DM0000: The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a bottle seen from multiple angles. The cap and upper neck of the bottle is red and includes the following elements: two silver horizontal stripes that are intersected by the letter "B" written in gold with a golf staff that cuts through the letter diagonally; and a silver and darker grey stripe at the lower portion of the neck; the top of cap is in red and has two gold circles with the letter "B" in gold in the center and with a gold staff going from the top left of the letter "B" to the lower right of the letter "B". The front of the bottle includes: an embossed number "1820"; a floral design in white and red; a black label which is interposed over the floral design and positioned in the middle of the bottle. The black label is outlined in gold stripes and has the word "BEEFEATER" in white, then the word "LONDON" written in gold below, and then the word "PINK" written in the color in pink below the word "LONDON". There is an image of a man that is positioned on the top of the label. The man is shown in red clothing, white gloves, black and red shoes and a black and white hat, holding a red staff. Toward the bottom of the bottle is another small black label with a gold border. One side of the bottle has the word "LONDON" embossed vertically and the other side of the bottle has the words "MADE IN" embossed vertically. The back of the bottle includes: an embossed number "1820" and the back details from the front of the bottle: a floral design that appears in pink; a black label overlapping the floral design with a gold border and an image of a man holding a staff that appears in pink; and a small black label toward the bottom of the bottle. The shape of the bottle and bottle cap are not claimed as a feature of the mark.
