Abstract
A computer-implemented method and system for searching and matching real estate properties to a buyer's desired property criteria using artificial intelligence (AI) is disclosed. The method involves analyzing property data, including images, videos, and textual descriptions, to extract insights and identify granular property elements. It generates granular property content based on the analyzed data and matches the buyer's criteria with properties to determine the best matches. The system presents these properties to the buyer and includes an AI-driven property interaction system for engaging with the buyer, providing interactive information about the properties. Additionally, a luxury property database system stores components, listings, tours, and stories to facilitate the search and matching process.

The real estate industry has traditionally relied on human agents to facilitate property transactions, provide market insights, and match buyers with suitable properties. This process, while effective, can be time-consuming and may not always cater to the specific emotional and practical needs of luxury property buyers. As the demand for luxury real estate continues to grow, there is an increasing need for more efficient and personalized property search and matching solutions.


In recent years, advancements in artificial intelligence (AI) have opened new possibilities for transforming the real estate market. AI technologies, such as machine vision and natural language processing, have the potential to analyze vast amounts of data, including images, videos, and textual descriptions, to extract meaningful insights about properties. These technologies can enhance the property search experience by providing more granular and personalized results, addressing the unique preferences and desires of luxury property buyers. As the luxury real estate market evolves, there is a pressing need for innovative solutions that leverage AI to improve the efficiency and personalization of property searches, ultimately enhancing the overall buying experience.


SUMMARY

In accordance with embodiments, a computer-implemented method is provided for searching and matching real estate properties to a buyer's desired property criteria using artificial intelligence (AI). The method involves analyzing property data, including images, videos, and textual descriptions, to extract insights and identify granular property elements. Granular property content is generated based on the analyzed property data. The method further includes receiving a buyer's desired property criteria and matching these criteria with properties based on the analyzed data and generated content to determine the best matching properties. The best matching properties are then presented to the buyer.


In accordance with other embodiments, a system is provided for searching and matching real estate properties to a buyer's desired property criteria using AI. The system comprises an AI-driven property analysis and matching system configured to analyze property data, generate granular property content, receive a buyer's desired property criteria, match these criteria with properties, and present the best matching properties to the buyer. Additionally, the system includes an Al-driven property interaction system for engaging with the buyer and providing interactive information about the properties, and a luxury property database system for storing luxury property components, properties for sale listings, property tours, and stories.


In yet other embodiments, the AI-driven property analysis and matching system utilizes machine vision to identify granular property elements from images and videos. The system also generates granular property content using a large language model and generative AI. The buyer's desired property criteria may include desired property granular components, property areas usage stories, and backstories. The matching process is based on the analyzed property data, generated content, and the buyer's criteria to determine the best matching properties. Presenting the best matching properties includes providing property granular components, property areas usage stories, and backstories.


In further embodiments, the AI-driven property interaction system engages with the buyer using a conversational AI system, an avatar, or a hologram, facilitating a dynamic and engaging dialogue to provide interactive information about the properties. The luxury property database system stores luxury property components, properties for sale listings, property tours, and stories to facilitate search and matching with the buyer's criteria.


In additional embodiments, the AI-driven property analysis and matching system, the AI-driven property interaction system, and the luxury property database system work together to manifest an AI-driven real estate property search and matching system that considers both practical and emotional needs of the buyer.

A computer-implemented method for searching and matching real estate properties to a buyer's desired property criteria using artificial intelligence (AI), the method comprising: analyzing, by an AI-driven property analysis and matching system, property data including images, videos, and textual descriptions to extract insights and identify granular property elements;generating, by the AI-driven property analysis and matching system, granular property content based on the analyzed property data;receiving, by the AI-driven property analysis and matching system, a buyer's desired property criteria;matching, by the AI-driven property analysis and matching system, the buyer's desired property criteria with properties based on the analyzed property data and generated property content to determine best matching properties; andpresenting, by the AI-driven property analysis and matching system, the best matching properties to the buyer.

A system for searching and matching real estate properties to a buyer's desired property criteria using artificial intelligence (AI), the system comprising: an AI-driven property analysis and matching system configured to: analyze property data including images, videos, and textual descriptions to extract insights and identify granular property elements,generate granular property content based on the analyzed property data,receive a buyer's desired property criteria,match the buyer's desired property criteria with properties based on the analyzed property data and generated property content to determine best matching properties, andpresent the best matching properties to the buyer;an AI-driven property interaction system configured to engage with the buyer and provide interactive information about the properties; anda luxury property database system configured to store luxury property components, properties for sale listings, property tours, and stories.
  • 3. The method of claim 1, wherein the AI-driven property analysis and matching system utilizes machine vision to identify the granular property elements from the images and videos.
