Claims
- 1. A compound of the formula
- R.sub.1 -- Ph -- X -- alk -- R.sub.2
- wherein R.sub.1 is adamantyl, Ph is phenylene or phenylene substituted by nitro, lower alkyl, lower alkoxy, halogen or trifluoromethyl, X is oxy, alk is unbranched alkylene with 1 to 10 carbon atoms, unbranched alkylene with 1 to 10 carbon atoms which carries an unbranched alkyl radical with 1 to 8 carbon atoms in the .alpha.-position with respect to R.sub.2, or alkenylene with 2 to 7 carbon atoms which is unbranched or branched with an unbranched alkyl radical of 1 to 3 carbon atoms in .alpha.- or .beta.-position with respect to R.sub.2, and R.sub.2 is carbamoyl N-mono- or N,N-di-lower alkylcarbamoyl or N-hydroxycarbamoyl, or a therapeutically acceptable salt thereof.
- 2. A compound as claimed in claim 1, wherein R.sub.1 is adamantyl, Ph is 1,2- or 1,4-phenylene which are optionally substituted by nitro, methoxy, methyl or chlorine, X is oxy, alk is unbranched alkylene with 1 to 4 C atoms which can carry unbranched alkyl with 1 to 8 C atoms in the .alpha.-position to R.sub.2, or is unbranched alkenylene with 2 or 3 C atoms which can carry unbranched alkyl with 1 to 3 C atoms in the .alpha.-position or .beta.-position to R.sub.2, and R.sub.2 is carbamoyl or a therapeutically acceptable salt thereof.
- 3. A compound as claimed in claim 1 being 4-[4-(1-adamantyl)-phenoxy]-butyric acid amide.
