DM0000: The mark consists of the three-dimensional product design and trade dress for a medical device featuring a tubular body. The tubular body starts with a square shape and rounded edges at the top of the body. The tubular body increases in width from the top to the middle of the body and then decreases in width from the middle to the bottom of the body. The shape of the body transitions from the square shape and rounded edges at the middle to a circular shape at the bottom. At the top of the tubular body are two triangular projections, one projection located on each side of the body. Near the middle of the tubular body is a U-shaped handle. The handle starts on one side of the body, goes across the body, and ends on the other side of the body. The front lip of the center portion of the handle projects upward.
