Claims
- 1. A display device comprising:
a display panel; a display driving circuit including a shift register formed above the display panel, the shift register including a switching element, the switching element including a gate electrode, a first electrode and a second electrode, wherein a voltage of the gate electrode is boosted by a voltage of the first electrode changing from a low level to a high level; and means for making it easier to boost the voltage of the gate electrode when a start signal is input into the gate electrode.
- 2. A display device according to claim 1,
wherein the shift register includes a connection of a plurality of switching elements, and wherein an output signal from the second electrode of a preceding switching element is input into a gate electrode of a next switching element as a start signal.
- 3. A display device according to claim 1,
wherein the shift register includes a connection of a plurality of switching elements, wherein a first synchronous pulse is input into the first electrode of a preceding switching element, and a second synchronous pulse is input into the first electrode of a next switching element.
- 4. A display device comprising:
a display panel; a display driving circuit including a shift register formed above the display panel, wherein the shift register including a switching element, the switching element including a control electrode, an input electrode and an output electrode, wherein a voltage of the control electrode is boosted by a clock pulse inputted into the input electrode; and means for releasing a restriction of a fluctuation of the voltage of the control electrode when a start signal is input into the control electrode.
- 5. A display device according to claim 4,
wherein the shift register includes a connection of a plurality of switching elements, and wherein an output signal from the output electrode of a preceding switching element is input into a control electrode of a next switching element as a start signal.
- 6. A display device according to claim 4,
wherein the shift register includes a connection of a plurality of switching elements, wherein a first synchronous pulse is input into the input electrode of a preceding switching element, and a second synchronous pulse is input into the input electrode of a next switching element.
- 7. A display device comprising:
a display panel; a display driving circuit including a shift register formed above the display panel, the shift register including a first switching element, a second switching element and a third switching element, the first switching element including a control electrode, an input electrode and an output electrode; and a clock signal line connected to the input electrode to provide a clock signal as an input into the input electrode, wherein the voltage of the control electrode is boosted when the clock signal changes from a low voltage to a high voltage, the second switching element connecting the control electrode to a fixed voltage when the second switching element is in an on state, and the third switching element holding the second switching element in the on state until the first switching element is triggered to the one state.
- 8. A display device according to claim 4,
wherein the shift register includes a connection of a plurality of switching elements, and wherein the output signal from the output electrode of a preceding switching element is input into a control electrode of a next switching element as a start signal.
- 9. A display device according to claim 4,
wherein the shift register include a connection of a plurality of switching elements, wherein the clock signal includes a first clock signal and a second clock signal, wherein the first clock signal is input into the input electrode of a preceding switching element, and the second clock signal is input into the input electrode of a next switching element.
- 10. A display device comprising:
a display panel; a display driving circuit including a shift register formed above the display panel, the shift register including a first switching element, a second switching element and a third switching element, the first switching element including a control electrode, an input electrode and an output electrode; a first capacitor connected between the control electrode and the output electrode, the first capacitor holding a voltage of the control electrode; and a clock signal line connected to the input electrode to provide a clock signal as an input into the input electrode; the second switching element connecting the control electrode to a fixed voltage when the second switching element is in an on state, the third switching element holding the second switching element in the on state until the first switching element changes to the on state, wherein the voltage of the control electrode is boosted when the clock signal changes from a low level to a high level.
- 11. A display device according to claim 4,
wherein the shift register includes a connection of a plurality of switching elements, and wherein the output signal from the output electrode of a preceding switching element is input into a control electrode of a next switching element as a start signal.
- 12. A display device according to claim 4,
wherein the shift register includes a connection of a plurality of switching elements, wherein the clock signal include a first clock signal and second clock signal, the first clock signal being input into the input electrode of a preceding switching element, and the second clock signal being input into the input electrode of a next switching element.
