a function to encapsulate communication data; and a function to decapsulate communication data encapsulated, wherein
said address translation equipment creates, by the address translation function, translation information including a correspondence between addresses conforming to the protocol P and addresses conforming to the protocol Q effective in the address translation equipment; said address translation equipment translates according to the translation information an address described in a header field of the communication data; and said address translation equipment encapsulates by the encapsulation function the communication data having the header information thus translated and sets an address conforming to the protocol Q effective on the network B to the header field of the communication data thus encapsulated.
- 3. Address translation equipment according to claim 2, wherein
said address translation equipment creates, by the address translation function, translation information including a correspondence between addresses conforming to the protocol P and addresses conforming to the protocol Q effective in the address translation equipment; and said address translation equipment notifies, to a device existing on the network B conforming to the protocol Q, an address conforming to the protocol Q effective in the address translation equipment and an address conforming to the protocol Q effective on the network B.
- 4. Address translation equipment according to claim 2, wherein when communication data thus encapsulated is received from terminal equipment existing on the network B, the address translation equipment removes an encapsulation header by the decapsulation function and then translates according to the translation information an address conforming to the protocol Q effective in the address translation equipment into an address conforming to the protocol P.
- 5. Address translation equipment according to claim 1, wherein:
a terminal equipment dynamically acquires address information on the network A; and when the address translation equipment receives a communication conforming to a mobile protocol from the terminal equipment, the address translation equipment creates translation including a correspondence between addresses on the network A conforming to the protocol P and addresses on the network B conforming to the protocol Q.
- 6. Address translation equipment according to claim 1, wherein:
the information kept by the address translation equipment includes information of a home address of a mobile IPv6 terminal; and the address translation equipment provides a home agent function of the mobile IPv6 terminal.
- 7. Address translation equipment according to claim 1, wherein:
the protocol P is an IPv6 protocol; and the protocol Q is an IPv4 protocol.
- 8. Address translation equipment according to claim 2, wherein:
the address conforming to the protocol Q effective in the address translation equipment is an IPv4 private address.
- 9. Terminal equipment, comprising:
a mobile protocol communication function; a function to acquire an address on a network A conforming to a protocol P; means for registering an address acquired on the network A to an address translation equipment, said address translation equipment connecting the network A conforming to the protocol P to a network conforming to a protocol Q; and means for registering information of a correspondence between information of an identifier of terminal equipment and an address acquired on the network A to a server on a network conforming to at least the protocol P.
- 10. Terminal equipment according to claim 9, wherein:
the address acquired on the network A conforming to the protocol P is a home address of mobile IPv6; and said address translation equipment provides a home agent function.
- 11. Terminal equipment according to claim 9, wherein the information of the identifier is a SIP (session initiation protocol) identifier.
- 12. Terminal equipment according to claim 9, wherein the information of the identifier is a H.323 identifier.
- 13. Terminal equipment according to claim 9, wherein:
said terminal equipment uses a telephone number as first identifier information; said terminal equipment obtains second identifier information from the first identifier information; the terminal equipment registers, to the server device, information of a correspondence between the second identifier information and the home address of the mobile IPv6.
- 14. A mobile communication method, comprising the steps of:
detecting, by an address translation equipment connecting a network conforming to a protocol P to a network conforming to a protocol Q, a communication transmitted from a terminal equipment existing on the network A according to a mobile protocol, and keeping, by address translation equipment, an address of said terminal equipment on the network A conforming to the protocol P, wherein
said terminal equipment includes a function to store, in a server on a network C conforming at least to the protocol P, information of a correspondence between the address being acquired on the network A and conforming to the protocol P and information of an identifier of the terminal equipment, and a device to transmit communication data to the terminal equipment acquires address information of the terminal equipment from the server and transmits the communication data addressed to the terminal equipment.
- 15. A mobile communication method according to claim 14, wherein:
the information kept by the address translation equipment is information of a home address of a mobile IPv6 terminal; and said address translation equipment provides a home agent function of the mobile IPv6 terminal; said terminal equipment includes means to register, to a SIP server device, information of a correspondence between a SIP identifier of the terminal equipment and a home address obtained on the network A; and a device to transmit communication data to the terminal equipment acquires a home address of the terminal equipment from a SIP server and transmits the communication data addressed to the terminal equipment.
- 16. A mobile communication method according to claim 14, wherein:
the protocol P is an IPv6 protocol; and the protocol Q is an IPv4 protocol.
- 17. Address translation equipment to connect a first network conforming to a first protocol to a second network conforming to a second protocol, comprising:
an address translation unit to translate an address conforming to the first protocol into an address conforming to the second protocol and vice versa; a detection unit to detect a communication conforming to a particular protocol; and a processing unit to process a communication conforming to a mobile protocol, wherein
in response to reception of the communication conforming to the mobile protocol from a terminal having dynamically acquired address information on the first network, said address translation equipment holds address information of said terminal conforming to the first protocol on the second network.
