DM0000: The mark consists of of a three-dimensionsal configuration of a cutsom bottle. The bottle has a tall, narrow neck with a flared cap decorated with a repeating fan like pattern. The upper portion of the bottle features evenly spaced horizontal lines. The lower portion displays a series of nested, arched shaped lines pointed downward toward a central geometric design resembling an agave plant. Three horizontal lines appear at the base above a solid ban. The dotted lines are not part of the mark and are intended to show the position of the design on the goods.
