The present disclosure relates to a comb, and in particular to an air bag comb.
An air bag comb employs an air cushion structure, which means that combing wires of the comb are disposed on a flexible base body, and the base body is installed on a substrate and forms a convex arc shape; and in this way, during combing, with the user's application of force, the base body will deform according to the shape of the skull, thus allowing the combing wires to better fit on the scalp and not making the scalp uncomfortable due to the protrusion of the skull. However, the existing rubber combs of the same type on the market are all cut from sheets and then enabled to have certain protrusions by extrusion. These combs usually only have elasticity in the middle, with little or no elasticity at the edges, and the overall elasticity space is very small. After being used for a period of time, they are prone to collapse due to poor fixation of the rubber, resulting in short service life and unsatisfactory user experience.
The technical problem to be solved by the present disclosure is to provide an air bag comb that can realize independent support, has good elasticity, and is long in service life.

According to the air bag comb provided by the present disclosure, a three-dimensional structure is employed by the air bag body, which can achieve independent raised bracing, good elasticity, good comfort in use, and long service life; due to the arrangement of a double-arc structure, the installation is facilitated, the overall thickness is reduced while ensuring elasticity, and the air bag comb is compact in structure, good in user experience, and beautiful in appearance; and the air bag structure is designed to allow the air bag comb to have good flexibility and stable elasticity, not to collapse, and to be comfortable to use. The air bag comb provided by the present disclosure is compact in structure, good in elasticity, comfortable to use, and good in experience.

According to the present application, a surface of the air bag body 2 protrudes outward for formation of an arc-shaped working surface 21 capable of generating elastic deformation; combing wires 3 are disposed on the arc-shaped working surface for combing hair; the combing wires are disposed in an array on the arc-shaped working surface and are distributed according to a curvature of the arc-shaped working surface; a circular clamping portion 23 is provided along a contour of a side edge of the arc-shaped working surface 21; and specifically, the side edge of the arc-shaped working surface 21 is provided with an arc-shaped surface 22 protruding outward and the arc-shaped surface 22 is tangent to the arc-shaped working surface, and a radius of the arc-shaped surface 22 is smaller than a radius of the arc-shaped working surface 21. In this embodiment, a radius ratio of the arc-shaped working surface 21 to the arc-shaped surface 22 is 50-65, the clamping portion 23 is provided on a side edge of the arc-shaped surface for formation of a 3D (three-dimensional) structure that protrudes outward as a whole, a cavity with an open lower end is formed between the clamping portion 23 and a lower surface of the arc-shaped working surface 21, and an annular groove 24 with a triangular cross-section is formed between the clamping portion and the arc-shaped surface 22.
According to the present application, the air bag body 2 is made of rubber, preferably TPR, which is integrally formed through injection molding (injection). A thickness (wall thickness) of the air bag body 2 is greater than or equal to 1 mm and less than or equal to 2 mm, and a protrusion height of the air bag body 2 is greater than or equal to 15 mm and less than or equal to 25 mm. Combing wire holes are provided on the arc-shaped working surface for installing the combing wires 3. Each of the combing wires is rod-shaped as a whole, and an annular groove is formed in a side wall at a lower end of the combing wire, which can be stuck in the combing wire hole. Spherical bodies are disposed at end portions of the combing wires.
The air bag body 2 is circular, elliptical or rectangular with rounded corners.
The main comb body 1, as a support and installation carrier, includes a handle 11, which is made of wood or plastic. The main comb body 1 is provided with an installing groove 10 having a same contour shape as a contour shape of the clamping portion 23, and a side wall of the installing groove 10 is provided with a clamping groove 102 for accommodating the clamping portion 23 to be clamped in to achieve fixation. In this embodiment, the cross section of the clamping portion is a right-angle trapezoid, and the cross section of the clamping groove 102 is also a right-angled trapezoid, which can make the clamping portion completely snap in, with high installation strength and good sealing performance; and a sealed chamber is formed between the cavity of the air bag and the installing groove 10, and the sealed chamber provides a space for the elastic deformation of the arc-shaped working surface. Furthermore, exhaust holes are reserved in a side wall of the sealed chamber for exhausting so as to facilitate the deformation of the air bag. The exhaust holes are reserved in the air bag body 2, diameters of exhaust holes are greater than or equal to 1.5 mm and less than or equal to 2 mm, preferably 1.8 mm; and 2-3 exhaust holes are available to increase elasticity and avoid excessive hardness.
