Claims
- 1. A compound having the structural formula ##STR73## and stereoisomers thereof, wherein each R is independently hydrogen or hydroxy, provided at least one R is hydroxy;
- R.sup.1 is hydrogen or lower alkyl; and
- R.sup.3 is ##STR74##
- 2. A compound in accordance with claim 1 wherein both R groups are hydroxy.
- 3. A compound in accordance with claim 1 wherein one R group is hydrogen and one R group is hydroxy.
- 4. A compound in accordance with claim 1 wherein R.sup.1 is hydrogen.
- 5. A compound in accordance with claim 1 wherein R.sup.1 is lower alkyl.
- 6. A compound in accordance with claim 1 wherein R.sup.3 is ##STR75##
- 7. A compound in accordance with claim 1 wherein R.sup.3 is ##STR76##
