DM0000: The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of pants featuring a combination of the following elements: (a) a waistband with an integrated belt buckle, (b) a front zipper with pull tab on the front of the pants, extending vertically along the middle of the pants from about the waistband to above the crotch seam, (c) two zippered side pockets on about the sides of the pants at about the hip area, one on the left side and the other on the right side, (d) two flap pockets with exterior flap closures at about the sides of the pant legs, one on the lower left pant leg and the other on the lower right pant leg, (e) one back pocket on the back of the pants at about the right side of the hip area, and (f) two inner zippers on the inseams of the pant legs, one on the inseam of the left pant leg, the other on the inseam of the right pant leg, each inner zipper extending from about the hem to about the knee area. The elements shown in broken lines on the surface of the pants indicate stitching and are claimed as features of the mark.
