Claims
- 1. A compound of the formula ##STR39## wherein R.sup.1 is lower alkyl, phenyl, phenyl-lower alkyl or cyclo-lower alkyl having 4 to 7 carbon atoms;
- R.sup.2 is hydrogen, lower alkyl or phenyl;
- and R.sup.4 is hydrogen, halogen, hydroxy, lower alkoxy or amino.
- 2. A compound as in claim 1 wherein R.sup.1 is lower alkyl.
- 3. A compound as in claim 1 wherein R.sup.1 is phenyl.
- 4. A compound as in claim 1 wherein R.sup.2 and R.sup.4 each is hydrogen.
- 5. A compound as in claim 1 wherein R.sup.2 is hydrogen and R.sup.4 is halogen.
- 6. A compound as in claim 1 wherein R.sup.1 is methyl and R.sup.2 and R.sup.4 each is hydrogen.
- 7. A compound as in claim 1 wherein R.sup.1 is methyl; R.sup.2 is hydrogen and R.sup.4 is chloro.
- 8. A compound as in claim 1 wherein R.sup.1 is phenyl and R.sup.2 and R.sup.4 each is hydrogen.
- 9. A process for producing a compound of claim 1 which comprises the step of heating at about 120.degree. to 140.degree. C. in the presence of a phosphoric acid a compound of the formula ##STR40## wherein R.sup.4 has the same meaning as in claim 1, with a compound of the formula ##STR41## wherein R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 have the same meaning as in claim 1.
- 10. A process as in claim 9 wherein R.sup.1 is lower alkyl and R.sup.2 and R.sup.4 each is hydrogen.
- 11. A process as in claim 9 wherein R.sup.1 is methyl, R.sup.2 and R.sup.4 each is hydrogen.
- 12. A process as in claim 9 wherein R.sup.1 is methyl, R.sup.2 is hydrogen and R.sup.4 is chloro.
- 13. A process as in claim 9 wherein R.sup.1 is phenyl and R.sup.2 and R.sup.4 each is hydrogen.
