1. Field of the Invention
The present invention in general relates to a window curtain, in particular, to a prop stand that is used for hanging window curtain and for adjusting height position of the hanged window curtain.
2. Description of Prior Art
Accordingly, window is an architecture design for people looking into distance from the indoors to the outdoors. Since of the existence of a window, the outdoor view can be broadened more extensively and that is the reason why a French window is sometimes designed as a necessary decoration in the house. However, when the sunshine is stronger in the daytime, the design of window also easily creates the temperature increase in the house or making people in the house feel uncomfortable. Therefore, the window in the house is usually arranged window curtain to shade the sunshine.
In order to beautify the indoors, the selection or replacement of window curtain therefore becomes a prerequisite in toady's interior design. In order to match many kinds of window curtains, the window curtain prop stand provided for hanging window curtain over the window is relatively important as well. As disclosed by a new-typed patent with a title of “Hooker Structure of Adjustable Window Curtain Rod” in ROC Patent No. M289315, an adjusting structure is provided for adjusting the height position of a window curtain rod through an upping and lowering manner, making an appropriate length of the window curtain hanged over the window. However, the hooker structure disclosed by aforementioned patent is too complicated. When the height is needed to be adjusted, bolts have to be rotated by hand, causing more difficulties in the operation of changing window curtain, especially for a housewife when she is doing it by herself at home.
Accordingly, after a substantially devoted study, in cooperation with the application of relative academic principles, the inventor has finally proposed the present invention that is designed reasonably to possess the capability to improve the drawbacks of the prior art significantly.
The invention is mainly to provide an adjusting structure of adjustable window curtain prop stand, in which a lead screw is designed, so that adjusting the height position of window curtain may be achieved via only rotating the lead screw. The structure is simple and easily operated. Not only the production cost can be lowered down, but also easy operation is welcomed by the public.
Secondly, the invention is to provide an adjusting structure of adjustable window curtain prop stand, including a lead screw, two displacing elements, two positioning elements and a plurality of connecting elements. According to the present invention, the lead screw has two external threads respectively with different directions of spiral and available for being engaged with the two displacing elements thereon. The two positioning elements are respectively located at upper and lower positions between the two displacing elements, where each connecting element is separately and actively connected between the two displacing elements and the two displacing elements, such that a linkage mechanism is formed by taking the two displacing elements as a gliding pair. Thereby, an adjusting structure of adjustable window curtain prop stand according to the present invention is thus obtained.
Thirdly, the invention is to provide an adjusting structure of adjustable window curtain prop stand, including a lead screw, two displacing elements, two positioning elements and a plurality of connecting elements. According to the present invention, one side of the lead screw has an external thread available for being engaged with a displacing element thereon, while another displacing element is pivoted by fitting to another side of the lead screw.
The features of the invention believed to be novel are set forth with particularity in the appended claims. The invention itself, however, may be best understood by reference to the following detailed description of the invention, which describes a number of embodiments of the invention, taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, in which:
In cooperation with attached drawings, the technical contents and detailed description of the present invention are described thereinafter according to a number of preferable embodiments, not used to limit its executing scope. Any equivalent variation and modification made according to appended claims is all covered by the claims claimed by the present invention.

The lead screw 30 is shown as a rod-typed configuration, on which two external threads 300, 301 in opposite directions of spiral are arranged. In other words, two external threads 300, 301 are a left-handed thread and a right-handed thread respectively and shown as a symmetrical disposition on the lead screw 30. In addition, a rotating knob 302 is respectively arranged at two sides of the lead screw 30, any one of which can be rotated by human hand to facilitate the rotation of the lead screw 30.
Two displacing elements 31 are respectively engaged upon two external threads 300, 301 of the lead screw 30. Since the directions of spiral of two external threads of the lead screw 30 are opposite to each other, when the lead screw 30 is rotated in clockwise or counterclockwise directions, the displacing directions of two displacing elements are just opposite to each other as well, such that a displacing effect of moving closely or faraway is thus generated.
Two positioning elements 32, 33 are respectively arranged by securing to two inner side faces of the two prop plates 322, 332. In other words, the two positioning elements 32, 33 are just respectively located at upper and lower positions of the two displacing elements 31 and respectively make an acting connection with the two displacing elements 31 via the four connecting elements 320, 321, 330, 331, where a four links mechanism is formed by taking the two displacing elements 31 as a gliding pair to further make the adjusting structure 3 able to be arranged between two prop plates 322, 332, thereby a window curtain prop stand being thus constituted. Each connecting elements 320, 321, 330, 331 is a thin rod separately.
Accordingly, in an embodiment proposed by the present invention, the lower side of the prop plate 322 is provided for hanging down the window curtain 1, while the other prop plate 332 is secured to the ceiling 2. The positioning element 32 is located below the two displacing element 31 and is actively connected to the two displacing elements 31 via the two connecting elements 320, 321. Since the lengths of the two connecting elements 320, 321 are equal, a relationship of symmetrically equal distance is thus formed. On the other hand, the positioning element 33 is located above the two displacing elements 31 and is actively connected to the two displacing elements 31 via another two connecting elements 330, 331. And, since the lengths of the two connecting elements 330, 331 are equal, a relationship of symmetrically equal distance is thus formed. In this case, the two positioning elements 32, 33 can be respectively secured to the two prop plates 322, 332, making the lead screw 30 shown as a horizontal state and hanged between the two prop plates 322, 332. When the relative displacement of two displacing elements 31 is created by rotating the lead screw 30, the inclining angles of each connecting elements 320, 321, 330, 331 are changed, thereby the distance between the two prop plates 322, 332 being changed as well.
Accordingly, through the constitution of aforementioned assemblies, an adjusting structure of adjustable window curtain prop stand according to the invention is thus obtained.
