Abstract
An abrasive block unit for nail art is disclosed. The abrasive block unit for nail art includes at least one abrasive board for filing user nail for nail art, which comes in contact with the nail and is formed of an abrasive material, and a core block including at least one inserting groove formed therein and enabling shrink fit of the abrasive board such that the abrasive board is coupled to the core block without an adhesive member.
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to an abrasive block unit for nail art, and more particularly to an improved abrasive block unit for nail art that easily change an abrasive member used for nail art during nail art service for nail that is a portion of a human body of a user, thereby improving user convenience and hygiene.

2. Description of the Related Art

FIG. 1 is a perspective view illustrating a general structure of an abrasive block unit 100 for nail art.

As illustrated in FIG. 1, the abrasive block unit 100 for nail art according to related art includes an abrasive board 101 that comes in contact with user nails, and a core block 102 to which the abrasive board 101 is coupled.

The abrasive board 101 is coupled to the core block 102 via an adhesive member such as adhesives. Thus, when the abrasive board 101 needs to be changed due to abrasion thereof, it is disadvantageous to change an entire product instead of separately changing the abrasive board 101.

In addition, the abrasive board 101 is a portion that comes in contact with user nails corresponding to a part of a human body and is frequently reused after being used for other people's nails.

In order to prevent repeated use to improve hygiene, it is recommended to use a disposable abrasive block unit.

However, according to related art, it is impossible to use an abrasive block unit as a disposable unit and only an entire product is used as a disposable product. Thus, it is disadvantageous to increase unnecessary waste of cost.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide an abrasive block unit for nail art that easily changes an abrasive board that comes in contact with user nails and improve hygiene of a user.

In accordance with the present invention, the above and other objects can be accomplished by the provision of an abrasive block unit for nail art including at least one abrasive board for filing user nail for nail art, which comes in contact with the nail and is formed of an abrasive material, and a core block including at least one inserting groove formed therein and enabling shrink fit of the abrasive board such that the abrasive board is coupled to the core block without an adhesive member.

The core block may include a pair of inserting groves formed to face each other across a central portion of the core block, and the abrasive board may be configured to be a pair such that abrasive boards are coupled to the pair of inserting groves, respectively.

The abrasive board may include a sponge portion formed of a flexible material, and an abrasive portion formed on a surface of the sponge portion so as to increase surface roughness of the sponge portion.

The core block may have an external surface having a concave round shape corresponding to a convex external surface of a finger such that a user easily grasps the core block with the finger.

The abrasive block unit may further include a flange portion for limiting the inserting groove of the core block is configured in such a way that an interval between internal side surfaces that face each other is gradually increased toward a central portion of the core block so as to enable shrink fit of the abrasive board.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

Hereinafter, an abrasive block unit for nail art will be described with regard to exemplary embodiments of the invention with reference to the attached drawings.

FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view of an abrasive block unit for nail art according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the abrasive block unit according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 4 is a plan view of the abrasive block unit according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view of the abrasive block unit taken along a line V-V of FIG. 3. FIG. 6 is an enlarged view of a portion VI of FIG. 5. FIG. 7 is a perspective view illustrating a use state according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. is a cross-sectional view illustrating a use state according to an embodiment of the present invention.

As illustrated in FIGS. 2 to 4, the abrasive block unit for nail art according to the present invention is for filing user nails for nail art and includes an abrasive board 10 and a core block 20.

As illustrated in FIGS. 7 and 8 in detail, the abrasive board 10 may come in contact with user nails to facilitate nail art. As illustrated in FIGS. 5 and 6 in detail, the abrasive board 10 includes an abrasive portion that has high surface roughness like crushed rock and files nails or materials coated thereon, and a coupling portion coupled to the core block 20 together with the abrasive portion 12.

According to the present embodiment, the coupling portion is formed of a flexible material such as sponge in order to minimize repulsion and repulsive force when the abrasive portion 12 comes in contact with user nails.

The core block 20 may be formed of a synthetic resin and may include at least one inserting groove 22 formed therein to allow the abrasive board 10 to be coupled to the core block 20 without an adhesive member.

As illustrated in FIGS. 2 and 5 in detail, the inserting groove 22 of the core block 20 enables shrink fit of the abrasive board 10, prevents unpredicted separation of the abrasive board 10 during coupling with the core block 20, and enables separation of the abrasive board 10 from the core block 20.

The abrasive block unit for nail art having the aforementioned structure according to an embodiment of the present invention is advantageous to allow a user to easily change the abrasive board 10 without any help of an expert, thereby improving user convenience as well as to easily separate the abrasive board 10 that comes in contact with user nails so as to prevent unnecessary waste of cost due to change of an entire product and to recommend use of a disposable product so as to improve hygiene of a user.

According to the present embodiment, as illustrated in FIG. 5 in detail, a flange portion 24 for limiting the inserting groove 22 is configured in such a way that an interval between internal side surfaces that face each other is gradually increased toward a central portion of the core block 20 (A<B) so as to enable shrink fit of the abrasive board 10, thereby preventing unpredicted separation of the abrasive board 10.

According to the present embodiment, inserting grooves 22 are formed to face each other across the central portion of the core block 20 and configured to be a pair. In addition, abrasive boards 10 are configured to be a pair so as to be coupled to the inserting grooves 22, respectively.

In an embodiment in which the inserting grooves 22 and the abrasive boards 10 are respectively configured to be pairs, the abrasive boards 10 configured to be a pair may have different surface roughnesses, thereby improving efficiency of nail art and customer satisfaction.

An external surface of the core block 20 has a concave round shape corresponding to a convex external surface of a finger such that a user easily grasps the core block 20 with fingers.

As is apparent from the above description, the present invention provides an abrasive block unit for nail art having the aforementioned structure, which allows a user to easily change an abrasive board without any help of an expert, thereby improving user convenience as well as easily separates the abrasive board that comes in contact with user nails so as to prevent unnecessary waste of cost due to change of an entire product and recommends use of a disposable product so as to improve hygiene of a user.

Although the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been disclosed for illustrative purposes, those skilled in the art will appreciate that various modifications, additions and substitutions are possible, without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention as disclosed in the accompanying claims.
