Abstract
A adjustable workout sled bag in a closed configuration is to be used as a workout bag by one or more grips, fasteners, loops, woven tape and/or reinforcement positioned on the outer periphery of the adjustable workout sled bag. The adjustable workout sled bag with at least one dense surface to be used as a dragging tool with a harness, straps and other accessories to train for speed and VO2 a harness to be used as a separate tool, for speed and agility, strength, endurance, conditioning and to correct posture by uplifting the torso. The adjustable workout sled bag can be used as a backpack with a strap for resistance exercises or without harness. The adjustable workout sled bag comprising of at least one fastener to transition to an open configuration which includes at least one compartment, configured for enclosing one or more fillers and other objects is disclosed.
Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present disclosure relates generally to workout bags, multi-functional bags. More specifically, the present disclosure provides for workout bags to be used for full body strength, endurance, corrective training and/or techniques as viewed as a bag. The present disclosure further discloses a backpack in a closed configuration with upper body straps to correct upper body injured and/or damaged muscles, an upper body strap configured as a harness and connecting straps to haul the workout bag for endurance training and/or to haul other devices on its own and in an open configuration to store weighted objects.


BACKGROUND

The present invention relates to resistance in conjunction with flexibility, strength, endurance, VO2 max, speed and agility, sports specific movements and/or training. Additionally, the present invention provides corrective exercise techniques for acute and/or chronic pain ranging from youths to the elderly in a particular device used with or without this invention.


Currently in the market, there are prior art systems in the market that lacks important functionality and durability. As such, these glaring fallacies force the consumer to purchase multiple pieces of equipment frequently, in order to maintain their workout routine. This is very prevalent when users of the equipment utilize the equipment for sports performance training.


Sports performance training includes speed, strength and corrective techniques throughout. The current prior art systems on the market, are configured to be limited to covering only one training aspect for the specific training goal needed to be achieve. Also, in the medical industry, there have been a higher amount of body scans and x-rays that are showing past injuries, present injuries, and potential future injuries, that can cause a consumer to be more aware of what specific movement to perform, based on various body capabilities at several appropriate stages.


As more youths start to participate in physical activities, and sports organizations, coaches and trainers have found it important to emphasize strength training at an even younger age. In order to facilitate this, the coaches and trainers start off with a foundation of including more advanced weight lifting tools such as barbells. Accordingly, these exercises should be selected to allow the body to adapt to the various specific movements to increase flexibility and stabilization.


For example, these target exercises can help athletes who use their wrist as one of their prime movers. Accordingly, one sprained wrist and/or damaged tissue can lead an athlete to be forced to stop all physical activities until further approval by the athletic trainer. If there is a present wrist injury listed as acute and not fully treated, the athlete is prone for another similar injury which may lead to a chronic injury. To minimize and possibly avoid these injuries, wrist flexion and/or extensions is advised to minimize hyperextension. To avoid hyperextension, a device should have a soft grip for ease released in a comfortable position.


In another use, Olympic lifting involves a full force on the wrist when snatching, cleaning and performing any overhead movement. As such, learning the fundamentals prior to using a barbell will familiarize the specific movement which is viewed as strength and/or resistance training in preparation for actual Olympic lifts with a barbell.


The primary core muscles are diaphragm, multifidus, transversus abdominis and muscles of the pelvic floor. Core stability refers to a user's ability to stabilize the core with unstable movement. A user can improve core stability with shifting movements, forcing the body to stabilize the weight at a controlled pace. Using devices with unstable movements forces the body to control that specific device, strengthening your core. Standard fitness equipment does not offer the opportunity to release devices inside an invention with the capability of securing them for a compound movement in which core stability is the primary goal.


Different grips in different angles can strengthen and target different muscles. For example, an open, closed bent over rows can provide for primary moving muscles such as latissimus dorsi, rhomboids and scapular stabilizers and biceps for a specific goal such as gaining mass in the back. Additionally, an open wide grip can achieve the user's goal such as length in the back for a wider shape.


One or more grips allows a user for creativity such as lower body exercises indoor and/or outdoors with one adjustable safe equipment compared to a standard barbell that may cause injuries to a first-time user.


Carrying portable dumbbells and/or kettlebells to different locations is very inconvenient, especially for personal trainers traveling to multiple locations throughout the day. A portable training tool with adjustable, removable weight can prevent inconvenience and also save travel time throughout the day. To provide accommodations to different clientele, removable, adjustable weights will benefit the ability for the personal trainer to expand variation exercise throughout the training session.


Physiotherapist treat patients with acute, chronic injuries such as torn rotator cuff to name one example. During the early stage of the injury, the adjustable workout sled bag may be intensive therefore an adjustable, removable weight can benefit for isolation exercises such as shoulder flies.


To correct a user's posture during leisure activities such as walking and/or during speed training, an upper body harness to uplift the torso with or without a weighted tool on the users torso and/or being dragged for multiple repetition will cause muscle memory for when no attachments are on the users body.


In some examples, there are upper body harnesses that are configured for pulling exercises movements with a connecting strap for strength, endurance, speed and agility. These exercises can be performed in all planes such as, transverse, frontal and sagittal with other devices such as a sling band, parachute and/or other attachments for a quick release, lower body exercises, rock climbing, leisure activities such as walking your pet, daily walking, and/or a more convenient way to carry heavy objects such as boats to the lake via connecting strap(s).


High intensity interval training (HIIT) consist of muscle to contract during a set of movement, such as eccentric, concentric and/or isometric. These three phases increase strength, endurance, toning and increasing stamina with or without weighted objects.


Push and pull exercises focuses on a three area of the body, by targeting the point hinge, isolating the lower body can generate the stretch shortening cycle more efficiently compared to the traditional full body pull exercises, wherein focuses on the hips, knees and ankles to generate momentum and, also corrects posture.


To prevent stress to the lower body and specifically the abdominal cavity; having reinforcement support throughout the entire upper body, in specific anterior/ventral, posterior/dorsal, cranial to caudal to uplift in an upright position can reduce long term muscle, joint and bone deficiency which may lead to lower back pain; is caused by poor posture, body mechanics/defects/dysfunctions or genetics. In some instances, chronic lower back pain may lead to scoliosis which is viewed by “rounding of the back.” To minimize or possibly prevent scoliosis, lifting the upper torso at an early stage when performing physical activities will cause muscle memory to remain in the up-right position when exercising without devices.


With the health and fitness industry growth rate annually, gym memberships are increasing yearly and many are discouraged to attend a public setting. With a remote device for a full body workout for a wide population, a multi-purpose invention will save time, space and expenses.


As such, there is a long felt need to provide for a training sack that incorporates a full body workout with one or more handles perpendicular around the perimeter of the training sack for an open configuration, and a closed grip for variation movements to achieve a specific strength goal such as wide mass and/or closed mass in the user's body.


Accordingly, embodiments of the invention, provide significant advantages while overcoming the above-described and other disadvantages, as will now be described.


SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

In light of the disadvantages of the prior art, the following summary is provided to facilitate an understanding of some of the innovative features unique to the present invention and is not intended to be a full description. A full appreciation of the various aspects of the invention can be gained by taking the entire specification, claims, drawings, and abstract as a whole.


The adjustable workout sled bag incorporates a full body workout with one or more grips perpendicular around the perimeter of the training sack for an open configuration, and a closed grip for variation movements to achieve a specific strength goal such as wide mass and/or closed mass in the user's body. Also, during explosive training such as military training, picking up the training sack without looking down can save a split second compared to looking down for a grip and then picking it up to continue the specific task. For more advanced users such as military personnel, one or more reinforcement can be on one or more grips to secure all weighted objects are held without damaging the adjustable workout sled bag.


A user can adjust the appropriate weight with an adjustable weight in the enclosure of the training sack in a fixed position and/or loose for a specific goal to be achieve. For example, aiming for core stability, a user may leave the adjustable weight without securing one or more adjustable weight in one or more hook and loop fastener straps to control the shifting movement.


At least one weight may include a grip for easy removal and/or exercises with or without the adjustable workout sled bag. One or more weight can hold minerals to fill the enclosure for dense weight in preparation for weighted exercises. For example, a user may want to work on personal record repetition and can add all weights in the enclosure with dense weight. Another example is for isolation exercises such as bicep curls, a user may decrease the density in the weight which decreases the weight in the adjustable workout sled bag.


With one at least one fixed and/or removable durable surface made for dragging and at least one or more loops around the perimeter of the adjustable workout sled bag allows the user to utilize this invention with a versatile harness with a connecting strap to be used as a dragging tool and/or back pack. This can utilize all adjustable weight inside the enclosure as one or more hooks 18 from the connecting strap can be attached to one or more loops around the perimeter of the adjustable workout sled bag.


In an embodiment of the present invention, a harness targeted for lower body exercises enforcing an upright posture, comprising of one or more loops, fasteners, molle attachments, adjustable working strap, attachable devices such as connecting strap, sling, hydration pack, gun holsters and similar attachments when using for high physical activities and/or for leisure activities which can be viewed as a convenient device in a closed configuration. To utilize all working parts of this invention, the connecting strap can be used as adjustable working straps with the harness to be used as a back pack for leisure and/or physical activities with or without any additional objects in the enclosure.


In the instance where the harness has one or more loops, molle attachments, hydration pack, fasteners, adjustable working strap, other attachments such as fix and/or removable back pack straps may be applied when manufactured, according to the user's needs. For example, releasable fasteners can be provided in the front of the harness to create additional back support to improve posture, an upright position when using the versatile harness as a pulling device, rock climbing to attach rock climbing straps and still to maintain a firm posture.


With the harness to be designed as a heavy loaded pulling device with or without the adjustable workout sled bag, foam padding may be in at least one section of the versatile harness to create comfort for the user in the certain position, and also corrective posture and leisure activities when in usage for a long duration. Around the perimeter of the versatile harness, there may be more than one adjustable working strap 17 to accommodate to a wide variety of body sizes.


In an exemplary embodiment, a adjustable workout sled bag is disclosed. The adjustable workout sled bag includes one or more fasteners around the perimeter of the adjustable workout sled bag. The adjustable workout sled bag includes one or more grips or loops, woven tape and/or reinforcements positioned on the outer periphery of the adjustable workout sled bag. The adjustable workout sled bag includes at least one compartment strap, configured for enclosing one or more filler weights. The adjustable workout sled bag includes at least one dense surface around the perimeter in an open and/or closed configuration.


In one embodiment, the one or more grips are positioned on the surface of the adjustable workout sled bag; or the one or more grips are positioned around the perimeter of the adjustable workout sled bag.


In one embodiment, the at least one compartment strap is configured to provide weight in different sections of the adjustable workout sled bag.


In one embodiment, the adjustable workout sled bag further includes at least one dragging accessory, configured to assist with pulling and dragging of the adjustable workout sled bag


In one embodiment, the at least one dragging accessory is one or more of a suspension training, one or more additional connecting straps with handles, or a sled.


In one embodiment, the adjustable workout sled bag further includes a workout harness with securing ring attached to the periphery of the dense surface


In one embodiment, the adjustable workout sled bag further includes at least one attachment strap configured to connect to at least two of the one or more fasteners, and a at least one handle for a user to use for dragging or pulling.


In one embodiment, the one or more fasteners are configured to transition from a closed configuration to an open configuration.


In one embodiment, the one or more fasteners comprise of a plurality of hook and loop fasteners and one or more straps configured to be stored inside the adjustable workout sled bag, and configured to hold one or more weighted objects to prevent movement when in a closed configuration.


In one embodiment, the one or more grips is one or more of loops, molle or reinforcements located around the perimeter of the adjustable workout sled bag or in the enclosure. Additionally, the grips comprise of one or more fabrics with padding for gripping comfort comprising additional reinforcement such as rivets on one or more grips or one or more loops. Also, the loops comprise of one or more attachments such as a harness, a connecting strap, or a shoulder strap, wherein one or more attachment reinforcement may include one or more thread stitching around the surface.


In one embodiment, the at least one dense surface is configured to be fixed or removable for dragging activities adjustable workout sled bag as a sled or hard impact slams., wherein the removable surface may comprise of a fastener such as a hook and loop fastener to attach and detach when using the adjustable workout sled bag for dragging activities.


In one embodiment, the at least one dense surface comprises of rubber coated with polyvinyl chloride and/or polyurethane for dragging on dense surfaces in any weather condition, and one or more stitching may be around the surface with possible reinforcements.


In one embodiment, the at least one compartment strap comprises of one or more filler weights selected from sand or minerals.


In one embodiment, the adjustable workout sled bag is configured as a cosmetic leisure bag comprising of one or more animations around the perimeter; an additional attachable item such as backpack straps is attached to one or more loops around the perimeter of the adjustable workout sled bag for multi-purpose use; and one or more enclosure straps and/or compartment straps configured to secure one or more objects such as coins, laptops, clothing and sporting equipment creating additional usage such as a travel bag.


In one embodiment, the backpack straps are fixed in a separate enclosure or compartment strap configured for securing the backpack straps.


In one embodiment, the one or more loops are configured to connect one or more accessories selected from the group of a set of connecting straps, a harness, or a sled.

FIG. 1 illustrates the present disclosure and describes an adjustable workout sled bag 100 wherein the adjustable workout sled bag 100 is depicted in a closed configuration to be used as an exercise tool with additional attachments and detachments such as a harness 14 connecting strap 14a variation connecting strap 14b grip connecting strap 25 grip variation connecting strap 25a and detachable durable surface 27.



FIG. 2 illustrates additions to the enclosure in an open configuration 101 and/or accessories related with or without the adjustable workout sled bag 100 is a filler weight 20, sling 23, limb strap 26 and parachute 24. The adjustable workout sled bag 100 can open flat on a surface to increase and/or decrease the weight, such as filler weights 20 in the adjustable workout sled bag 100 storage compartment straps 19 for physical activities, and can also occupy storage compartment strap 19 for accessories listed in FIGS. 1-2 and/or personal items for leisure activities.


The embodiments described below will first discuss the adjustable workout sled bag 100 as structured in a closed configuration, followed by a discussion of the adjustable workout sled bag 100 in an open configuration 101 with descriptive elements, functions and examples.



FIGS. 3-4 illustrates the adjustable workout sled bag 100 in a closed configuration with the comprising of one or more grips 1 manufactured with a mixture of water repellent Nylon and polyester.


In some embodiments, at least one grip 1 may be constructed of a fabric comprising at least one layer of webbing as the structure interior of the grip 1, followed by at least one layer of compressed lining 16 to create long lasting durability and comfort for a user. Each of these elements can be layered in any combination thereof, in order to achieve the gripping, durability, and comfort purpose for each user.


In some embodiments, at least one grip 1 is viewed with a water repellent binding 10 thread in the middle and/or around one or more grips 1 to allow the user to firmly grasp a grip 1 without damaging the fabric over time. For example, when a user selects one or more grips 1 for lifting, the grip 1 folds in half. The dividing of one or more binding 10 prevents wear and tear of the fabric and compressed lining 16. The water repellant binding is configured to repel various elements of water that can take place during a water or outdoor training, or when an excessive amount of sweat is realized.


In some embodiments, one or more grips 1 may have a corner of the grip stitched from the interior to the exterior to prevent any discomfort from sharp edges for the user when grasping at a fast pace. The corner group stitching can be constructed with one or more different types of stitching selected from the group of a blind stitch, running stitch, zig-zag stitch, or a basting stitch.


In some embodiments, one or more reinforcements 2 can be utilized such as woven tape 3 with a fabric mixture, Nylon, and/or polyester with one or more layers to the surface of the adjustable workout sled bag 100. The layers can be formulated with an x shaped thread. In some embodiments, a square thread around the reinforcement 2 and woven tape 3 with a visual of at least one rivet, can be utilized. One rivet may have a coating of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and/or with a mixture of polyurethane (PU) to prevent rusting if any minerals area in contact with a rivet.


It is to be understood, that at least one layer of woven tape 3 can be manufactured on one or more grips 1, resulting in no visual rivets, also depending on the angle when viewing the adjustable workout sled bag 100. The use of the woven tape 3 is configured to strengthen the durability of the rivets, and to protect the rivets from excessive wear and tear.


One or more grip 1 may be seen with at least one-millimeter height from the surface of the adjustable workout sled bag 100 and some may be seen with no space between, depending on the angle viewed. This allows the user to firmly grasp the grip 1 and hold the adjustable workout sled bag 100 at a controlled motion. This controlled motion allows the user to more specifically target various muscle groups, or body parts that the exercise are intended to target. With a controlled motion, the user is able to maintain their form, as well as their exercise motion with many repetitions and sets as necessary.


In some embodiments, the adjustable workout sled bag 100 can have one or more grips 1 around the perimeter. In other embodiments, one or more grips 1 may be perpendicular from one another with one or more reinforcements 2 such as woven tape 3 and/or rivets to support the structure of a grip 1 but, not limiting to other optional reinforcements 2 prior to manufacturing.


In some embodiments, the adjustable workout sled bag 100 may comprise of one or more molle around the surface area to be used as a cosmetic appearance and/or for optional attachments related with or without the adjustable workout sled bag 100.


In some embodiments, one or more molle comprise of at least one layer of woven tape 3 with optional textile mineral mixture with one or more reinforcement 2 to hold the structure and for weighted objects.


Depending on the usage of the adjustable workout sled bag 100, it may be convenient to manufacture with a mixture of minerals and/or Nylon, vinyl, linen, cotton, canvas, polyester, or microfiber with one or more water proof coating selected from the group of polyvinyl chloride and/or polyurethane around the surface area and perimeter wherein a specific machinery can be used.


In some instances, individual environmentalist and organizations can request customized fabrics and/or minerals prior to manufacturing. For example, a mixture of minerals can comprise of current fabrics that are unused and/or used recycled materials such as glass, paper, cardboard, metal, plastic, tires, rubber, and metal.


Although the aforementioned range is considered the preferred embodiment, the size of the grips 1 may comprise of an endless amount of sizes and ranges, that are suitable to serve the purpose of this disclosure. The grips 1 can be as large, or as small as needed to serve the intended purpose.


EXAMPLE 1
Isolation and Compound Exercises for the Upper Body

To be used as a substitution for dumbbells, a user may grasp the vertical grips 1 on the front surface of the adjustable workout sled bag 100 to target the biceps, in particular the brachialis and the brachioradialis of the forearm muscles).


With one or more grips 1 around the perimeter of the adjustable workout sled bag 100 the user has a wide variety of grasping options, to position one or more hands on the one or more grips 1 for various activities. For example, to improve on inner back strength, in particular the rhomboids, the user can grasp one or more horizontal and/or vertical grip 1 as depicted in FIGS. 3-4 then perform rows. A user can grasp the wide grip 1 on the adjustable workout sled bag 100 for exercises such as bent over rows target the latissimus dorsi as the primary movers. A shoulder press exercise, with dumbbells and/or barbell is universally known for shoulder and deltoid strength and mass. With an adjustable workout sled bag 100 the user has the option to choose an exercise to target the specific muscles and goals the exercise. For example, to target the deltoids, the user would grasp the outer grips 1 of the adjustable workout sled bag 100 which also creates a wide shape to the upper body. The user would grasp one of the four middle grips 1 to target the pectoral minor which also creates mass in the chest. All grips are a safer alternative compared to a barbell and/or dumbbell.


EXAMPLE 2
Compound Exercises for the Lower Body

Front squats require 90 degrees flexion in the wrist and shoulders to be performed at a correct formation. The barbell is then resting on the user's collar bone through the set. For beginners or returning from an upper body injury, an adjustable workout sled bag 100 would benefit from at least one grip 1 to prevent hyperextension in the wrist and also to prevent the discomfort on a user's collar bone. Based on the various placements of the grips 1, the user can find a grip 1 or a safe alternative grip 1 on the device in order to limit or reduce injury due to weight displacement.


EXAMPLE 3
Olympic Lifting and Explosive Exercises

Olympic lifting, particularly power cleans, front squats, squat cleans, push jerks, power snatch, squat snatch requires mobility and flexion in the wrist when using a barbell and/or dumbbell. With a user with limited flexion and extension in the wrist, serious injuries may occur such as torn ligaments and broken bones. Grasping on to one or more grips 1, in particular the horizontal grips and minimize and possibly prevent injuries to occur as one or more grips has soft compressed lining 16 and the fabric of the adjustable workout sled bag 100 is flexible to conveniently catch the adjustable workout sled bag 100 in a rapid motion. Also, for beginners learning the fundamentals of the Olympic lifting movements, starting off with a softer surface such as an adjustable workout sled bag 100 can allow the user to adapt to the movements and possibly progress to the barbell stage.


Kettlebell swings requires a user legs to be shoulder width apart followed by a hinge in the hips. When kettlebells are not present, a user can grasp one or more grips 1, preferably the vertical grips 1 of the adjustable workout sled bag 100 with the user's legs shoulder width apart with a hinge to perform a full kettlebell simulation. As a kettlebell are usually a fixed weight, using a adjustable workout sled bag 100 as a simulated kettlebell benefits the user by allowing to increase or decrease the weight in the enclosure of the adjustable workout sled bag 100.


EXAMPLE 4
Core Exercises

A core exercise such as plank pulls, which is also known as plank drags requires a user to drag a bag vertically and/or cross sectional. With the adjustable workout sled bag 100 starting vertically to the user's body, the user has eight grips 1 to choose from to drag to the opposite side. This allows the user to drag the adjustable workout sled bag 100 further, but still allowing to grasp a grip 1 in arms lengths reach and also maintaining the correct plank position. Other bags on the market has minimal to no grips 1 which can then lead to improper plank form. A user targeting the obliques can have the adjustable workout sled bag 100 cross sectional to the opposing side of the body. Compared to a standard core exercise with a medicine ball, the adjustable workout sled bag 100 can target more core muscles, in particular, the obliques. For example, a medicine ball is narrow and may only target the mid-section core compared to the adjustable workout sled bag 100 wide grip 1 can target the obliques in addition to the mid-section.


EXAMPLE 5
Military Testing

To pass a military physical test, a military carry is required at a certain distance and weight, depending on the country. The military personnel must lift other personnel and carry on top of the back or single shoulder. The new class of military personnel can use the adjustable workout sled bag 100 with one or more grips 1 around the perimeter with a quick explosive lift to the back and/or shoulders as a simulated carry. Other bags on the market has minimal to no grips 1 which would force the military personnel for a grip or comfortable position to grab a bag.


As depicted in earlier reference, FIG. 4 illustrates at least one loop 4 with the similar structure of one grip 1 which is, at least one layer of woven tape 3, a visual of at least one rivet with an x and/or square stitching around the woven tape 3 to secure one or more loops 4. In some examples, the rivets can use a combination of an x or square stitching based on proximity, and the probability of a higher usage.


In some embodiments, one or more loops 4 may be shaped like a D-ring and in other embodiments, some may be shaped as a circle, depending on the view looked upon. In some instances, one or more loop 4 can vary in thickness and diameter and sizes, depending on the location and functional purpose for the specific loop 4.


In some embodiments, at least one loop 4 reinforcement 2 such as one or more layers of woven tape 3 can be stitched from the top to bottom end allowing minimal to no movement of the loop 4. This will allow a user to carry the adjustable workout sled bag 100 with attachments such as a harness 14, connecting straps 14a with minimal to no shifting.


In some embodiments, one loop 4 may have a coating of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and/or with a mixture of polyurethane (PU) to prevent rusting if any minerals area in contact with a loop 4. The prevention of rust, ensures that the durability is extended when coming in contact with sweat or other high moisture environments and interactions.



FIG. 5 illustrates the adjustable workout sled bag 100 with at least one layer of a durable surface 11, which can be viewed as a flexible flat surface made with a mixture of rubber, microfiber, suede, synthetic polyester, Nylon and/or acrylic with binding 10 around the perimeter edges. With the comprising fabric and coating, the durable surface 11 can be scratch proof to be used as a dragging tool on many surfaces. Additionally, this feature can prevent sun damage such as color fading overtime.


In some embodiments, the adjustable workout sled bag 100 durable surface 11 can be manufactured overlapping around to the perimeter of the adjustable workout sled bag 100. Optionally, prior to manufacturing, at least one side of the perimeter of the adjustable workout sled bag 100 may have one or more layers for dragging workouts which will be explained in examples.


In some embodiments, the durable surface 11 can be viewed as slightly raised on one or more perimeter surfaces because of the one or more layers that are manufactured. For example, it may be convenient if the adjustable workout sled bag 100 is manufactured with the entire perimeter of durable surface 11 if military personnel will be occupying daily to keep the structure with minimal to no damage.


In some embodiments, the adjustable workout sled bag 100 can be viewed with at least one layer of binding 10 around one or more sides of the perimeter of the durable surface 11 to hold the structure, avoiding any damage. In some instances, a durable surface 11 may not have binding 10 and may have adhesive in between the surfaces of the adjustable workout sled bag 100 and durable surface 11, depending on the users request, prior manufacturing.


In some embodiments, the adjustable workout sled bag 100 can be configured to be utilized as baggage or a tool that can be dragged on a surface. The adjustable workout sled bag 100 can be configured without one or more accessories, such as a harness 14, connecting strap 14a. and/or variation connecting strap 14b. In another example the accessories can be included in order to attach to another bag, or a user via the harness 14 connecting strap 14a. and/or variation connecting strap 14b.


Harness and Connecting Strap


FIGS. 6-7 illustrates a harness 14 in an open and closed configuration, showing the main working parts comprising at least one of a woven tape 3, one or more loops 4, one or more fasteners 6, Nylon thread 9 and an adjustable working strap 17. The main working parts may have one or more coatings of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and/or polyurethane (PU), to be used in different climate seasons without causing damage to the fabric and structure of the harness 14.


As depicted in FIG. 6, the interior of the harness 14 illustrates the compressed lining 16 which can also be viewed as foam padding for high resistance training to avoid discomfort to the user when pulling and/or dragging devices.


In some embodiments, the interior fabric of the harness 14 may have at least one layer of compressed lining 16 which is intended for soft padding. The exterior fabric of the compressed lining 16 can have at least one layer of Nylon which is also flexible for the user when pulling, dragging and/or carrying objects such as the adjustable workout sled bag 100. In some instances, there can be multiple layers that can be adjacent or interchangeable that comprise of both Nylon and compressed lining 16, or any combination thereof.


In some embodiments, the harness 14 can be viewed with one or more fasteners 6 around the perimeter of the harness 14 to hold an up-right position when being used as a pulling device for heavy devices such as a truck, as a backpack, for rock climbing, and as a speed and agility device with or without a partner. The fasteners 6 may include an adjustable working strap 17 for expansion to accommodate to the user's body composition. It is to be understood one or more fasteners 6 and/or adjustable working strap 17 may be in different areas for different purposes such as securing the users torso when using the harness 14 with the adjustable workout sled bag 100 as a dragging tool and/or when rock climbing.


In some embodiments, at least one fastener 6 can have a quick release point to release the harness 14 at a fast pace, preferably when being used as a sled. Also, behind and/or adjacent to at least one fastener 6 can have an optional loop 4 for attachments with or without the adjustable workout sled bag 100.


In some embodiments, the harness 14 may be viewed as a separate backpack strap in regards to the structure on the rear side, covering the majority of the shoulders, specifically, the trapezius, levator scapulae, rhomboid minor and major, latissimus dorsi and in the anterior, pectoralis minor and major, subscapularis, deltoid, serratus anterior and under lying muscles, joints and ligaments. It is to be understood the rear perimeter of the harness 14 can include one or more loops 4 to attach a backpack or similar bags such as an adjustable workout sled bag 100 to be used as a daily bag, weighted exercises bag, dragging tool such as a sled.


In some embodiments, at least one fastener 6 around the perimeter of the harness 14 can be secured and attached by one or more layers on either side of the harness 14 with webbing and/or similar fabric through one or more side of a fastener 6, and may include one or more adjustable working strap 17 to accommodate the users body composition. Additionally, adjusting one or more adjustable working straps 17 can uplift the users torso, correcting and/or improving acute or chronic dysfunctions.


In some embodiments, additional fabric is viewed loosely prior and after adjusting to the users body composition via an adjustable working strap 17. To minimize the fabric, the ending point may have a structure of woven tape 3 with a x shaped and/or thread around the perimeter with a hook and loop fastener 5 for the user to fold at least once and then secure the fabric by at least one layer of a hook and loop fastener 5. This is strictly up to the user and can be adjusted at any length. The hook and loop fastener 5 can be configured to be adjustable to extend or retract to one or more lengths, by the user, in order to ensure a more secure fit.


In some instances, the user has an option to fold and hide the extra fabric inside one or more compartment straps in the interior of the harness 14. For example, at least one compartment strap lined near the fastener 6 structure may have a compartment strap that is also viewed as a storage for the loose fabric but is up to the user. The compartment straps can be strategically located close to the harness 14 in order to ensure a flush fit of the extra fabric.


In some instances, it may be convenient to retail at least one harness 14 with at least one fastener 6 and excluding other features previously explained for the user to utilize the harness 14 as a postural correction. Additionally, any combination of the embodiments above, can be utilized in order to form the at least one harness structure with one or more fasteners.


In some embodiments, at least one fastener 6 can be plastic, metal and/or both around the perimeter of the fastener 6 and can comprise of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and/or with a mixture of polyurethane (PU) to be used in various weather conditions. It is to be understood one or more fastener 6 can be different sizes, for example, the top fastener 6 can be smaller to accommodate to females to prevent any uncomfortable pulling on their breast.


In some embodiments, one or more loops 4 around the perimeter of the harness 14 can be attached with an extra layer of fabric such as nylon, subsequently secured by one or more layers of binding 10 thread and Nylon 9 and/or similar thread around the interior and/or exterior perimeter of the extra fabric.


In some embodiments, the binding 10 can be vertical and/or horizontal with additional reinforcement 2 such as rivets beneath one or more layers a woven tape 3. The one or more rivets can be strategically placed one or more distances apart from one another. In another example, the rivets can be positioned on opposite layers, the same layer, or any combination thereof.


In some instances, depending on the user request, a harness 14 can have a fixed and/or removable belt allowing a user to connect other attachments for various exercises which will be explained in examples. The belt can have reinforcements 2 such as woven tape 3 around the perimeter of the belt securing the movable loop 4. This allows the user to use at least one fixed loop 4 around the perimeter of the harness 14 and at least one movable loop 4 with a fixed and/or removable loop 4 for other purposes. In some examples, there can be only fixed loops 4 around the perimeter of the harness 14. In another example, there can be only moveable loops 4 around the perimeter of the harness 14. In yet another examples, there can be a combination of fixed and moveable loops.


In some embodiments, the harness 14 may have attachments such as molle and can be manufactured with woven tape 3 and/or similar reinforcements 2 for attachments, with or without the adjustable workout sled bag 100.


In some embodiments, the interior may include one or more layers of binding 10 around the perimeter of the harness 14 to hold the structure. The binding 10 can be mixed with cotton, avoiding discomfort and irritation when in use. The binding can be secured in one or more ways, with a variety of stitching as disclosed above, and bound in layers to ensure durability.


Other harnesses 14 previously made usually tear damaging the structure and possibly injuring the user while using the harness 14. Additionally, the embodiments disclosed have at least one fixed loop 4 with no space around the perimeter, preventing possible release when carrying heavy objects. In some examples, there can be at least one fixed loop 4, or at least one adjustable/moveable loop 4, or any combination thereof.



FIG. 8 illustrates a connecting strap 14a; with an individual strap with at least one hook 18 and three connecting on the opposite end with at least one hook 18 on each. Securing the structure mid-point can be a reinforcement 2 such as a woven tape 3 with thread, stitched like an x and/or around the perimeter of the base.


In some embodiments, the connecting strap 14a may have one or more layers of fabric such as Nylon, polyester, not limiting to similar durable fabric. When manufactured, one or more layers can hide additional reinforcements 2 such as rivets and woven tape 3. Each of these layers can comprise of any combination of nylon or polyester, or a similar fabric. The layers can range from a single layer to multiple layers of each of the fabrics.


In some embodiments, the ending point of one or more straps has at least one woven tape 3 layer wrapped around to fit a hook 18 and/or similar attachment such as a clamp to secure and reinforce when using for excessive intense training exercises. Also, when manufactured, one or more layers may hide other reinforcements 2 such as one or more rivets.


In some embodiments, the stitching structure around one or more hooks 18 can cause minimal to no movement in the hook 18 and/or similar attachment when using for excessive intense training exercises. In some examples, there can be a combination of stitching around the perimeter of the hooks, and under the hook in order to ensure durability and a secure fit.


In some embodiments, a harness 14 at and least one connecting strap 14a, 14b, 25 and 25a may comprise of one or more molle to be used as a cosmetic appearance and/or for optional attachments related with or without the adjustable workout sled bag 100.


Depending on the usage of the harness 14 and one or more connecting straps, it may be convenient to manufacture with a mixture of minerals and/or Nylon, vinyl, linen, cotton, canvas, polyester, or microfiber with one or more water proof coating selected from the group of polyvinyl chloride and/or polyurethane.


In some instances, individual environmentalist and organizations can request customized fabrics and/or minerals prior to manufacturing. For example, a mixture of minerals can comprise of current fabrics that are unused and/or used recycled materials such as glass, paper, cardboard, metal, plastic, tires, rubber, and metal. It is to be understood prior manufacturing, a user can request to comprise of one or more minerals in a harness 14 and/or connecting strap 14a wherein a specific machinery can be used.


In some embodiments, one or more molle comprise of at least one layer of woven tape 3 with optional textile mineral mixture with one or more reinforcement 2 to hold the structure and for weighted objects related with or without the adjustable workout sled bag 100.



FIG. 9 illustrates a variation connecting strap 14b is viewed as a similar function and structure as a connecting strap 14a. However, the variation connecting strap 14b allows the user to attach one or more additional straps on one or more loops 4 around the perimeter of the harness 14 which will elaborate in later examples.


It is to be understood one or more connecting straps 14a, 14b, 25 and 25a can have one or more hooks 18 detach and to be used for other usages with or without the adjustable workout bag 100.


EXAMPLE 6
Sled Drag Exercises Comparison

The adjustable workout sled bag 100 can be viewed as a dragging tool with a harness 14, and connecting strap 14a configured to be dragged on either side of the adjustable workout sled bag 100. The user can adjust the harness 14 according to the body composition via adjustable working straps 17 followed by attaching on one or more hooks 18 via connecting strap 14a on one or more loops 4 around the perimeter of the harness 14. The opposite ending of the connecting strap 14a can be attached to one or more loops 4 on the adjustable workout sled bag 100. It is preferred to securely attach all three connecting straps 14a hooks 18, onto each of the three loops 4 on the adjustable workout sled bag 100 to be used as a dragging tool. Attaching the connection straps onto each of the three loops 4 of the adjustable workout sled bag 100 can distribute the enclosed weight evenly, preventing swivel and raising of the adjustable workout sled bag 100 during running, speed and agility exercises. For example, a track and field athlete with a goal of improving a short distance goal such as the 40-yard dash, can utilize all weight in the enclosure of the adjustable workout sled bag 100 and prevent swiveling by attaching all three connecting straps 14a hooks 18 on one side of the adjustable workout sled bag 100. The friction of the durable surface 11 allows the adjustable workout sled bag 100 to come to a stop when the user would complete the exercise on any surface in reference to the comprising fabric and coating on the durable surface 11. Other inventions may have one loop 4 which increases lifting of the dragging tool and swivel, which does not utilize the dragging tool. This particular method could cause the user to lose a smooth running form, and cause apparent injury if the adjustable workout sled bag 100 were to pull the runner in an awkward direction, or not stop when the runner ceases running. In addition, other dragging tools on the market may not create enough friction, which would result in the dragging tool possibly causing an injury to the rear lower body when coming to a stop.


EXAMPLE 7
Speed and Agility Sled Exercises with a Harness and Connecting Strap

The preferred postural form at the start comprise of an off line slight bent position with an upright torso firm posture preparing for a running, sprinting and/or speed and agility exercise. The proper running mechanics starts from the mid foot which creates quick ground contact which is also known as the stretch shortening cycle (SSC) in the lower body hinge, in particular, hips knees and ankles. Using a dragging tool such as the adjustable workout sled bag 100 with additional weight creates resistance for the user to move forward. This generates rapid, repetitive movements during the specific exercise which is then simulated in a sporting competition such as track and field. Also, a runner with poor running mechanics can use the adjustable workout sled bag 100 as a sled to emphasize ground contact but still maintaining the forward movement. Some specific drills for quick ground contact are, high knees, A skips, B skips, and change of direction (COD) just to name a few.


A dragging tool such as the adjustable workout sled bag 100 with any amount of weight builds strength in the lower body, particularly in the gluteus medius, minimus. While running forward, with the upper body harness 14 of the dragging tool such as the adjustable workout sled bag 100, a limb is extended in a frontal plane back in conjunction with the tensor fasciae latae to the ground for quick ground contact. During flexion of the hip (hinge), the glute medius and minimus internally rotates the thigh which is then extends out the hip for a forward plane motion. These movements are important for sprinters, football, baseball, basketball and hockey athletes because the majority of their force is going forward, while performing sports moves during the respective sport. Having the adjustable workout sled bag 100 as a resistance tool increases the strength and also the user's stamina.


To improve a user stamina, high intensity interval training (HIITs) are recommended at a precautionary level. For example, a user can jog with the adjustable workout sled bag 100 as a sled, then gradually increase the speed and intensity to maximum with as many repetitions until reached the VO2 Max. This is also called anaerobic training.


EXAMPLE 8
Sport Specific Sled Training

In baseball, lateral moves are the primary movements utilized while performing baserunning, with a linear sprint being utilized as the secondary movement. Dragging a adjustable workout sled bag 100 during practice on a side loop 4, preferably the left loop 4 of the harness 14, with at least one hook 18 via connecting strap 14a to one or more loops 4 on the side of the adjustable workout sled bag 100 for simulation of a secondary lead. For example, a baseball player can practice side shuffles on or off the baseball field to simulate the movement as a game situation. This will increase strength and also muscle memory during games.


Speed requires a user's ability to move the body in one direction as fast as possible. Agility is the ability to accelerate, decelerate, stabilize and quickly change directions with proper posture through the exercises. These exercises can be used to improve on the change of direction (COD). In order to improve upon COD, a user may attach one hook 18 onto at least one of the front loops 4 on the harness 14 then attach at least one hook 18 onto one or more loops 4 on the adjustable workout sled bag 100 for reverse lunges and/or sprints. Throughout the set, the user has the ability to quickly release a fastener 6 to disassemble the harness 14 and sprint in another direction without any assisted tools.


For specific agility exercises utilized for track and field athlete training, for a short and/or long distance, requires the upper torso to be in a firm position from the start of an explosive running action, through at least six strides leading to an uplifting of the body into a firm upright position. The track and field athlete can use the harness 14, connecting strap 14a and adjustable workout sled bag 100 as an assisted tool to correct and/or improve a firm up right posture throughout the start to finish line. The benefit about the adjustable workout sled bag 100 and harness 14 is that both tools work together for an all-around advantage for athletes training for speed and agility. Other dragging tools may include a waist belt to a dragging tool. The waist belt does not support the posture from the starting point to the finish line. For example, if a user is wearing a waist belt with a dragging tool, the upper body, in particular the lumbar to cervical spine may be rounded if the user does not have the correct techniques. This may create pool habits and decrease performance and possible lead to future injuries.


In some instances, a user has the ability to wear the harness 14 backwards for reverse exercises such as reverse lunges, sprints and runs. For example, military personnel have the dummy carry as a mandatory test. To train for the test, military personnel may wear the harness 14 backwards as an alternative instead of using the front loop 4. It is to be understood these are recommendations are not mandatory and/or required.


It is to be understood the three hooks 18 on a connecting strap 14a may attach onto three loops 4 around the harness 14 and one onto another device such as an adjustable workout sled bag 100. In some instances, the harness 14 and connecting strap 14a can be used for other purposes such as dragging and/or pulling vehicles from lower body strength training. It is recommended but not required to attach at least three hooks 18 on the connecting strap 14a onto one or more loops 4 around the harness 14 for the correct balance of dragging a vehicle. For example, if a user has one hook 18 attach to one loop 4 on the harness 14, there can be possible shifting movements in the body with extended strides. It is to be understood these are recommendations and not mandatory and/or required.


EXAMPLE 9
Speed, Agility and Conditioning with a Harness and Sling


FIG. 10 illustrates a sling 23 that can be used with a harness 14, with or without a partner. Although the harness 14 can be viewed as a compound weight lifting device, the harness 14 can be used for activities such as running, sprinting, multi-direction, change of direction speed and agility drills. For example, a user can wear the harness 14 and a partner can then pull the sling 23 at a firm grip while the user is running and/or sprinting in a linear, lateral and/or reverse and then the partner can release one grips 1 by letting go but still holding on the other hand, forcing the user to run without any resistance. This can also be viewed as a drop set, increasing resistance then decreasing resistance at a short duration. Additionally, this exercise is to increase VO2 max.


For law enforcement personnel, a K-9 can use the harness 14 with the law enforcement personnel pulling at a firm grip then releasing the sling 23, increasing the demand of the K-9 to drive linear force. This example can be viewed as a simulation of a scenario when chasing suspects.


A user can use the harness 14 with one or more loops 4 for exercises without a partner for weight training such as deadlifts. The user can tie and/or knot one end of a sling 23 to a fixed object and one end on one or more loops 4 around the perimeter of the adjustable workout sled bag 100 while lifting up the barbell with or without weight, generating force from the hip flexor to force forward to work on range of motion (ROM), corrective postural techniques and/or from recovering from acute and/or chronic pain.


EXAMPLE 10
Resistance Sprints with a Harness and Parachute


FIG. 11 illustrates a parachute 24 to be used with a harness 14. When a user is using a parachute 24, the main goal to achieve is resistance sprints without a partner. For example, the user may exercise alone, leading the user to work with wind resistance when running and/or sprinting in a linear, lateral and/or reverse plane. Additionally, it may be beneficial to use the parachute 24 subsequently damaged and/or injured lower body part to control the appropriate resistance.


Using a parachute 24 to maximize the shortening cycle (SSC) by the user storing elastic energy for every stride, increasing range of motion (ROM) and also strengthens the lower body by causing fatigue in the lower body, in specific to the hip flexor complex, quadriceps, hamstrings, tibialis anterior and calves to work in greater demand for a longer duration.


EXAMPLE 11
Harness for Other Purposes

When using the harness 14 as a rock climbing device, the weight shift from the additional hiking equipment such as pulling straps may have excessive pulls when climbing. A user may adjust the adjustable working straps 17 firmly to avoid excessive pulling. This adjustment of the working straps, allows the user to effectively shift the weight of the additional hiking equipment in order to avoid injury or other dangerous scenarios.


It is to be understood that the harness 14 can be used without physical activities and/or training tools. For example, a user can adjust all adjustable working straps 17 firmly to uplift the torso during poor posture habits such as office workers spending multiple hours a day on a computer. The use of the harness 14 can provide additional support to the user in order to create the proper muscle memory to uplift the torso in a firm position, with better posture, but also comfortable with at least one layer of compressed lining 16.


It is to be understood that the user has the option in manipulating how to use the harness 14 and/or the connecting strap 14a and/or variation connecting strap 14b. The examples listed above should be considered as recommendations and not as mandatory embodiments. Additionally, any combination of the above examples and embodiments can be utilized in order to perform the described actions of the disclosure.


EXAMPLE 12
Fixed and/or Removable Lower Belt

Personal trainers, team trainers and individuals may have their own methodology for running and/or sprinting position. Some coaches may suggest a lower belt if a user would like to focus on different movements such as low lateral sprints, mimicking a basketball situation. This can result in a user to stay low to the ground, instead of a harness uplifting the users torso.


Adjustable Workout Sled Bag with a Harness and Strap


It is to be understood a harness 14 for dragging exercises with the adjustable workout sled bag 100 can also be used for a weighted bag exercises which is viewed as a backpack. However, the user has an option to purchase a separate harness 14 with limited and/or no functions related to the harness 14 disclosed.



FIGS. 12-15 illustrates a harness 14 connecting strap 14a and an adjustable workout sled bag 100 set up for weighted bag exercises. The adjustable workout sled bag 100 is attached by at least one strap from a connecting strap 14a around the perimeter to be held as one of the main structures which is then looped around to the rear side, in particular, durable surface 11 which is then wrapped and/or attached to at least one loop 4 on the harness 14 and at least one loop 4 and/or grip 1 on the adjustable workout sled bag 100 which can be viewed in detail on FIG. 15.


In some embodiments, at least one strap is around the area surface shoulder of the harness 14 loop 4 via a hook 18 on at least one strap of the connecting strap 14a. In some examples, there can be a hook 18 on every other loop 4, or any combination of hooks 18 in order to ensure a secure fit and ease of accessibility.


The user has the option to purchase a connecting strap 14a and/or variation connecting strap 14b. For example, it may be convenient for a user to purchase a variation connecting strap 14b for increased posture support for long distances and/or any activity that requires demand on the body.


It is to be understood at least one attachment such as a hook 18 can be detached from a connecting strap 14a for other purposes, with or without the harness 14 and/or adjustable workout sled bag 100.


With one or more loops 4 around the perimeter of the adjustable workout sled bag 100 a user has many options to perform specific exercises. Below are exercises preferred and recommended, however the user can use the adjustable workout sled bag 100 for other purposes. One or more loops 4 can be utilized in any combination by the user in order to perform an exercise.


It is to be understood that the adjustable workout sled bag 100 may have a fixed durable surface 11 and a detachable durable surface 27. Behind the first layer of the durable surface 11 can be one or more hidden compartment straps for at least one backpack strap, to use the adjustable workout sled bag 100 for weighted exercises which may been seen in previous reference FIGS. 12-15, around the area surface and perimeter of the adjustable workout sled bag 100. However, for a more secure and firm position, a harness 14 may be recommended to use as a backpack strap.


It is to be understood the adjustable workout sled bag 100 can be worn vertical and/or horizontal with minimal to no tilts, depending which loop 4 and hook 18 is attached.


EXAMPLE 13
Adjustable Workout Sled Bag, Harness and Strap Worn as a Backpack

Any additional body weight increases strength, burns fat and improves stamina by burning more calories during a workout. Wearing the adjustable workout sled bag 100 with a harness 14 and connecting strap 14a increases the body weight which leads to a more effective workout. For example, a user can wear the adjustable workout sled bag 100 with a harness 14 and connecting strap 14a in previous reference of FIGS. 12-15 for push-ups as a progression from body weight. As progression arises, the user may add more weight in the adjustable workout sled bag 100 such as filler weights 20, not limiting to other weights.


Another example is running with adjustable workout sled bag 100 with a harness 14 and connecting strap 14a for long distance activities such triathlon. A triathlon athlete may use the adjustable workout sled bag 100 in substitution for a standard triathlon backpack for increased weight to increase all around endurance. This also creates an additional convenience for a user for easy transportation. With the long duration activities on land such as biking and running, the triathlon athlete can place a hydration pack inside the adjustable workout sled bag 100 for easy access. For example, a hydration pack can be secured in at least one compartment strap 19 with or without objects in the enclosure, to access the tube from one of the exterior fold overs 7 via hook and loop fastener 5 and at least one fastener 6.


This is very convenient for personal trainers as they travel different locations to accommodate to their clientele. For example, the personal trainer can instruct the client to perform weighted bag exercises as warm ups such as push-ups, squats then to sled exercises such as sled sprints then to bag exercises such as walking lunges and lastly to isolation exercises such as bicep curls used as filler weights 20 to finish the session.


Detachable Durable Surface

It is to be understood that the adjustable workout sled bag 100 can be configured with or without a detachable durable surface 27, depending on the user's request or exercise needs. For example, in some instances, a detachable durable surface 27 may or may not be manufactured depending on the usage of the adjustable workout sled bag 100 such as a leisure bag which dragging is not appropriate. Additionally, a detachable durable surface 27 can be attached and detached from one or more fasteners 6 around the perimeter of the detachable durable surface 27 for leisure activities such as a hiking bag wherein can be used as an exercise tool during and/or after when desired.


It is to be understood the detachable durable surface 27 can be manufactured pre-cut to fit behind the durable surface 11 shown in earlier references as depicted in FIG. 5.



FIG. 16 illustrates a detachable durable surface 27 unfolded and detached from the adjustable workout sled bag 100 onto a surface with two weighted plates as resistance to be used for dragging and/or pulling exercises. The user has the option to use a grip connecting strap 25, a grip variation connecting strap 25a, a connecting strap 14a, and/or a variation connecting strap 14b to provide for a pulling resistance with a harness 14, attached onto at least one loop on the detachable durable surface 27.


The detachable durable surface 27 can have one or more layers allowing the user to unfold and expand the detachable durable surface 27 to drag an increased length of a weighted object.


In some embodiments, the detachable durable surface 27 on the adjustable workout sled bag 100 may have one or more hidden loops 4 and/or fastener 6 around the perimeter which will be used to drag weighted objects such as weighted plates with attachments such as a connecting strap 14a and similar straps with a harness. It is to be understood that the adjustable workout sled bag 100 can be utilized on the surface of the detachable durable surface 27 which is detached from the adjustable workout sled bag 100.


In some embodiments, the detachable durable surface 27 can be flexible and may have a slight lifted curve around the perimeter so prevent weighted objects from escaping when using as a dragging tool.


In some embodiments, the detachable durable surface 27 may also be seen with at least one fastener 6 and/or adjustable working strap 17 to secure all objects on the surface with minimal to no movement. The adjustable working strap 17 allows a user to adjust the appropriate size to stack weighted objects such as weighted plates. For example, one connecting strap 14a and/or variation connecting strap 14b can be wrapped around one or more loops 4 and/or fastener 6 positioned around the perimeter of the detachable durable surface 27 to hold all weighted objects in place.


Depending on the usage of the detachable durable surface 27, it can comprise of a mixture of minerals such as, iron and/or metal, rubber, one or more layers of mineral and/or buoyant material coated with polyvinyl chloride and/or polyurethane with one or more layers of stitching may be around the surface area and perimeter with possible reinforcements for dragging on surfaces without damage in any weather condition. This will decrease the likelihood of damage when heavy durable weights such as metal plates are in the enclosure.


Other bags on the market do not allow the user to have an option, prior to manufacturing, to choose a fixed and/or detachable durable surface 27. For example, if a user would like a detachable or removable durable surface 27, the detachable durable surface 27 can be configured to be used as an additional accessory to drag other weighted objects, such as weighted plates as depicted in FIG. 16.


Grip Connecting Strap and Grip Variation Connecting Strap


FIGS. 17-18 illustrates a grip connecting strap 25 and grip variation connecting strap 25a which also may be viewed as the similar structure of a suspension trainer and in this invention, a connecting strap 14a.


The grip connecting strap 25 and grip variation strap 25a is provided with a grip 1, reinforcement 2, woven tape 3 and interior with compressed lining 16 for padding. At least one grip 1 can be similar to the adjustable workout sled bag 100 and/or with an increase in thickness of compressed lining 16 with rubber.


In some embodiments, the middle structure base of the grip connecting strap 25 and variation connecting strap 25a can be held together by reinforcements 2 and woven tape 3.


It may be convenient to retail a grip connecting strap 25 and grip variation strap 25a for a user that does not require a limb strap for additional exercises listed in earlier examples.


It is to be understood one or more straps can be used with or without adjustable workout sled bag 100 and accessories.


EXAMPLE 14
Connecting Straps

A user can attach one or more connecting straps such as, a connecting strap 14a, connecting variation strap 14b, grip connecting strap 25 and/or grip variation strap 25a for suspension training. For example, a user can wrap around one or more straps to a fixed object such as a tree then attach via hook 18 to one or more hooks 18 on the same connecting strap and/or other connecting straps. The handles provided in a connecting strap, such as a grip connecting strap 25 and/or grip variation strap 25b for exercises such as decline rows, internal/external rotation in one or more joints.


A grip/handle may not be provided for a connecting strap 14a and connecting variation strap 14b. A user can attach a limb strap 26 loop 4 to one or more hooks 18 one either connecting straps be used as a grip 1 for wrist and/or ankles for suspension training. Also, a user can attach other objects to a connecting strap for other usage.


EXAMPLE 15
Detachable Durable Surface with Straps

An advanced user with increased lower body strength and endurance may purchase one or more adjustable workout sled bags 100 configured with a detachable durable surface 11 to be with or without the adjustable workout sled bag 100 for dragging exercises. For example, the durable surface 11 from one or more adjustable workout sled bag 100 can be unfolded and wrapped around the perimeter of the adjustable workout sled bag 100 allowing the user to add weighted objects on top, such as weighted plates, with or without filler weights 20 in the enclosure of the adjustable workout sled bag 100.


In some instances, two people can work out with a single adjustable workout sled bag 100 at the same time. For example, one person can use the adjustable workout sled bag 100 for a bag workout weight in the enclosure such as filler weights 20 for front squats, while the other person can use the detachable durable surface 27 with additional weight, such as filler weights 20 or optional weighted objects, such as weighted plates for sled drags with a harness 14 and connecting strap 14a.


Similarly, personal trainers conducting boot camp classes can limit equipment and use one or more adjustable workout sled bag 100 that will occupy at least four users for a single workout. For example, one user can use the adjustable workout sled bag 100 for bag workouts, while another group of users can use filler weights 20. In another instance, one user can wear a harness 14 and a partner tugging with a sling 23, and another user can use the detachable durable surface 27 for reverse lunges with a grip connecting strap 25 and/or one or more variation connecting straps 25a with or without one or more limb straps 26.


For users interested in strictly dragging and/or pulling exercises, retailing a detachable durable surface 27 on its own may be convenient. For example, a user can purchase a harness 14 with one or more of the many straps, the detachable durable surface 27, the combination of the elements able to receive one or more added weights such as weighted plates, as depicted in FIG. 16 for resistance.


Limb Strap


FIG. 19 illustrates a closed configuration of a limb strap 26 and FIG. 20 illustrates an open configuration limb strap 26. Accordingly, the exterior fabric of the limb strap 26 is a mixture of polyester and/or nylon, and woven tape 3 which may include an additional reinforcement 2 such as one or more rivets along with PVC coating creating durability along with liquid proof. At least one loop 4 is fixed on the limb strap 26, and at least one loop 4 is removable via a fastener 6 held by at least one layer of Nylon and/or similar thread 9. The limb strap 26 is attached by at least one hook and loop fastener 5, configured to wrap around the entire limb strap 26, allowing the user to adjust the limb strap 26 to the size of their limb. The interior fabric comprises of compressed lining 16 which is similar foam padding for additional cushioning.


In some embodiments, Nylon and/or similar threading 9 may be positioned to attach all of the fabrics together as a whole. For example, when manufacturing, the Nylon thread and/or similar threading 9, such as binding 10, can be stitched through one or more fabrics and with one or more layers of limb strap 26 fabric, Nylon and/or similar thread. The fabric may be stitched through more than two times, to structure all fabrics in a denser area, such as the fabric around one or more loop 4.


In some embodiments, the outer layer fabric of one or more limb strap 26 can be folded over the top and/or the bottom of the compressed lining 16, configured to be operable as foam to prevent any discomfort to the user's skin.


In some embodiments, the limb strap 26 is configured with at least one loop 4, with the circumference of at least a half an inch, around the perimeter, but not limiting to various measurements prior or subsequently to manufacturing.


It is to be understood that one or more loops 4 can be manufactured with at least one limb strap 26 for one or more optional attachable objects such as grip connecting strap 25 and/or grip variation connecting strap 25a.


In some embodiments, one or more optional animations can be located around the perimeter of the limb strap 26 prior to retail. However, it may be convenient to include customized cosmetic appearance, such as an organization logo during production.


EXAMPLE 16
Detachable Durable Surface with One or More Connecting Straps with Limb Strap

A user has the option to connect a limb strap 26 to a connecting strap 14a and/or variation strap 14b via hook 18 on to a loop 4 on a limb strap then wrapped around the users wrist and/or ankles, securing minimal to no movement. The user has the option to perform reverse runs, lunges and with a variation with rows.

For sports such as baseball, pitchers usually avoid unnecessary stress on the wrist due to their primary movers during a game. A limb strap 26 attached to a connecting strap 14a which is then attached via hook 18 to one or more loops 4 around the perimeter of the adjustable workout sled bag 100 will eliminate stress but still targeting the lower body and upper back for rows.


EXAMPLE 17
Limb Strap for Rehabilitation

With one or more loops 4 provided around the limb strap 26, the user has multiple choices to use the limb strap 26, in combination with adjustable workout sled bag 100, similar to the examples listed earlier in the detailed description.


The limb strap 26 can be used without being attached to the adjustable workout sled bag 100. For example, a user with a damaged and/or injured hand can wear the limb strap 26 around the wrist, then attaching onto a cable machine via hook 18 then onto one or more loops 4 for internal, external, flexion, extension of the shoulder, in particularly the rotator cuff without any usage of the hand.


In an example where there is a user with a damaged and/or injured hip, a progression stage may include leg raises on a cable machine by attaching a limb strap 26 to a cable machine via cable hook on to one or more loops 4 around the perimeter of the limb strap 26 for leg raises, including hip flexor flexion, extension, abduction, adduction internal and external rotation.


Filler Weight


FIG. 21 illustrates a front and rear view of two filler weights 20 in a closed configuration. Additionally, FIG. 22 illustrates a front and rear view of two filler weights 20 in an open configuration with the top of each filler weight 20 folded at least one time over another in a closed configuration. At least one side of each filler weight 20 may have one or more layers of binding 10 on the front and/or rear to hold all minerals such as sand, preventing leakage.


In some embodiments the filler weight 20 are closed using one or more hook and loop fasteners 5, and in some embodiments the filler weights 20 include a grip 1 or other gripping surface to be used in lifting them in and out of the adjustable workout sled bag 100. Also, this can be an addition for exercises such as, bicep curls, shoulder flexion, extension, substitution of a kettlebell swing, to name a few.


In some embodiments, one or more filler weight 20 may comprise of mixture of minerals and/or textile such as Nylon, polyester, canvas with a coating of polyvinyl chloride and/or polyurethane to hold the minerals in the enclosure. It is to be understood each filler weight 20 can various number of pounds. For example, soil can be contained in the enclosure half way with moisture, resulting the weight to have a larger amount of density compared to a filler weight 20 with regular beach sand half way weighing in a decreased quantity of weight. Additionally, the interior of one or more filler weight 20 may comprise of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and/or with a mixture of polyurethane (PU) to allow such minerals such as salt water to remain in the enclosure, eliminating the likely hood of fabric damage overtime.


Depending on the usage of the filler weight 20, it may be convenient to manufacture one or more layers around the surface area and perimeter of one or more filler weight 20 with a mixture of minerals and/or Nylon, vinyl, linen, cotton, canvas, polyester, or microfiber with one or more water proof coating selected from the group of polyvinyl chloride and/or wherein a specific machinery can be used.


In some embodiments, a filler weight 20 may comprise of one or more molle around the surface area to be used as a cosmetic appearance and/or for optional attachments related with or without the usage of the adjustable workout sled bag 100 and accessories.


In some instances, individual environmentalist and organizations can request customized fabrics and/or minerals prior to manufacturing. For example, a mixture of minerals can comprise of current fabrics that are unused and/or used recycled materials such as glass, paper, cardboard, metal, plastic, tires, rubber, and metal.


In some embodiments, one or more molle comprise of at least one layer of woven tape 3 with optional textile mineral mixture with one or more reinforcement 2 to hold the structure and for weighted objects to increase additional weight for exercises with or without the adjustable workout sled bag 100 and accessories.


In some embodiments, the filler weight 20 can be formed of semi-ridged material forming rectangular shapes to allow the filler weights 20 to be more easily stacked on top of each other and/or bi laterally within the adjustable workout sled bag 100 for optimized storage and to allow a user to maximize the weight of the adjustable workout sled bag 100 when used as a weight. Although in other embodiments the filler weight 20 can be made of a flexible material and can still be able to be stacked on top of each other and/or bilaterally.


The filler weight 20 can be supplied with sand and/or minerals, or a user can be required to fill the filler weight 20 themselves. The filler weight 20 can be designed to allow sand to be neatly contained when not needed, such as to not mix loosely with other contents of the adjustable workout sled bag 100.


It is to be understood one or more filler weight 20 may be retailed with or without minerals fixed in a filler weight 20 with no opening. This will be more convenient for a user when a local beach or store is not in distance. Also, it may be convenient to retail the filler weight 20 with compound fixed in the enclosure of the filler weight 20 for additional weight.


It is to be understood at least one filler weight 20 can be used as a weight with or without the adjustable workout sled bag 100.


In some embodiments, at least one fastener 6 around the perimeter of the adjustable workout sled bag 100, may have a coating of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and/or with a mixture of polyurethane (PU) to prevent rusting if any minerals area in contact with one or more fasteners 6.


In some embodiments, at least one fastener 6 may be hidden by at least one hook and loop fastener 5 around the perimeter of the adjustable workout sled bag 100 as depicted in previous reference in FIG. 4.


In some embodiments, the exterior fold over 7 fabric of the adjustable workout sled bag 100 overlaps the exterior hook and loop fastener 5, resulting in the hook and loop fastener 5 to be hidden.


In some embodiments, a fastener 6 can be a latch, buckle and/or zipper while other fastener 6 attachments may vary prior to manufacturing. For example, at least one fastener 6 such as a zipper may be hidden with at least one layer of exterior fold over 7 hook and loop fastener 5 to secure and prevent all possible minerals in the enclosure with one example as sand.


In some embodiments, a fastener 6, such as a zipper is shown in reference to FIG. 4 is located on at least one corner of the adjustable workout sled bag 100. The start of the fastener 6 can start from the bottom and to be released to the top for opening or vice versa, prior to manufacturing. In some instances, a fastener 6 such as a hook and loop fastener 5 may not be seen in the similar exterior fabric of the adjustable workout sled bag 100 fabric overlapping the corner fastener 6, in particular hook and loop fastener 5.


A user would firmly grasp one side of the exterior fold over 7 hook and loop fastener 5 to release which then a fastener 6 is shown.


It is to be understood a fastener 6 beneath the hook and loop fastener 5 does not have to be closed as the hook and loop fastener 5 can secure all objects in the enclosure of the adjustable workout sled bag 100 with remaining as a bag structure.



FIG. 23 illustrates two attachment flaps 8 on the bottom side of the adjustable workout sled bag 100. The interior of the attachment flaps 8 is the ending of a fastener 6 on one or more sides of the perimeter of the adjustable workout sled bag 100.


In some embodiments, one or more attachment flap 8 is attached by at least one layer of a hook and loop fastener 5 to be held folded, attaching onto the opposite side of the hook and loop fastener 5 to be held and viewed as a bag structure.


In some embodiments, at least one attachment flap 8 comprises with at least one woven tape 3 wrapped around the perimeter to be viewed as a rectangle shape with reinforcement 2 stitching viewed as a x shaped and/or outlining of the attachment flap 8 to be held securely if and when a large amount of weight is held in the enclosure of the adjustable workout sled bag 100.


In some embodiments, the rear of an adjustable workout sled bag 100 mid-way of a fastener 6, in particular the mid-point zipper without ending in between the exterior fold over 7 and attachment flap 8 as a connector to hold a bag structure.


It is to be understood the one connecting side of the hook and loop fastener 5 on the adjustable workout sled bag 100 can be longer and/or wider depending on what is held in the enclosure and also depending on the user.


The user has the option to secure the attachment flaps 8 inside the enclosure of the adjustable workout sled bag 100 to be used more flexible, however, this may not show a bag structure. Also, prior to retailing the adjustable workout sled bag 100 the structure can come flat with the attachment flaps 8 tucked inside to keep a flat surface and also allowing the user to fold the back at least once when traveling. For example, if a user is traveling, one or more attachment flaps 8 can be placed inside and the adjustable workout sled bag 100 can fold at least once. However, the user can decide where the attachment flaps 8 can be placed.


In some embodiments, the hook and loop fastener 5, in particular the loop side attachment at the bottom of the adjustable workout sled bag 100 is at least one layer and can be stitched as an x shaped and/or around the perimeter as increased reinforcement 2.


One part of the hook and loop fastener 5, preferably the loop side can attach optional animations such as country patches as a cosmetic appearance but can also be easily removed.


Although the aforementioned range is considered the preferred embodiment, the size of the attachment flap 8 can comprise of an endless amount of sizes and ranges, that are suitable to serve the purpose of this disclosure. The attachment flap 8 can be as large, or as small as needed to serve the intended purpose.


EXAMPLE 18
Stability Isolation and Compound Exercises

A user can grasp a grip 1 on a filler weight 20 to use as a weight such as a dumbbell and/or kettlebell. The advantage of containing loose minerals in the enclosure of the filler weight 20 forces the user to control the movement throughout an exercise. For example, a full body exercise, in particular a Turkish get up requires the weighted object. In most cases, the general population has been using fixed objects such as kettlebells. The disadvantage is the fixed object with limited to no movement throughout the exercise. If a filler weight 20 is substituted for a kettlebell, the loose minerals may shift in different directions, forcing the user to stabilize and control the filler weight 20 throughout the entire exercise. In some instances, dense minerals such as compact soil may reach the maximum storage amount in the enclosure resulting in minimal to no movement. Loose minerals are not required but can be recommended.


A compound exercise such as single leg hip thrust on an elevated surface with a filler weight 20 on the working hip, stabilizing the filler weight 20 while maintaining the stability and balance throughout the set.


In some embodiments, at least one grip 1 in previous reference to FIG. 15, can be used for isolation and/or compound exercises. Trending isolation exercises can be bicep curls and shoulder flies. A user can firmly grasp a grip 1 to throughout the concentric and eccentric movement, stabilizing the joints and/or muscles throughout the set with the possible loose minerals contained in the filler weight 20.


EXAMPLE 19
Functions of the Exterior Fold Over, Hook and Loop Fastener, Attachment Flap

Loose minerals may be seen in the enclosure from filler weight 20 and/or other objects unrelated to the adjustable workout sled bag 100. The exterior fold over 7 comprises at least one layer of hook and loop fastener 5 was designed to secure all minerals inside. For example, if a filler weight 20 is damaged prior to entering the enclosure, the fastener 6 such as a zipper with an additional exterior fold over 7 hook and loop fastener 5 reassures the user loose minerals will be very difficult to escape.


The corner fasteners 6 are designed to release each corner, followed by opening the adjustable workout sled bag 100 on a surface in an open configuration 101 to secure at least one filler weight 20. Although other users may not require the adjustable workout sled bag 100 to be completely flat, it may be convenient to manufacture and retail the adjustable workout sled bag 100 with one fastener 6 and/or hook and loop fastener 5 around the entire perimeter.


It is to be understood the adjustable workout sled bag 100 does not need to have filler weights 20 in the enclosure to hold the quantity of minerals. The interior surface 12 is coated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and/or with a mixture of polyurethane (PU), allowing the user to keep minerals in the enclosure with or without filler weights 20. For example, if a user would like to use the adjustable workout sled bag 100 as a bag with no other additions, the user can keep loose minerals such as sand and soil in the enclosure for weight without damage to the interior. Also, the exterior fold over 7 fastener 6 and hook and loop fastener 5 will keep all the loose minerals in the enclosure without depositing during leisure and/or physical activities.


Enclosure


FIG. 24 illustrates the adjustable workout sled bag 100 in an open configuration 101 on a surface with no visual of a filler weight 20 and all compartment strap 19 with no visual objects. The enclosure surface may comprise of Nylon with lining, coating of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and/or with a mixture of polyurethane (PU) allowing the user to wash the adjustable workout sled bag 100 in a closed configuration for various climates, reassuring the user the enclosure structure will not damage the fabric over time.


In some embodiments, one or more corners around the perimeter of the enclosure of the adjustable workout sled bag 100 may have two divided fasteners 6 in an open configuration 101. In some instances, the interior fold over 13 may hide the separation of the fastener 6. The fasteners 6 can be hook and loop fasteners 5, buttons, zip-ties, or another form of fastener 6.


In some embodiments, the compartment strap 19 are secured at the base of the interior surface 12 of the adjustable workout sled bag 100 with one or more reinforcement 2 such as least one layer of woven tape 3, binding 10 may include one or more rivet. The stitching can be an x shape and/or square around the reinforcement 2, similar to the reinforcements 2 of the grips 1 and loops 4.


In some embodiments, one or more compartment strap 19 exterior fabric can be comprised of one or more layers of Nylon, webbing and/or polyester. The interior fabric can comprise of at least one layer of hook and loop fasteners 5 to secure one or more filler weight 20 and/or other weighted objects in place to prevent movement.


In some instances, a user has an option to have the front of the filler weight 20 face down and have the rear side visual to the user and then securing one side of the compartment strap 19 under the grip 1 and the opposite side over the grip 1 for reassurance when a large amount of weight is contained in the enclosure of the adjustable workout sled bag 100.



FIG. 25 illustrates four filler weight 20 being secured by at least four compartment straps 19 in the enclosure of the adjustable workout sled bag 100 in an open configuration 101. It is to be understood each filler weight 20 may have one or more compartment strap 19 to secure in place with minimal to no shifting movement.


In some embodiments, one or more filler weights 20 fastened to the adjustable workout sled bag 100, to allow a user to secure the filler weight 20 inside the adjustable workout sled bag 100 when using the as a weight, in a closed configuration. For example, the adjustable workout sled bag 100 and filler weight 20 can include one or more compartment strap 19 components to allow the filler weight 20 to be secured to an interior surface 12 of the adjustable workout sled bag 100.


In some embodiments, the filler weight 20 is not secured to the compartment strap 19, wherein it can be moved freely in a closed configuration. The filler weight 20 in some instances can be one or more different types of minerals, a liquid or a gel. The filler weight 20 can be held in varying compartment straps 19 within the filling location within the interior surface 12. The one or more compartment straps 19 of the filling location within the interior surface can be utilized completely, or in part based on the needed distribution of weight. In some instances, different types of liquid, gel, or mineral can be utilized in each of the compartment straps 19.


In some embodiments, the enclosure of the adjustable workout sled bag 100 may have at least one compartment strap 19 for personal objects such as phones when the intention is for leisure activities. The compartment straps 19 for personal objects can be configured to be one or more different sizes in order to secure the personal objects of varying sizes. Each of the compartment straps 19 can also be layered with various degrees of padding in order to prevent damage during a workout our exercise routine. In some instances, the compartment straps 19 can be configured with one or more securing mechanisms that ensure that the personal object will not come out of the compartment straps 19 in the event of opening.


In some embodiments, the enclosure of the adjustable workout sled bag 100 may have the exterior reinforcement 2 shown although, there may be one or more layers in the enclosure, which demonstrates the durability and thickness of the thread and/or reinforcement 2. The layers can be completed within one or more different types of fabric that are layered in one or more combinations.



FIG. 26 illustrates a side view of the adjustable workout sled bag 100 in an open configuration 101 with the expansion of one or more compartment straps 19 adjusting to the appropriate size in a filler weight 20. For example, one or more filler weights can be filled half way, and the compartment strap 19 can still wrap around to secure the filler weight 20 in place, with minimal to no movement.


It is to be understood the adjustable workout sled bag 100 does not require filler weight 20 and/or exercise equipment. The enclosure can secure laptops, shoes, sporting equipment such as baseball gloves and hiking equipment in one or more compartment straps 19. To increase a greater amount of resistance, a user can attach one or more dumbbells in one or more compartment strap 19. The reinforcements 2 of the compartment strap 19 may have minimal to no movement of a dumbbell when placed and secured. The minimized movement is ensured based on a distribution of weight and a securing mechanism.


In some embodiments, the adjustable workout sled bag 100 may have one grip 1 viewed similar to a compartment strap 19 with similar reinforcements 2 for a user to hold the adjustable workout sled bag 100 in different angles to be lifted to washed.


It is to be understood the compartment strap 19 may be optional upon retail. For example, if a user would like to purchase a adjustable workout sled bag 100 for other purposes than physical training such as leisure hiking, the compartment strap 19 will not be necessary.


EXAMPLE 20
Usage of the Enclosure

It is to be understood the compartment strap 19 is designed for weighted objects to be held securely with minimal to no movement, however, other objects may be held in the enclosure with or without the compartment strap 19.


In some instances, the purpose of one or more compartment strap 19 are for one or more filler weights 20 to be held in place and to eliminate movement for specific exercises. For example, a user can attach all filler weight 20 in all the compartment strap 19 to when using the adjustable workout sled bag 100 as a sled in a closed configuration to prevent swivel throughout the exercise.


It is to be understood at least one filler weight 20 can be held in one or more compartment strap 19. For example, a user may purchase a larger size filler weight 20 and the filler weight 20 can be strapped horizontal from one or more compartment strap 19.


Also, it is to be understood more than four filler weight 20 can be secured in one or more compartment strap 19. For example, if loose dense minerals are compact and another filler weight 20 has minimal loose quantity of minerals, each filler weight 20 can stack on top and/or bilaterally with or without a compartment strap 19.


In some instances, additional filler weight 20 can be purchased separately with the adjustable workout sled bag 100. All four filler weight 20 can be at the maximum capacity with one or more filler weight 20 in a compartment strap 19. At least one filler weight 20 can be added around the perimeter of the enclosure to be used in an open 101 and/or closed configuration.


In some embodiments, attachments such as harness 14 and connecting strap 14a can be neatly stored with or without the filler weight 20 in one or more compartment straps 19 in the enclosure. For example, the connecting strap 14a can tuck in the edges around the perimeter of the enclosure in an open configuration 101 and when transitioning to a closed configuration, at least one compartment strap 19 will secure the connecting strap 14a in place, not resulting in any damage to the fabric.


In some embodiments, there may be one or more hidden compartment straps 19. For example, the harness 14 can fold in half at least once, and then securely be tucked to fit into a compartment strap 19 which will be hidden to prevent damage to the harness 14.


EXAMPLE 21
Stability Vs Instability

A user focusing on gaining mass in the lower body can have all filler weight 20 held in all compartment strap 19 in previous reference FIG. 25. For example, during a squat set, a user can hold the adjustable workout sled bag 100 in the front and/or back focusing on strength and to gain mass.


In some instances, a user focusing on strength and core stability may release at least one filler weight 20 allowing the filler weight 20 to shift side to side throughout the set. This will force the body to adapt to the shifting of the filler weight 20, utilizing all core strength to remain balance throughout the set.


It is to be understood all devices disclosed can be used independently, with other devices disclosed and/or unrelated devices. These devices are preferred to be occupied with the adjustable workout sled bag 100 but not mandatory.


It is to be understood that the machinery in manufacturing has the capability to blend fabrics for the adjustable workout sled bag 100 and accessories such as harness 14 and particularly levitate compressed lining 16, not limiting to other fabrics, upon the user's request.


It is to be understood that all references to particular materials and dimensions are provided to detail example embodiments, and may not define the composition and dimensions of all embodiments.

Claims
  • 1. An apparatus for an adjustable workout sled bag configured for leisure and training activities in a closed and open configuration with or without optional attachments and the enclosure with or without optional weights, comprising: one or more fasteners around the surface area and perimeter in an open and closed configuration;one or more grips and loops with at least one reinforcement positioned on the surface area and outer periphery of the adjustable workout sled bag;one or more grips comprising one or more layers of fabrics with padding for gripping comfort;one or more animation and molle and fasteners around the surface area and perimeter of the adjustable workout sled bag to be used for cosmetic and additional attachments;at least one compartment strap, configured for enclosing one or more weights;at least one dense surface to be used with or without accessories around the surface area and perimeter of the adjustable workout sled bag in an open and closed configuration; anda harness comprising one or more loops and molle around the surface area and perimeter and at least one fastener with attachment strap.
  • 2. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein one or more fasteners are configured to transition from a closed configuration to an open configuration.
  • 3. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein at least one layer of a hook and loop fastener with one or more reinforcement such as binding and a mixture of minerals with one or more layers of thread stitching are configured to transition from a closed configuration to an open configuration
  • 4. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein: one or more grips and loops secured by at least one reinforcement such as one or more layers of binding and/or one or more rivets and one or more layers of thread stitching with a mixture of minerals are positioned on the surface of the adjustable workout sled bag; orone or more grips and loops secured by at least one reinforcement such as at least one layer of binding and/or one or more rivets with one or more layers of thread stitching with a mixture of minerals are positioned around the surface area and perimeter of the adjustable workout sled bag.
  • 5. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein one or more grips comprising of at least one layer of water repellent fabric coating with padding and a mixture of minerals around the perimeter of the adjustable workout sled bag in and open and closed configuration.
  • 6. The apparatus of claim 1, further comprising: one or more molles and animations around the surface area and perimeter of the adjustable workout sled bag to be used for additional attachments to related or unrelated accessories with cosmetic appearance viewable as a leisure bag;wherein the surface area in an open and closed configuration is configured with at least one layer of a durable fabric with mixture of minerals selected from one or more of nylon, vinyl, linen, cotton, polyester, or microfiber with one or more water proof coating such as polyvinyl chloride and/or polyurethane.
  • 7. The apparatus of claim 1, further comprising one or more compartment expansion fasteners comprising of a plurality of hook and loop fasteners, one or more reinforcements configured to hold one or more weighted objects and additional accessories operable to expand into one or more sizes, and configured to be secured to minimize and prevent movement, or damage when in a closed configuration.
  • 8. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein at least one compartment strap can comprise of one or more filler weight wherein the one or more filler weight is configured with at least one fastener and fold over to secure all weight in the enclosure with one or more grips with an optional reinforcement, molle and animation around the surface area and perimeter of the filler weight and grip to be used as an accessory or conveniently to add or remove.
  • 9. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein at least one layer of the interior and exterior of the surface area of the adjustable workout sled bag may comprise of at least one layer of mixture textile minerals such as Nylon, vinyl, linen, cotton, canvas, polyester, or microfiber with one or more water proof coating selected from the group of polyvinyl chloride and/or polyurethane with one or more reinforcement and thread stitching such as Nylon located around the surface area.
  • 10. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the harness comprises of one or more layers of padding in an open or closed configuration with a mixture of textile minerals and at least one fixed loop, and one or more loose and movable loops around the perimeter in an open and/or closed configuration secured by at least one reinforcement such as one or more layers of binding, rivets and one or more thread stitching with optional molle and animations.
  • 11. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the one or more fasteners are configured with a buckle or an adjustable working strap located around the surface area and perimeter of a harness configured with a front side and a rear side comprising of padding, allowing the user to adjust to the appropriate body composition, avoid discomfort when using with the adjustable workout sled bag as a dragging tool, backpack straps wherein the backstraps are configured to be independently used.
  • 12. The apparatus of claim 1, further comprising one or more connecting straps configured with one or more hooks with reinforcements such as rivets and one or more layers of thread stitching with one or more layers of binding and a mixture of textile mineral to be used as an attachment for a harness and adjustable workout sled bag to be viewed as a backpack or to be used for dragging exercises with or without the adjustable workout sled bag.
  • 13. The apparatus of an adjustable workout sled bag, configured with at least one dense surface in a closed and configuration comprising: at least one fixed dense surface structured for dragging exercises on any surface;at least one dense surface to be used with or without attachments in an open or closed configuration;a removable dense surface to be used as an accessory; andone or more straps for dragging exercises, connection for a bag or to be used independently.
  • 14. The apparatus of claim 13, at least one layer of mineral and/or buoyant material coated with polyvinyl chloride and/or polyurethane with one or more layers of stitching may be around the surface area and perimeter with possible reinforcements for dragging on surfaces without damage in any weather condition.
  • 15. The apparatus of claim 13, wherein the at least one dense surface with one or more layers is configured to be fixed for dragging activities such as a sled and hard impact slams in a closed configuration.
  • 16. The apparatus of claim 13, wherein an optional detachable dense surface may comprise of a fastener, at least one layer of a hook and loop fastener, one or more fixed loops, at least one removable loop and one or more compartment straps to attach, detach, secure objects and unfold at least once on a surface to create an expansion when using for dragging activities with or without the adjustable workout sled bag and accessories.
  • 17. The apparatus of an adjustable workout sled bag, configured with optional fixed and removable accessories prior to manufacturing to be used with or without the adjustable workout sled bag comprising: at least one backpack strap configuration in a separate enclosure; andone or more connecting strap with a fixed or removable grip.
  • 18. The apparatus of claim 17, wherein at least one backpack strap configured with at least one loop, molle and fastener is further configured with at least one layer of padding comprising one or more coating layers of polyvinyl chloride and/or polyurethane with at least one layer of thread and/or binding around the surface area and perimeter.
  • 19. The apparatus of claim 17, wherein at least one backpack strap is fixed or detachable in a separate enclosure in an open and/or closed configuration.
  • 20. The apparatus of claim 17, wherein one or more connecting straps can comprise of one or more hooks, loops and a grip for dragging exercises and for separate usage such as suspension training with or without other attachments.
