Claims
- 1. A process for making an accumulator comprising the steps of assembling a first member, a second member and a bladder so that the first and second members form a shell having an internal space therein, the internal space being divided into a gas chamber and a liquid chamber by the bladder, wherein said gas chamber and said liquid chamber within said shell are placed in a common pressurized gas when said bladder is assembled with the first and second members.
- 2. The process for making an accumulator according to claim 1, wherein said first member, said second member and said bladder are assembled within a closed space in which said pressurized gas is received.
- 3. The process for making an accumulator according to claim 1, wherein said gas enclosed into said gas chamber is N2, CO2, Ar or He.
- 4. The process for making an accumulator according to claim 1, wherein a pressure of said gas within said gas chamber is 2 to 10 atmospheric pressure.
- 5. The process for making an accumulator according to claim 1, wherein said fixing step includes a step of caulking said first member to fix said second member to said first member.
- 6. The process for making an accumulator according to claim 1, wherein said fixing step includes a step of screwing said first member to said second member.
- 7. A process for making an accumulator comprising the steps of assembling a first member, a second member and a bladder so that the first and second members form a shell having an internal space therein, the internal space being divided into a gas chamber and a liquid chamber by the bladder, wherein said liquid chamber is placed under a negative pressure to place said bladder in a minimal compressed state and a gas is introduced into said gas chamber within said shell when said bladder is assembled with the first and second members.
- 8. The process for making an accumulator according to claim 7, wherein said first member, said second member and said bladder are assembled within a closed space in which a pressurized gas is received.
- 9. The process for making an accumulator according to claim 7, wherein said gas introduced into said gas chamber is N2, CO2, Ar or He.
- 10. The process for making an accumulator according to claim 7, wherein a pressure of said gas within said gas chamber is 2 to 10 atmospheric pressure.
- 11. The process for making an accumulator according to claim 8, wherein when said bladder is in a minimal compressed state, a gas pressure within said gas chamber is 1 atmospheric pressure.
- 12. The process for making an accumulator according to claim 7, wherein said fixing step includes a step of caulking said first member to fix said second member to said first member.
- 13. The process for making an accumulator according to claim 7, wherein said fixing step includes a step of screwing said first member to said second member.
