DETAILED DESCRIPTION

Embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in detail and examples of the embodiments will be illustrated in the drawings, where same or similar reference numerals are used to indicate same or similar members or members with same or similar functions. The embodiments described herein with reference to drawings are explanatory, illustrative, and used to generally understand the present disclosure. The embodiments shall not be construed to limit the present disclosure.

Referring to FIG. 1, the present disclosure provides a mounting plate 100. The mounting plate 100 is provided with a marking structure 10. The marking structure 10 includes a plurality of through holes 1 and a scale mark 2. The plurality of through holes 1 are arranged at the mounting plate 100 in a predetermined direction sequentially, and the scale mark 2 corresponds to the plurality of through holes 1 to determine a distance between at least some of the plurality of through holes 1.

The purpose of providing the through holes 1 in the mounting plate 100 is mainly for marking. For example, when the mounting plate 100 is moved by a predetermined distance in the predetermined direction, a mark can be made in one through hole 1 when in an initial position (a specific marking method can be achieved by using a pen or plaster), a corresponding through hole 1 in the mounting plate 100 deduced by means of the scale mark 2 can be moved to the mark, such that the mounting plate 100 is entirely moved by the predetermined distance in the predetermined direction.

It should note that, the predetermined direction means that the up-and-down direction, the left-and-right direction and a slanted direction all can serve as a moving direction of the mounting plate 100, assuming that the mounting plate 100 is planar and parallel to a wall, which specifically depends on actual situations. In a general situation, the predetermined direction refers to the up-and-down direction and the left-and-right direction.

Referring to FIG. 1, the mounting plate 100 has two predetermined directions, the first is the up-and-down direction, and the second is the left-and-right direction. A plurality of through holes 1 are respectively arranged at intervals in the two directions, and a side of the through hole 1 is marked with a scale. Specific to the present embodiment, four through holes 1 are arranged in the up-and-down direction at different intervals, and left sides of the four through holes 1 are provided with the scale marks 0 mm, 50 mm, 80 mm and 110 mm respectively, representing distances from an upper edge of the mounting plate 100 to a horizontal reference 20. The horizontal reference 20 herein may refer to a ceiling, a suspended ceiling or a plaster molding according to practical situation.

Likewise, in an embodiment illustrated in FIG. 1, eleven through holes are arranged in the left-and-right direction of the mounting plate 100, on an upper side of each through hole 1 there is provided with a corresponding scale mark, and the scale marks include 100 mm, 80 mm, 60 mm, 40 mm, 20 mm, 0 mm, 20 mm, 40 mm, 60 mm, 80 mm, 100 mm from left to right. The through hole 1 with the mark 0 mm is positioned directly below the four through holes 1 in the up-and-down direction, the through holes 1 in the left-and-right direction are distributed to left and right sides with the through hole 1 with the mark 0 mm as a center, and the scale mark of the through holes 1 in the left-and-right direction represent distances between a left edge or a right edge of the mounting plate 100 and a center point of a wall hole 30 respectively.

With the mounting plate having the scale mark 2 and the through holes 1, distance measuring and preliminary positioning in the up-and-down direction and the left-and-right direction can be achieved without using a measuring tool such as a tape, a ruler, etc., such that mounting steps are simplified to some extent, labor intensity is reduced, and mounting efficiency is improved.

Generally, in a practical application, the mounting pate 100 for the air conditioner is generally positioned in the up-and-down direction and the left-and-right direction, such that a position of the indoor unit for the air conditioner on an indoor wall is determined. In some embodiments, the marking structure 10 of the mounting plate 100 for the air conditioner may be a grid structure with latitude and longitude lines, similar to a go board. A plurality of through holes 1 at equal intervals are arranged at a centerline of the mounting plate 100 for the air conditioner in the left-and-right direction, and distances from the edge of the mounting plate 100 to the horizontal reference 20 and to the center of the wall hole 30 are marked by the scale mark 2 arranged beside the through holes 1. When positioning the mounting plate 100, the initial position thereof is first determined, and the through hole 1 is marked, and then more accurate positioning is performed according to the latitude and longitude lines on the grid.

Referring to FIG. 1, the marking structure 10 includes an up-down mark 3 and a left-right mark 4. The up-down mark 3 includes a plurality of through holes 1 arranged at intervals in the up-and-down direction, and the left-right mark 4 includes a plurality of through holes 1 arranged at intervals in the left-and-right direction. Referring to the above description, the predetermined direction of the up-down mark 3 is the up-and-down direction, and the predetermined direction of the left-right mark 4 is the left-and-right direction.

The provision of the up-down mark 3 and the left-right mark 4 is mainly intended to position the mounting plate 100 in the up-and-down direction and in the left-and-right direction. At least one through hole 1 is designed to serve as a mark, thereby serving as a reference of movement.

Additionally, the plurality of through holes 1 of the up-down mark 3 are arranged at equal intervals or at unequal intervals in the up-and-down direction, and the plurality of through holes 1 of the left-right mark 4 are arranged at equal intervals or at unequal intervals in the left-and-right direction. The embodiment illustrated in FIG. 1 describes distribution with unequal intervals, the main function of the through holes 1 is to facilitate marking the position of the mounting plate 100. Certainly, the specific setting of the through holes 1 is not limited, and they may also be distributed with equal intervals.

Referring to FIG. 1, the up-down mark 3 is preferably disposed at a center position of the mounting plate in the left-and-right direction, one through hole 1 of the left-right mark 4 is aligned with the up-down mark 3 in the up-and-down direction, and the remaining through holes 1 of the left-right mark 4 are arranged at left and right sides of the one through hole 1. Generally, in a mounting distance instruction for the air conditioner, the distance from the air conditioner to the horizontal reference and the distance from the air conditioner to the wall hole are specified respectively. The air conditioner is mounted downwards relative to the horizontal reference, while the air conditioner can be mounted leftwards or rightwards in the left-and-right direction relative to the wall hole. In order to facilitate better positioning, in the present disclosure, the left-right mark 4 is preferably distributed at left and right sides of the up-down mark 3, such that the air conditioner or rather the mounting plate 1 can be conveniently positioned leftwards or rightwards.

The through holes 1 for the left-right mark 4 may be symmetrically distributed at the left and right sides of the up-down mark 3, and alternatively they may also be asymmetrically distributed at the left and right sides of the up-down mark 3, which can be specifically determined according to actual situation.

Referring to FIGS. 2(a) and 2(b), it is assumed that a mounting height of the air condition is a height having a distance of 50 mm from the horizontal reference. When positioning of the mounting plate 100 in the up-and-down direction is needed, at a first step as illustrated in FIG. 2(a), the mounting plate 100 is abutted against the horizontal reference, the through hole 1 having a scale of 50 mm is found out from the through holes 1 of the up-down mark 3, and marked with a pen (may be other marking manners), e.g. marking a point on a wall face through the through hole 1 corresponding to 50 mm.

At a second step as illustrated in FIG. 2(b), the mounting plate 100 is moved downwards until the through hole having a scale of zero coincides with the marked point. During the process, the mounting plate 100 completes a downward movement of 50 mm in the up-and-down direction.

Additionally, referring to FIGS. 3(a) and 3(b), it is assumed that the mounting plate 100 needs to be mounted at a right side of the wall hole 30 and a rightward distance is 100 mm. At a first step illustrated in Fig. (a), an intersection point of a left side edge 7 of the mounting plate and an extending line of the arrow of the horizontal direction mark 6 pointing to the left edge coincides with the center point of the wall hole 30, and the through hole 1 of the left-right mark 4 having a scale of 100 mm is marked with the pen, e.g. marking on the wall face through the through hole 1 having the scale of 100 mm by the pen or other means.

At a second step as illustrated in Fig. (b), the mounting plate 100 is then moved rightwards until the through hole 1 of the left-right mark 4 having a scale of zero coincides with the marking. At this point, a positioning process in the left-and-right direction is completed.

Furthermore, in practical application, when the mounting plate is fixed in the left-and-right direction, only the positioning of the mounting plate 100 in the up-and-down direction can be performed; when the mounting plate is fixed in the up-and-down direction, only the positioning of the mounting plate 100 in the left-and-right direction can be performed. The positioning in the up-and-down direction can be performed prior to the positioning in the left-and-right direction, or the positioning in the left-and-right direction can be performed prior to the positioning in the up-and-down direction.

Referring to FIG. 1, the scale mark 2 includes a first indication line 21, the first indication line 21 extends in the up-and-down direction, and the first indication line 21 is connected between any two adjacent through holes 1 of the up-down mark 3.

Furthermore, the scale mark 2 includes a second indication line 22, the second indication line 22 extends in the left-and-right direction, and the second indication line 22 is connected between any two adjacent through holes 1 of the left-right mark 4.

In order for aesthetics and markedness, the first indication line 21 and the second indication line 22 are provided to connect the through holes 1 of the up-down mark 3 and the left-right mark 4, such that the marking structure 10 looks more standard.

The marking structure 10 includes a vertical direction mark 5, and the vertical direction mark 5 is formed as an arrow pointing to an upper edge of the mounting plate 100. Generally, the vertical direction mark 5 can remind a mounting worker that the up-down mark 3 near it is used to perform downward positioning, and it points to a direction of the horizontal reference 20.

Likewise, in order to remind the mounting worker, referring to FIG. 1, the marking structure 10 preferably includes the horizontal direction mark 6. The horizontal direction mark 6 is disposed at a lower left portion of the mounting plate 100, and includes an arrow shape pointing to the left edge of the mounting plate 100. Furthermore, the horizontal direction mark 6 is also disposed at a lower right portion of the mounting plate 100 and includes an arrow shape pointing to a right edge of the mounting plate 100.

In other embodiments, if only one of the leftward positioning and the rightward positioning of the mounting pate 100 in the left-and-right direction is needed, then only the lower left portion or the lower right portion of the mounting plate 100 may be provided with the arrow shape for reminder.

Additionally, the scale mark 2 is a protrusion structure or a recess structure formed on a surface of the mounting plate 100. The scale mark 2 and the mounting plate 100 are usually directly produced by stamping, such that the cost can be reduced, and massive production is easy to achieve, and the production efficiency can be improved.
