BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
1. Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to automatic flexible toothpaste tube squeezer attached to vertical self-hanging decorative shelves, that can be hanged on mirror or shower frame. The current creation is primarily used for bathroom usage, but not necessary.
2. Description of the Related Art
Usually, in the bathroom there is a large mirror above the counter, and on the other wall there is a medicine cabinet, third wall has a door in which it doesn't leave enough wall space for shelves. Secondly it requires a professional to hang shelves on these types of walls. The current invention solves these problems by manually hanging height adjustable shelves on mirror and shower frame which prevents any damage to walls or glass walls. The invention further includes auto toothpaste squeezer mechanism, which squeeze the paste automatically until the last drop, which does not happen in Beil's invention Des. 371, 032, that doesn't allow the user to squeeze all the paste, because curvy strip constantly attached in its top edge. Current invention can be used without removing rubber cap which replaces the original cap upon the very first usage.
Therefore, the present invention provides efficient, effective and very practical usage of Vanity Adjustable Shelves and Toothpaste Squeezer in one decorative unit.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
Briefly and in general terms, the present invention provides two different models, one is manually and the second is automatically. It is a new system and method for enabling the user easy, efficient, economical, and safe way of toothpaste usage and shelving space.
The manual model discloses flexible tube dispenser in which a pressure, using one hand's thumb over a movable curved strip joint to decorative shelve by slidable clip, squeezes the toothpaste from flexible tube located between the curved strip and the flat strap. Slidable clip allows the user to squeeze the paste until the last drop.
The automatically model automatically will drop The paste on top of tooth brush, by placing the brush close and under the paste tube nozzle. A sensor will commands solenoid to apply pressure on curved strip. The paste will stop dropping as soon as the user removes the brush away. If the paste is not dropping, the users may slide down the slidable clip, for adjustment.
The present invention is made of proper material, for efficient use and decorative look, such as: acrylic, plastic . . . and so on.
Pair of metal bars made flipped “U” shaped on top edge, easily fit on mirror and “U” shaped on bottom edge that fits on a shower frame. They are holding the shelf by a special technique, and the “U” shaped angle, hooks on a mirror or shower frame.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS
The present invention is directed to an improved system and method for enabling user easy squeeze toothpaste until the last drop, not like Beil's invention Des. 371,032, which can not squeeze the toothpaste all the way to the end. The automatically model automatically will drop The paste on top of tooth brash The invention provide easy access to bathroom accessories on the decorative shelves that manually can be hanged on mirror or shower frame when the shower have a glass wall, in an efficient and effective manner. The invention provides a vanity “U” shaped shelves that are hanging on two metal bars by special technique that the weight of the shelves put pressure between the side of the shelves and the vertical bars which does not let the shelves slide down. For more security rubber made “O” shaped rings, located under the shelves around the bars, will stop the shelves from sliding down. The invention enables the user one hand usage of the toothpaste, while holding the brush in the same hand. The system doesn't require any complicated installation or any other special skills and can manually be hanged in the bathroom providing enhanced usage of the tooth brushing equipment. The present invention further provides stability, ease of use, access and height adjustability. The invention includes pair of metal bars made flipped “U” shaped on top edge, easily fit on mirror and “U” shaped on bottom edge that fits on a shower frame. They are holding the shelf by a special technique, and the small “U” shaped hooks on a mirror and wider “U” shaped may use to hang on shower frame. The preferred embodiments of the improved system and method are fully and detailed illustrated and described in the following paragraphs.
As illustrated in FIG. 1-3, in a preferred embodiment in accordance with the present invention, for example, the system 12 includes pair of metal bars 20 curved as a flipped “U” shape at the both edges, for hanging ability on top of the mirror the narrow edge and on top of the shower frame the wider edge. The system 12 further includes rectangular shaped slidable “U” shaped shelves 26 with holes 22, for sliding the bars 20 thru them. The system 12 further includes shelves support 24, like rubber washers, which are manually positioned at the desired height, to prevent from “U” shaped shelves 26 to slide down. The bottom shelf 26 include large hole 28, for storage bath equipments, like hair blower and the like. The bottom shelf 26 further include plural through holes 30 for dental equipment. The invention further includes device 14 comprising of “L” shaped strap 34, which include built in through hole 32 for rubber cap 42, best shown in its top view on FIG. 8. Device 14 further includes curved strip 36, and vertically slidable clip 38. Device 14 is hanging able on top of the front of two bottom shelves 26 using vertical hooks 40, best shown in FIG. 7. Rubber cap 42 has opening 44 best shown in its top view on FIG. 8.
As illustrated in FIG. 4, in another embodiment in accordance with the present invention, the system 16 includes pair of metal bars 50, in a length that can fit only one long shelf, curved as a flipped “U” shape at the bars 50 upper edges, for hanging ability on top of the mirror 54. The system 16 further includes rectangular “U” shaped slidable single long shelf 52 with holes 22, for sliding the bars 50 through them. The system 16 further includes shelf support 24, like rubber washer, which is manually positioned at the desired height, to prevent from shelf 52 to slide down.
As illustrated in FIG. 5, in another embodiment in accordance with the present invention, the system 18 is similar to system 14 replacing “L” shaped strap 34 with “U” shaped base 64 and vertical strap holes 62 for the dental equipment. System 18 is placed on counter or the like.
As illustrated in FIG. 6, in another embodiment in accordance with the present invention, the system 19A, which is called automatic toothpaste squeezer system, includes system box 77 which contains battery housing 72 located at the top and 2 batteries inside 70, solenoid 76 attached to strap 78 which is attached to the front wall of the system box 77, and sensor 74.
As illustrated in FIG. 7, in another embodiment in accordance with the present invention, the system 19B, which is called hanging automatic toothpaste squeezer system, is similar to system 19A except the back side wall of box 92 which pair of hooks 90.
Referring to FIGS. 1-3, in a method for the use of a preferred embodiment in accordance with the present invention the system 12 enables the user to hang the invention on the mirror or the shower glass wall by flipped up side down the pair of metal bars 20. These bars 20 serve as slidable guides for the “U” shaped shelves 26 through holes 22. Shelves support 24, like a rubber washers, may slide at the desired height, under each shelves to prevent from shelves 26 to slide down. The bottom shelf 26, include through holes 28 and 30 for bath and dental equipment.
Referring to FIG. 4, in a method for the use of another embodiment in accordance with the present invention the system 16 enables the user to hang the shelve high on the mirror at the reachable height by sliding hooks, located at the end of the metal bars 50, behind the mirror. The shelf 52 in system 16 may bee long as a mirror length.
Referring to FIG. 5, in a method for the use of another embodiment in accordance with the present invention the system 18 enables the user to have a toothpaste and dental equipment holder which can be placed on the counter or the like. System 18 works in the same matter as system 14 described above.
In the preferred embodiment, shelves 26, system 14 in FIG. 1-3, shelve 52 in FIG. 4 and system 18 in FIG. 5 can be made of aluminum, dear plastic, colored plastic, plastic laminate, acrylic resin fiber composites or any other material
Referring in FIG. 6, in a method for the use of another embodiment in accordance with the present invention, the system 19A enables the user to squeeze the toothpaste automatically on top of tooth brash by placing the brush close and under the paste tube nozzle. The paste will stop dropping as soon as the user will remove the brush away. This action is generated by sensor 74 which senses the existence of the brush and commands solenoid 76 to apply pressure to curved strip 36 which squeezes the paste from the tube. Side openings 80 allow user easy access to slidable dip 38 to slide it down when necessary.
Referring in FIG. 7, in a method for the use of another embodiment in accordance with the present invention, the system 19B, which is called hanging automatic toothpaste squeezer system, is hanged on the same shelves as system 14 while system 19B fully covering system 14. System 19B functions in exactly the same manner as system 19A.
In accordance with the present invention, the particular embodiments set forth above for the system are capable of providing a Adjustable Shelf Hanging on Mirror and Shower Frame with Toothpaste Squeezer for enabling a user effectively and efficiently to use toothpaste and to provide decorative organizer for bathroom accessories.
