Broken lines are environmental only and form no part of the claimed design. The pairs of closely adjacent, spaced wavy lines in the drawings form no part of the claimed design, and the portions between such pairs of wavy lines are broken away to disclose indeterminate length. By way of example, in embodiments 2-3 the pairs of wavy lines along the cable indicate that the portion of the cable between the wavy lines may vary between about 1-30 cm in length, or more or less.

The portions shown in a pattern of stipple illustrate areas of contrasting appearance.
