Claims
- 1. A percutaneous preparation of tulobuterol consisting of a support having thereon a base layer consisting of a pressure-sensitive adhesive .[.containing.]. .Iadd.and .Iaddend.tulobuterol, wherein the tulobuterol is present in an amount of from 1 to 50% by weight based on the total weight of the base layer, and wherein said pressure-sensitive adhesive consists of a mixture of (i) from 10 to 80% by weight, based on the amount of said pressure-sensitive adhesive, of polyisobutylene having a viscosity-average molecular weight of from 900,000 to 2,100,000, and (ii) at least one polyisobutylene selected from the group consisting of
- (a) from 0 to 80% by weight, based on the amount of said pressure-sensitive adhesive, of polyisobutylene having a viscosity-average molecular weight of from 500 to 4,000, and
- (b) from 0 to 90% by weight, based on the amount of said pressure-sensitive adhesive, of polyisobutylene having a viscosity-average molecular weight of from 10,000 to 200,000.
- 2. A percutaneous preparation of tulobuterol as claimed in claim 1, wherein said pressure-sensitive adhesive contains from 20 to 50% by weight of polyisobutylene having a viscosity-average molecular weight of from 900,000 to 2,100,000, from 10 to 60% by weight of polyisobutylene having a viscosity-average molecular weight of from 500 to 4,000, and from 10 to 80% by weight of polyisobutylene having a viscosity-average molecular weight of from 10,000 to 200,000, all based on the total weight of said pressure-sensitive adhesive.
- 3. A percutaneous preparation of tulobuterol as claimed in claim 1, wherein the amount of tulobuterol is from 5 to 20% by weight based on the total weight of said base layer. .Iadd.4. A percutaneous preparation of tulobuterol consisting of a support having thereon a base layer consisting of a pressure-sensitive adhesive, tulobuterol and a thermoplastic resin, wherein the tulobuterol is present in an amount of from 1 to 50% by weight based on the total weight of the base layer, and wherein said pressure-sensitive adhesive consists of a mixture of (i) from 10 to 80% by weight, based on the amount of said pressure-sensitive adhesive, of polyisobutylene having a viscosity-average molecular weight of from 900,000 to 2,100,000, and (ii) at least one polyisobutylene selected from the group consisting of
- (a) from 0 to 80% by weight, based on the amount of said pressure-sensitive adhesive, of polyisobutylene having a viscosity-average molecular weight of from 500 to 4,000, and
- (b) from 0 to 90% by weight, based on the amount of said pressure-sensitive adhesive, of polyisobutylene having a viscosity-average molecular weight of 10,000 to 200,000..Iaddend..Iadd.5. A percutaneous preparation of tulobuterol as claimed in claim 4, wherein the amount of said thermoplastic resin is 50% by weight or less based on the total weight of said pressure-sensitive adhesive..Iaddend..Iadd.6. A percutaneous preparation of tulobuterol as claimed in claim 5, wherein the amount of said thermoplastic resin is from 5 to 40% by weight based on the total weight of said pressure-sensitive adhesive..Iaddend..Iadd.7. A percutaneous preparation of tulobuterol as claimed in claim 4, wherein said thermoplastic resin is crystalline at room temperature and has a softening point of from 50 to 250.degree. C..Iaddend.
