DM0000: The mark consists of a large central circle. In the center of the central circle is a smaller inner circle, within which is a cloud-shaped design containing smaller circles. Outside of the smaller inner circle are two semicircles, each with tapered ends. The left semicircle has shading. Between the semicircles and the edge of the central circle are two arcs, one in the upper left hand quadrant and one in the lower right hand quadrant. A solid circle with an inner ring overlaps part of the upper right hand quadrant of the central circle, but does not reach the internal semicircle. Another circle overlaps part of the lower right hand quadrant of the central circle, but does not reach the internal arc. That circle overlaps a smaller circle that is outside the large central circle. A translucent circle overlaps part of the lower left hand quadrant of the central circle, but does not reach the internal semicircle. A smaller solid circle overlaps the lower left hand quadrant of the overlapping circle. The upper left hand quadrant of the central circle overlaps a large circle, and a smaller solid circle overlaps the central circle but does not reach the arc. That smaller circle overlaps a smaller circle solid that does not reach to the central circle.
