The present invention relates to the technical field of tobacco aerosol generation, in particular to an aerosol-generating product for modulating the release of flavored substances and a method thereof.
As the most direct object for consumers to consume cigarette commodities, the quality of the cigarette smoke is an important factor in determining the quality of the cigarette commodities. The flavor of the traditional cigarette mainly relies on a reasonable leaf group formula, but the flavor of the cigarette can be enriched and corrected by adding aroma, and the flavor of the cigarette is kept stable. For new tobacco products, in particular for heated cigarettes and electronic cigarettes, the flavoring effect is more prominent: on the one hand, the flavored substances can supplement and improve the natural flavor of the tobacco substrate or the smoking medium; on the other hand, the flavored substance has a masking effect on the impurities generated during the aerosol generation process, and improves the taste of the aerosol product; in addition, the flavored substances may help aerosol products to create a novel and unique style of flavor. Compared with the flavoring process, the release of the flavored substance during the use of the aerosol-generating product is more critical, and the stability of the release determines the stability of the aerosol taste and has an important impact on the quality of the aerosol product.
In order to overcome the existing defects, the present invention provides an aerosol-generating product and method for modulating the release of flavored substances.
An aerosol-generating product for modulating the release of flavored substances, comprising an aerosol product, a heating element, a power source, and a control module, an aerosol-generating substrate and a flavor carrier are provided at the front end of the aerosol product, an aerosol filtering section is provided at the rear end of the aerosol product, a hollow aerosol extraction cavity is provided inside the middle of the aerosol product, and a sidewall through hole is provided on the side wall of the aerosol extraction cavity;
Wherein the aerosol-generating product for modulating the release of flavored substances according further comprises a housing, the power supply and the control module are disposed inside the housing, wherein the power supply is communicated with said control module, a cavity is provided at one end of the housing, the heating element is disposed in the cavity, and the heating element is communicated with the control module.
Optionally, the sidewall through hole is communicated with the interior of the aerosol extraction cavity, and the diameter of the sidewall through hole is preferably 0.2-2 mm.
Optionally, the aerosol-generating substrate may be a tobacco substrate, an herbal substrate, or a chemical formula synthetic substrate.
Optionally, the flavor carrier is an aerosol-generating substrate carrying with flavored substances.
Optionally, the aroma carrier may be an organic or inorganic material carrying with a flavored substance, having a porous structure, moldable, and a certain of heat resistance properties.
Optionally, the first heat supply body is preferably at a temperature of 200-800° C. and the second heat supply body is preferably at a temperature of 30-500° C.
Optionally, the number of the sidewall through hole is plural.
A method of modulating the release of flavored substances of the aerosol-generating product is disclosed, wherein by controlling the power supplied to the heating element, the first heat supply body of the heating element is raised to a first temperature and the second heat supply body of the heating element is raised to a second temperature, wherein the first temperature and second temperature are selected such that the aerosol is continuously generated and the flavored substances is continuously released during the operation of the aerosol-generating product;
Here, the front end refers to the end away from the consumer's mouth, and the rear end refers to the end near the consumer's mouth.
The present invention provides an aerosol-generating product and method for modulating the release of flavored substances. It has a separate structure for modulating flavored substances, and the release of external flavor substances is more uniform and stable; there is no air flow through the aerosol-generating substrate and the flavor carrier, and there is no convection heat transfer. The temperature of the heating device remains stable during the operation, and the aerosol release is more stable. At the same time, no power compensation is required, the power consumption of the heating element is stable, and the requirements for the power supply and the control module are lower, which reduces the cost of aerosol-generated product.

The aerosol-generating product capable of modulating the release of flavored substances further comprises a housing 1, the power supply 2 and the control module 3 are disposed inside the housing 1, wherein the power supply 2 is communicated with the control module 3, one end of the housing 1 is provided with a cavity 11, the heating element 5 is arranged in the cavity 11, and the heating element 5 is communicated with the control module 3.
The sidewall through hole 441 is communicated with the interior of the aerosol extraction cavity 44, and the diameter of the sidewall through hole 441 is preferably 0.2-2 mm.
The aerosol-generating substrate 41 may be a tobacco substrate, an herbal substrate, or a chemical formula synthetic substrate.
The carrier body 42 is an aerosol-generating substrate carrying with flavored substances.
The flavor carrier 42 is an organic or inorganic material carrying with flavored substances, having a porous structure, being moldable, and a certain heat resistance properties.
The temperature range of the first heat supply body 52 is preferably 200-800° C., and the temperature range of the second heat supply body 53 is preferably 30-500° C.

A method of modulating the release of flavored substances of an aerosol-generating product, characterized in that by controlling the power supplied to the heating element, such that the first heat supply body 52 of the heating element is raised to a first temperature and a second heat supply body 53 of the heating element is raised to a second temperature, wherein the first and second temperatures are selected such that the aerosol is continuously generated and the flavored substances is continuously released during the operation of the aerosol-generating product;
