Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to the technical field of infant supplies, and in particular to an adjustable infant strap.

BACKGROUND

Currently, infant straps are made of structures such as sutures, fabric leather and sponge pad to form a frame for bearing infants. Because the carrying baby can freely move its hands and arms when wearing the straps, such straps are becoming more and more popular in carrying infants.

The strap is generally formed by a main body panel, a waist belt and shoulder belts. The waist belt is sewn at the bottom of the main body panel, and the shoulder belts are sewn at the top of the main body panel. When in use, the waist belt is worn on an adult, and the shoulder belts wrap around the back of the human body and are connected to the main body panel, so as to carry an infant on the human body.

However, the existing straps have the following defects:

1. The connection structure between the main body panel of the strap and the waist belt is fixed, and the height of the main body panel cannot be adjusted adaptively according to the weight and the body shape of the infant at different stages, resulting in a limited use period of the straps and a waste of resources.

2. If it is desired to adjust the length or width of the existing straps on the market, it is necessary to use various fasteners, slide locks, or Velcro for coordinated adjustment, the structure is complex, such that the straps cannot not be operated by many users.

3. The connection points of the main body panel, of the strap used for connecting the shoulder belts are generally provided on the inner side of the main body panel. When in use, the tightening of the shoulder belts may tighten the infant due to the stretching of the internal connection, causing discomfort to the baby.

4. When in use, after an infant is carried by a main body panel and shoulder belts, etc., the infant's hand will be limited by the connection between the shoulder belts and the main body panel, and the infant's hand cannot move flexibly.

The adjustable infant strap shown in FIG. 1-10 comprises a waist belt 10, a main body panel 20, a first shoulder belt 30 and a second shoulder belt 40. The waist belt 10 is provided with a first connection portion 11.

Specifically, the main body panel 20 has a first end portion and a second end portion; and the main body panel 20 has a first surface facing towards a human body and a second surface facing away from the human body when in use. The first end portion is provided with a first connection point 21 and a second connection point 22. The second end portion is provided with a second connection portion 25, and the second connection portion 25 can be adjustably connected to the first connection portion 11, so that the main body panel 20 is connected to different positions of the waist belt 10.

In addition, one end of the first shoulder belt 30 is connected to a first connection point 21, the other end of the first shoulder belt 30 is formed as a first connection end, and the first connection end is connected to a second shoulder belt panel 60 fixedly connected to the main body panel 20. One end of the second shoulder belt 40 is connected to the second connection point 22, the other end of the second shoulder belt 40 is formed as a second connection end, and the second connection end is connected to the first shoulder belt panel 50 fixedly connected to the main body panel 20.

In the present embodiment, the first end portion is located at the top end above the human body when in use, and the second end portion can be located at the bottom end relatively below the human body, i.e., the first shoulder belt 30 and the second shoulder belt 40 can take the first connection point 21 and the second connection point 22 located at the top end of the main body panel 20 as the connection attachment points respectively; when in use, the waist belt 10 can be connected to the main body panel 20 by means of the first connection portion 11 and the second connection portion 25; at this time, after the bottom end of the main body panel 20 is connected to the waist belt 10, a bearing portion can be formed at the connection position.

After that, the hip part of the infant is placed on the bearing portion on which the main body panel 20 is connected to the waist belt 10, then the first shoulder belt 30 can wrap around the shoulder of the adult to be connected to the second shoulder belt panel 60, and the second shoulder belt 40 can wrap around the other shoulder of the adult to be connected to the first shoulder belt panel 50. Thus, the infant can be wrapped on the first side of the main body panel 20 facing towards the human body, thereby freeing the hands of the adult. In addition, the first shoulder belt 30 and the second shoulder belt 40 can take the first connection point 21 and the second connection point 22 located at the top end of the main body panel 20 as connection attachment points, so that after the first shoulder belt 30 and the second shoulder belt 40 wrap around the shoulder of the adult, the main body panel 20 is pulled up by means of the top end of the main body panel 20, thereby reducing the pulling force on the side edge of the main body panel 20, and preventing the side edge of the main body panel 20 from being stressed on the infant.

In order to enable the strap to be suitable for supporting infants of various ages, in the present embodiment, it may be a second connection, portion 25 at the second end portion of the main body panel 20, and the second connection portion 25 of the main body panel 20 can be connected at different positions of the first connection portion 11 of the waist belt 10, so that the overall height of the main body panel 20 can be adjusted, that is, the overall length of the main body panel 20 is shortened or lengthened according to the size of the infant, so that the bearing portion formed at the second end portion of the main body panel 20 can be arranged at different positions of the waist belt 10. In this way, the straps can be configured to be suitable for infants of various ages and body shapes, and can be suitable for infants at different stages.

When the infant is born by the bearing portion, two legs of the infant can protrude from two sides of the main body panel 20 below the first shoulder belt panel 50 and the second shoulder belt panel 60, and two hands of the infant can extend from two sides of the main body panel 20 above the first shoulder belt panel 50 and the second shoulder belt panel 60 thereby not affecting the normal activity of the infant.

It should be noted that, the first surface of the main body panel 20 is used for being, in contact with a human body, and thus can be made of a material with good air permeability, such as a woven fabric (e.g., mesh cloth) or a flexible cloth covered with a supporting material such as sponge. The second side of the main body panel 20 can be made of materials such as dirt-resistant and waterproof materials.

Specifically, a first attachment panel can be provided on a first side of the second end portion, the main body panel is connected to one end of the first attachment panel, and the waist belt is connected to the other end of the first attachment panel. The second connection portion 25 is provided on the first attachment panel.

On the basis of this structure, as the second end portion of the main body panel is fixedly connected to the waist belt by means of the first attachment panel, and the second connection portion is provided on the first attachment panel, when the height of the main body panel is adjusted, the second connection portion can be connected to the first connection portion of the waist belt, so that the first attachment panel forms a folding region, and the lower side edge of the folding region, is directly connected to the waist belt, thereby increasing the overall strength of the connection between the waist belt and the main body panel. In addition, if the first attachment panel is at risk of disconnection from the waist belt, the lower side edge of the folding region is mainly connected to the waist belt, and the strap will not break because the attachment region is disconnected from the waist belt, and is safer.

More specifically, a second attachment panel is provided on a first surface of the first attachment panel, and a second connection portion can be provided on the second attachment panel. In this way, the second connection portion can be a mounting base of the second attachment panel, the second connection portion is connected to the first connection portion, and the second attachment panel can also be attached to the waist belt together therewith, thereby enhancing the overall connection strength and achieving better weight bearing performance.

It should be noted, that the first attachment panel and the second attachment panel can also be made of a material with good air permeability, such as a woven fabric (e.g., mesh cloth) or a flexible cloth covered with a supporting material such as sponge, thereby facilitating contact with the human body and having better comfort.

Specifically, the straps are configured to be suitable for infants of all ages and body shapes, and are suitable for infants at different stages. The present embodiment specifically provides the following three use states:

First Use State:

Referring to FIG. 2, when the main body panel 20 is connected to the waist belt 10, the second connection portion 25 of the main body panel 20 can be connected to the top end of the first connection portion 11 of the waist belt 10, so that the infant strap is in a first use state. After the main body panel 20 is connected to the waist belt 10, the second connection portion 25 is not all connected to the waist belt 10, but only partially connected to connected to the waist belt 10, i.e., the length of the main body panel 20 after connection is longer than the total coverage, which can be suitable for infants with a long length. In the present embodiment, after the main body panel 20 is connected to the first connection portion 11 of the waist belt 10 by means of the second connection portion 25, the length of the main body panel 20 can be suitable for infants with a length exceeding 66 cm.

Second Use State:

Referring to FIG. 3, when the main body panel 20 is connected to the waist belt 10, the second connection portion 25 of the main body panel 20 can be connected to the middle portion of the first connection portion 11 of the waist belt 10, so that the infant strap is in a second use state. Compared with the first use state, after the main body panel 20 is connected to the waist belt 10, the main body panel 20 moves upwards relative to the bottom end of the waist belt 10, i.e., the main body length is shorter than that in the first use state when the main body panel 20 is connected to the middle portion of the waist belt 10 compared with connected to the bottom end of the waist belt 10, and can be suitable for use by infants with a middle length. In the present embodiment, after the main body panel 20 is connected to the first connection portion 11 of the waist belt 10 by means of the second connection portion 25, the length of the main body panel 20 can be suitable for infants with a length exceeding 58 cm.

Third Use State:

Referring to FIG. 4, when the main body panel 20 is connected to the waist belt 10, the second connection portion 25 of the main body panel 20 can be connected to the first connection portion 11 of the waist belt 10, and the first connection portion can be connected to the bottom end of the second connection portion 25, so that the infant strap is in a third use state. Compared with the second use state, after the main body panel 20 is connected to the waist belt 10, the main body panel 20 moves upwards relative to the middle portion of the waist belt 10, i.e., the main body length is shorter than that in the second state when the main body panel 20 is connected to the top end of the waist belt 10 compared with connected to the middle end of the waist belt 10, the length after connection is longer than the total coverage, the main body panel can be suitable for infants with a short length. In the present embodiment, after the main body panel 20 is connected to the first connection portion 11 of the waist belt 10 by means of the second connection portion 25, the length of the main body panel 20 can be suitable for infants with a length of less than 58 cm.

It should be noted that, with reference to FIGS. 7 and 8, when the used main body panel of the strap is too long, the infant is easy to shield the head and the nose of the infant, regardless of whether the head faces inward or outward, thus causing poor breathing. As shown in FIG. 9 and FIG. 10, only when the main body panel of the strap matches the height of the infant, the infant gets a relatively comfortable carrying within the strap. Therefore, in the present application, the first connection portion and the second connection portion are connected in an adjustable manner, and the overall length of the strap is adjusted according to the height of the infant, such that infants with different heights can be comfortably used.

Further, the first connection portion and the second connection portion are one of a Velcro assembly, a fastening assembly, a zipper assembly, or a hook assembly.

In the present embodiment, when the first connection portion and the second connection portion are Velcro assemblies, the first connection portion 11 is a first Velcro, and the second connection portion 25 is a second Velcro. Specifically, the first Velcro is bonded to the second Velcro. Specifically, the first Velcro can be provided on the waist belt 10 in a sewing manner or in a bonding manner. Similarly, the second Velcro can also be provided on the first attachment panel of the main body panel 20 in a sewing manner or in a bonding manner. When the main body panel 20 is connected to the waist belt 10, the second Velcro can be bonded to the first Velcro, and the second Velcro can be bonded to the top end, the bottom end, and the middle end of the first Velcro.

In addition, it should be noted that, the area of the first Velcro can be greater than the area of the second Velcro. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the area of the first Velcro can be configured to fully cover the inner side of the waist belt 10, i.e., the height of the first Velcro is the same as the height of the waist belt 10. The area of the second Velcro can be configured to be one third of that of the first Velcro, the height of the second Velcro can be one third of that of the first Velcro, and the second Velcro can be attached to different positions of the first Velcro.

Of course, the first connection portion and the second connection portion can also be selected as fastening assemblies in the prior art, i.e., the first connection portion 11 can be selected as female fasteners of multiple fastening assemblies, the multiple female fastener positions are provided at different height positions of the waist belt 10 in a sewing manner, and the second connection portion 25 can be selected as male fasteners of a fastening assemblies, the fastening assemblies can all be sewn on the waist belt and the first attachment panel, and the male fasteners on the first attachment panel of the main body panel 20 can be fastened into the female fasteners of the waist belt 10 at different heights, so as to adjust the fastening positions.

In addition, the first connection portion 11 and the second connection portion 25 can also be achieved by selecting an adjustment belt and an adjustment fastener, in short, as long as the connection position between the main body panel 20 and the waist belt 10 can be adjusted.

Further, in the present embodiment, a first side edge 23 and a second side edge 24 are provided at two sides of the main body panel 20, the first side edge 23 is provided with a first shoulder belt panel 50, and the second side edge 24 is provided with a second shoulder belt panel 60. On the basis of this structure, the first connection end of the first shoulder belt 30 can be connected to the second shoulder belt panel 60, and the second connection end of the second shoulder belt 40 can be connected to the second shoulder belt panel 60.

As the existing first shoulder belt 30 and second shoulder belt 40 are connected to the inner side of the main body panel 20, on the basis of this structure, the connection positions of the first shoulder belt 30 and the second shoulder belt 40 to the main body panel 20 are necessarily located at the inner side of the main body panel 20; and when the first shoulder belt 30 and the second shoulder belt 40 are forced to stretch, the first shoulder belt 30 and the second shoulder belt 40 are stretched from the inner side to the two sides, and will be stretched in the transverse direction on the main body panel 20, and the main body panel 20 will be tightened, causing the infant to be uncomfortable.

Therefore, in the present embodiment, an improvement is made to the existing solution, that is, a first shoulder belt panel 50 and a second shoulder belt panel 60 are respectively provided directly on a first side edge 23 and a second side edge 24 at two sides of a main body panel 20. When the first shoulder belt 30 and the second shoulder belt 40 are forced to stretch outwards, as force points are on the first shoulder belt panel 50 and the second shoulder belt panel 60 at the side edges of the main body panel 20, the first shoulder belt panel 50 and the second shoulder belt panel 60 expand at two sides of the main body panel 20, and the first shoulder belt 30 and the second shoulder belt 40 are pulled backwards, so that the first shoulder belt panel 50 and the second shoulder belt panel 60 pull the first side edge 23 and the second side edge 24 of the main body panel 20 backwards, so that the main body panel 20 forms a wrapped structure; and after a strap is worn by an infant, the main body panel 20 is more fitted, and has more comfortably wrap.

It should be noted that, the first shoulder belt panel 50 and the second shoulder belt panel 60 can also be made of a material with good air permeability, such as a woven fabric (e.g., mesh cloth) or a flexible cloth covered with a supporting material such as sponge, so that stress points are formed at the first connection end of the first shoulder belt 30 and the second connection end of the second shoulder belt 40, and the first shoulder belt panel and the second shoulder belt panel are not easily broken and deformed during use.

Further, a portion of the first sides edge located above the first shoulder belt panel has a first arc-shaped recess, and a portion of the second side edge located above the second shoulder belt panel has a second arc-shaped recess.

As in a use state, the first shoulder belt and the second shoulder belt are located above the main body panel, the first shoulder belt and the second shoulder belt, wrap around the shoulders and are connected to the first shoulder belt panel and the second shoulder belt panel at two sides; after the infant is wrapped by the main body panel, in order to facilitate movement, the infant's arms need to be extended from the two upper sides; if the first side edge and the second side edge of the main body panel are straight sides, the straight sides are stretched when the first shoulder belt and the second shoulder belt stretch upwards, and the arm is easily pressed against the two sides of the main body panel when stretching out. However, in the present embodiment, the first side edge and the second side edge are respectively provided with the first arc-shaped recess and the second arc-shaped recess, a certain arc degree can enable the arm of the infant to extend, having more flexible movement of the infant.

Further, a portion of the first side edge 23 located below the first shoulder belt panel has a third arc-shaped recess 231, and a portion of the second side edge located 24 below the second shoulder belt panel has a fourth arc-shaped recess 241. As the connection positions of the first connection portion and the second connection portion are different, the overall length of the main body panel can be adjusted. If both the first side edge and the second side edge adopt an arc-shaped structure, when the overall length of the main body panel changes, the corresponding width changes accordingly, and the main body panel is suitable for different proportions of body shape and sitting posture.

Further, a first fastener 61 is provided on an, end surface of the first shoulder belt panel 50 facing towards the second surface, and a second fastener 51 is provided on an end surface of the second shoulder belt panel 60 facing towards the second surface. Correspondingly, the first connection end is provided with a first belt fastener 31, and the first belt fastener 31 can be used for fastening the second fastener 51. A second belt fastener 41 is provided on the second connection end, and the second belt fastener 41 can be used for fastening the first fastener 61.

In this way, after the infant is worn on the main body panel 20, the first connection end of the first shoulder belt 30 can wrap around the shoulder, so that the first fastener 61 on the first connection end is fastened on the second fastener 41 on the second shoulder belt panel 60 on the side away from the first shoulder belt 30. Similarly, the second connection end of the second shoulder belt 40 can wrap around the shoulder, so that the second buckle member 51 on the second connection end is fastened on the first fastener 31 on the first shoulder belt panel 50 on the side away from the second shoulder belt 40. That is, after the shoulder belt is fastened with the main body panel 20, the first connection end is fastened on the back of the human body in a crossing manner, thereby forming a more stable wrapping structure and being not easy to fall off from the shoulder of the human body.

It should be noted that, the connection manner between the first connection end of the first shoulder belt 30 and the first shoulder belt panel 50 can also be achieved by means of a mountain-climbing fastener, a spring fastener, zipper, fastener, and the like. In a word, the structure that can achieve the detachable connection can be used.

Of course, the first shoulder belt 30, the first shoulder belt panel 50, the second shoulder belt 40, and the second shoulder belt panel 60 can also be bonded by means of Velcro.

Similarly, a third fastener 12 is provided on one side of the waist belt 10, a third fastener 13 is correspondingly provided on the other side of the waist belt 10. In this way, when the waist belt 10 is worn to the human body, the waist belt 10 can be annularly disposed on the waist of the human body, and then the third fastener 12 can be used to being fastened to the third fastener 13 for easy connection, thereby facilitating the connection.

Of course, the two side connection manners of the waist belt 10 can also be detachable connection by using a Velcro, a zipper and other structures.

In addition, in the present embodiment, a belt fastener (i.e., a belt type adjustment fastener in the prior art) is used to fasten a fastener, so that the strap can be stretched by the fastener according to an actual use condition, thereby adjusting the tightness.

Further, a neck support plate can also be provided at a first end of the main body panel 20, and the neck support plate is located between the first connection point 21 and the second connection point 22. The neck support plate can be formed by using a supporting sponge structure or a foam structure wrapped inside the main body panel 20, and is used for supporting a chin or a rear neck of an infant after the infant is wrapped by the main body panel 20, so that the head of the infant can be effectively fixed.

The above description is only the preferred embodiments of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the present invention. For a person skilled in the art, the present invention may have various modifications and variations. Any modifications, equivalent replacements, improvements and the like made within the spirit and principle of the present invention shall belong, to the protection scope of the present invention.
