Claims
- 1. A compound of the formula ##SPC5##
- in which A is R.sup.2 -- S --, R.sup.2, R.sup.3, and R.sup.4 are saturated or unsaturated aliphatic hydrocarbon radicals having from 1 to 7 carbon atoms, cycloalkyl and cycloalkenyl radicals having from 3-8 carbon atoms, phenyl-lower alkyl radicals having from 7 to 10 carbon atoms or cycloalkyl -- lower alkyl radicals having from 4 to 12 carbon atoms, R.sup.2 and R.sup.3 may also be mono- or bi-cyclic carbocyclic aryl radicals, R.sup.5 is a lower alkyl radical, R.sup.6 is a lower alkyl radical or a lower alkanoyl groups, R.sup.3, R.sup.4, R.sup.5 and R.sup.6 may also be a hydrogen atom, R.sup.2 may also be substituted with chlorine, fluorine, methyl, trifluoromethyl, carboxy, carbethoxy, dimethyl amino, hydroxy, methoxy, benzyloxy, or sulfamyl groups and R.sup.4 may be substituted with chlorine, methyl, and methoxy groups; pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, and esters thereof with lower alkanols, phenol, cyanomethanol or benzyl alcohol.
- 2. 3-n-Butylamino-4-phenyl-thio-5-sulfamyl-benzoic acid, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof or an ester thereof with a lower alkanol, phenol, cyanomethanol or benzyl alcohol.
- 3. 3-Benzylamino-4-phenylthio-5-sulfamyl-benzoic acid, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof or an ester thereof with a lower alkanol, phenol, cyanomethanol or benzyl alcohol.
