DM0000: The mark consists of a three dimensional configuration of a bottle including a cap, a widened and curved mid-section, a prominent curved taper up to a neck and a more gradual taper down to a bottom. There are green and dark green banana leaves; yellow, light yellow, slices of banana with brown, dark brown seeds, which are all across the top of the bottle over a orange background. The wording "RUMCHATA" appears across the mid-section of the bottle in a gold stylized font. On the lower portion of the bottle appear additional Banana slices, whole yellow banana and green banana leaves, applied over the white background. The cap is a gold color and has a cylindrical shape which is taller than it is wide, a flat top, and a smooth side surface with a pair of outward rings separated by an inward ring toward the lower part of the cap.
