Claims
- 1. A 4-acylaminopyridine derivative represented by the following formula (I): ##STR661## wherein R.sup.1 represents a group represented by the following formula (II): ##STR662## wherein R.sup.2 and R.sup.3 together with the nitrogen atom to which both R.sup.2 and R.sup.3 are attached represent ##STR663## wherein R.sup.6 represents a hydrogen atom or C.sub.1 -C.sub.6 alkyl group, and n represents 0 or an integer from 1 to 3; ##STR664## wherein R.sup.7 represents a hydrogen atom, C.sub.1 -C.sub.6 alkyl group or halogen atom, R.sup.8 and R.sup.9 independently represents a hydrogen atom or C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl group, R.sup.10 and R.sup.11 independently represents a hydrogen atom or C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl group; and ##STR665## wherein each of R.sup.12 and R.sup.13 independently represents a hydrogen atom or C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl group or R.sup.12 and R.sup.13 may be combined together to form a C.sub.2 -C.sub.6 alkylene group, ##STR666## and a pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salt thereof.
- 2. A pharmaceutical composition comprising pharmaceutically effective amount of the 4-acylaminopyridine derivative according to claim 1 or the pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salt according to claim 1, and a pharmaceutically acceptable adjuvant.
