Claims
- 1. A compound of the formula Ib ##STR18## wherein R.sup.1 is H, halogen, C.sub.1 -C.sub.3 alkyl, or --CF.sub.3 ;
- R.sup.2 is H, C.sub.1 -C.sub.3 alkyl, C.sub.2 -C.sub.3 alkenyl, or --CF.sub.3 ;
- R.sup.3 is H, halogen, C.sub.1 -C.sub.8 alkyl;
- R.sup.4 is H, halogen, or C.sub.1 -C.sub.8 alkyl;
- R.sup.6 is H or C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl;
- R.sup.10 is H or C.sub.1 -C.sub.6 alkyl;
- m and m' are independently 0-8;
- n and n' are independently 0 or 1;
- p and p' are independently 0-8;
- m+n+p is 1-10;
- m'+n'+p' is 1-10;
- Q.sup.1 and Q.sup.2 are independently --COOR.sup.2 or --CONR.sup.10 R.sup.10 ;
- X.sup.2 and X.sup.3 are independently O or S;
- Z.sup.1 and Z.sup.2 are independently --CONR.sup.2 --;
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof;
- with the proviso that the following are not all simultaneously true:
- (a) m and m' are independently 1-8;
- (b) n=n'=p=p'=0
- (c) Q.sup.1 and Q.sup.2 are independently --COOR.sup.2 or CONR.sup.10 R.sup.10.
- 2. A compound of formula Ic ##STR19## wherein R.sup.1 is H, halogen, C.sub.1 -C.sub.3 alkyl, or --CF.sub.3 ;
- R.sup.2 is H, C.sub.1 -C.sub.3 alkyl, C.sub.2 -C.sub.3 alkenyl, or --CF.sub.3 ;
- R.sup.3 is H, halogen, C.sub.1 -C.sub.8 alkyl;
- R.sup.4 is H, halogen, or C.sub.1 -C.sub.8 alkyl;
- R.sup.6 is H or C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl;
- R.sup.10 is H or C.sub.1 -C.sub.6 alkyl;
- m and m' are independently 0-8;
- n and n' are independently 0 or 1;
- p and p' are independently 0-8;
- m+n+p is 1-10;
- m'+n'+p' is 1-10;
- Q.sup.1 and Q.sup.2 are independently --COOR.sup.2 or --CONR.sup.10 R.sup.10 ;
- X.sup.2 and X.sup.3 are independently O or S;
- Z.sup.1 and Z.sup.2 are independently --CONR.sup.2 --;
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof;
- with the proviso that the following are not all simultaneously true:
- (a) m and m' are independently 1-8;
- (b) n=n'=p=p'=0
- (c) Q.sup.1 and Q.sup.2 are independently --COOR.sup.2 or CONR.sup.10 R.sup.10.
