Claims
- 1. A magnetic head adapted to be in sliding contact with a magneto-optical recording medium, the magnetic head comprising:
- a magnetic assembly including a core and a bobbin on which a coil is attached;
- a slidable contact body where an attachment hole is formed for attaching the magnetic assembly to the slidable contact body, wherein an engagement portion is formed at either one of the magnetic assembly and the slidable contact body, and a portion to be engaged is formed at the other one of the magnetic assembly and the slidable contact body, wherein the engagement portion and the portion to be engaged are engaged with each other by elastic deformation of at least one of the engagement portion and the portion to be engaged relative to the other of said engagement portion and said portion to be engaged so that the magnetic assembly is attached to the slidable contact body; and
- an elastically displaceable power supply terminal provided within the attachment hole of the slidable contact body so that the bobbin attached within the attachment hole comes into contact with the terminal to carry out power supply to the coil and the power supply terminal, wherein the elastically displaceable power supply terminal comprises an attachment portion attached to the slidable contact body, and a bending portion projected into the attachment hole of the slidable contact body and adapted to elastically come into contact with the bobbin attached within the attachment hole, the attachment portion and the bending portion being integrally formed.
- 2. A magnetic head as set forth in claim 1, wherein the bending portion is bent into the attachment hole of the slidable contact body.
- 3. A magnetic head as set forth in claim 1, wherein the elastically displaceable power supply terminal is integrally attached to the slidable contact body by insert molding.
- 4. A magnetic head adapted to be in sliding contact with a magneto-optical recording medium, the magnetic head comprising:
- a core;
- a bobbin including an insertion hole into which at least a portion of the core is inserted, a recessed portion at which a coil is formed so as to surround the insertion hole, and a flange portion;
- a slidable contact body which has an attachment hole for attaching the core and the bobbin, and at least one of a portion of the slidable contact body and one surface of the flange portion of the bobbin constitutes a slidable contact surface for the magneto-optical recording medium, wherein an engagement portion is formed at either one of the bobbin and the slidable contact body and a portion to be engaged is formed at the other one of the bobbin and the slidable contact body, wherein the engagement portion and the portion to be engaged are engaged with each other by elastic deformation of at least one of the engagement portion and the portion to be engaged relative to the other of said engagement portion and said portion to be engaged so that the bobbin is attached to the slidable contact body; and
- an elastically displaceable power supply terminal provided within the attachment hole of the slidable contact body so that the bobbin attached within the attachment hole comes into contact with the terminal to carry out power supply to the coil and the sower supply terminal, wherein the elastically displaceable power supply terminal comprises an attachment portion attached to the slidable contact body, and a bending portion projected into the attachment hole of the slidable contact body and adapted to elastically come into contact with the bobbin attached within the attachment hole, wherein the attachment portion and the bending portion are integrally formed.
- 5. A magnetic head as set forth in claim 4, wherein the bending portion is bent into the attachment hole of the slidable contact body.
- 6. A magnetic head as set forth in claim 4, wherein the elastically displaceable power supply terminal is integrally attached to the slidable contact body by insert molding.
