of the image signal based on the brightness of the image signal detected; instructing end of cyclic picking-up by the imaging device; storing information representative of a brightness adjustment quantity of the image signal which is set when the end of cyclic picking-up is instructed; instructing start of cyclic picking-up by the imaging device; setting a brightness adjusting quantity of the image signal based on the stored information when the start of cyclic picking-up is instructed; detecting the brightness of the image signal which is adjusted based on the set brightness adjusting quantity; and controlling the set brightness adjusting quantity based on the brightness of the detected image signal.
- 21. An imaging method comprising:
instructing start of cyclic picking-up by an imaging device; acquiring current time information when the start of cyclic picking-up is instructed; adjusting a brightness of an image signal output from the imaging device based on the detected time information; detecting the brightness of the image signal which is cyclically output from the imaging device; and controlling the imaging device based on the detected brightness of the image signal to adjust the brightness of the imaging signal cyclically output from the imaging device.
