The bottom board 10 substantially comprises a base board 11, a first extension board 12 integrally formed on a side of the base board 11, namely the left side (from the direction viewing the perspective view of the drawing) of the base board 11, a second extension board 13 integrally formed on another side of the base board 11, namely the right side of the base board 11, to be opposite to the first extension board 12, a first outer side wall 14 integrally formed on the left side of the first extension board 12, a second outer side wall 15 integrally formed on the right side of the second extension board 13 to be opposite to the first outer side wall 14, two first tabs 16 respectively formed on a front end and a rear end of the first extension board 12, two second tabs 17 respectively formed on a front end and a rear end of the second extension board 13, two third tabs 18 respectively formed on a front end and a rear end of the first outer side wall 14 to be adjacent to a corresponding one of the two first tabs 16, and two fourth tabs 19 respectively formed on a front end and a rear end of the second outer side wall 15 to be adjacent to a corresponding one of the two second tabs 17. The first outer side wall 14 has two first insertion holes 140 and the second outer side wall 15 has two second insertion holes 150.
The first side wall 20 is formed on the left side of the bottom board 10 and comprises a first side wall 21 integrally formed on the left side of the first outer side wall 14, a first connection wall 22 integrally formed on the left side of the first side wall 21 and a first inner side wall 23 integrally formed on the left side of the first connection wall 22. The first inner side wall 23 has two first extensions 230 formed on a free edge of the first inner side wall 23 to correspond to and be received in the first insertion hole 140.
The second side board 30 is integrally formed on the right side of the second outer side wall 15 and comprises a second side wall 31 integrally formed on the right side of the second outer side wall 15, a second connection wall 32 integrally formed on the right side of the second side wall 31 and a second inner side wall 33 integrally formed on the right side of the second connection wall 32. The second inner side wall 33 has two second extensions 330 formed on a free edge thereof to correspond to and be received in the two second insertion holes 150 of the second outer side wall 15.
The front board 40 is formed on the front end of the base board 11 of the bottom board 10 and includes two first locking tabs 41 respectively formed on two opposite ends of the front board 40. The rear board 50 is formed on the rear end of the base board 11 and includes two second locking tabs 51 respectively formed on two opposite ends of the rear board 50.

Following the formation of the top receiving room “b”, the front board 40 and the rear board 50 are folded upward to be vertical relative to the first outer side wall 14 and the second outer side wall 15 so as to close the front openings and the rear openings of the bottom receiving room “a” and the top receiving room “b” respectively. Thereafter, the first inner side wall 23 is folded into the top receiving room “b” to allow the first extensions 230 to be extended into the corresponding first insertion holes 140 of the first outer side wall 14. Also the second inner side wall 33 is folded into the top receiving room “b” to allow the second extensions 330 to be extended into the corresponding second insertion holes 150 of the second outer side wall 15, as shown in
The first tabs 16 and the second tabs 17 are folded into the bottom receiving room “a” to be adjacent to inner sides of each of the front board 40 and of the rear board 50. Similarly, the third tabs 18 and the fourth tabs 19 are folded into the top receiving room “b” to be adjacent to the inner sides of each of the front board 40 and of the rear board 50.

Due to the bottom protruding portion of the accessory box 7a, additional accessories of the product such as connection wires, transformers, specification of the product, CDs containing therein the install software etc. may be received inside the additional receiving room. Furthermore, due to the dimension of the accessory box being the same as that of the conventional box for accessories, there is no need for alternation or modification of the package and the cushions. Manufacture cost is thus largely reduced. Still, because the protruding bottom portion of the accessory box is positioned between two cushions, movement of the accessory box inside the box is impossible and thus the product inside the box is protected from damage.
