Claims
- 1. A method for inhibiting cellular growth, comprising causing a cell to express, in vitro, a polypeptide having the whole amino acid sequence of Hel-N1 set forth in FIG. 1.
- 2. The method of claim 1, comprising administering DNA encoding said polypeptide to said cell in a manner permitting for expression of said polypeptide in said cell.
- 3. The method of claim 1, comprising administering RNA encoding said polypeptide to said cell in a manner permitting for expression of said polypeptide in said cell.
- 4. The method of claim 2, comprising using liposome-mediated delivery or retrovirus-mediated delivery of said DNA to said cell.
- 5. The method of claim 3, comprising using liposome-mediated delivery or retrovirus-mediated delivery of said RNA to said cell.
