Abstract
Provided is an air conditioner outdoor unit cover, including a closed top, a bottom with an open port, and a side surface connected to the top, wherein the side surface is provided with two openings from the bottom to the top; a movable side surface for increasing the area of the open port of the bottom is formed between the two openings; and an accommodating cavity capable of accommodating an air conditioner outdoor unit is formed between the top and the side surface in an enclosing manner. The movable side surface can be folded outwards relative to the whole body, so that an inlet becomes larger when the air conditioner outdoor unit cover is sleeved on the air conditioner outdoor unit, and the air conditioner outdoor unit cover can be covered on the air conditioner outdoor unit more conveniently.
Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to the technical field of air conditioner condensing unit accessories, and in particular to an air conditioner outdoor unit cover.


BACKGROUND

Most families use a condensing unit of an outdoor air conditioner outdoor unit for indoor cooling and heating, but when the air conditioner outdoor unit is placed outdoors for a long time, leaves, insects, dust, and the like will fall into the air conditioner outdoor unit. These sundries will affect the normal operation and heat dissipation of the air conditioner outdoor unit. Economic costs will be generated when these sundries are cleaned every time or due to the maintenance cost of failure caused by the sundries. The air conditioner outdoor unit in the prior art is designed with a slit. It is necessary to sleeve the cover on the air conditioner outdoor unit from top to bottom, resulting in inconvenience in sleeving and longer sleeving time.


SUMMARY

An objective of the present invention is to provide an air conditioner outdoor unit, which is sleeved on an air conditioner outdoor unit conveniently and rapidly, is mounted stably, and has a good protective effect.


To achieve the above objective, the present invention provides the following technical solution:

    • an air conditioner outdoor unit cover includes a top, and a side surface connected to the top and extending downwards, wherein an accommodating cavity capable of accommodating an air conditioner outdoor unit is surrounded by the top and the side surface; a lower open port for sleeving the air conditioner outdoor unit is formed below the air conditioner outdoor unit cover, the side surface includes two longitudinal openings extending from a bottom side to a top side of the side surface, the two longitudinal openings divides the side surface into a fixed side surface and a movable side surface capable of increasing the area of the lower open port, and side edges of a left side and a right side of the movable side surface are detachably connected to the fixed side surface; when the movable side surface is in an open state, an expanding port is formed in the side surface, and the expanding port is capable of amplifying the opening area of the lower open port; and when the movable side surface is in a closed state, the top and the side surface are wrapped outside the air conditioner out unit to form a semi-closed dust-isolating space.


Further, the fixed side surface includes a left side surface, a rear side surface, and a right side surface; the left side surface, the rear side surface, and the right side surface are integrally formed, or side edges of a left side and a right side of the rear side surface are fixedly connected to a fixed side edge of one side of each of the left side surface and the right side surface, respectively; and part of or the whole side edges of the left side and the right side of the movable side surface are detachably connected to a free side edge of one side of each of the left side surface and the right side surface, respectively.


Further, the free side of the left side surface and the free side of the right side surface respectively extend towards the movable side surface to form extending surfaces; a first fixing strip and a second fixing strip are arranged on side edges of the extending surfaces of the left side surface and the right side surface; and inner surfaces of the first fixing strip and the second fixing strip are respectively connected to the side edges of the left side and the right side of the movable side surface in a repeated disassembling and assembling manner. Two ends of the movable side surface are detachably and fixedly connected to the first fixing strip and the second fixing strip, thereby facilitating the opening and fixing of the movable side surface. The first fixing strip and the second fixing strip are respectively pressed on an upper surface of the movable side surface to further fix the movable side surface, which is fixed more stably compared with the way of covering the movable side surface above the fixing strip.


Preferably, outer surfaces of the left side and the right side of the movable side surface are respectively provided with fixing hook surfaces; and the inner surfaces of the first fixing strip and the second fixing strip are respectively provided with fixing loop surfaces.


Optionally, outer surfaces of the left side and the right side of the movable side surface are respectively provided with fixing loop surfaces; and the inner surfaces of the first fixing strip and the second fixing strip are respectively provided with fixing hook surfaces.


According to the above two hooking-connection fixing methods of the fixing hook surfaces and the fixing loop surfaces, the operation of removing hooking connection is convenient, and the hooking-connection fixing methods are stable.


Further, an adjustable fixing device stretches across an outer surface of the movable side surface; and two ends of the adjustable fixing device are fixedly connected to the left side surface and the right side surface, respectively. The movable side surface can be further fixed, and the air conditioner outdoor unit cover is fastened on the air conditioner outdoor unit, thereby preventing the air conditioner outdoor cover from being blown away in bad weather.


Further, at least two adjustable fixing devices stretch across an outer surface of the movable side surface; and one of the adjustable fixing devices stretches across a middle part of the movable side surface, and the other one of the adjustable fixing devices stretches across the bottom of the movable side surface. The adjustable fixing devices are respectively at two positions to fasten the whole body better, which is more stable compared with the method of fixing only at the lower end.


Further, the adjustable fixing device includes a fixing band, a buckle, and an adjusting band; the fixing band and the adjusting band are fixedly connected to the left side surface and the right side surface, respectively; and the fixing band and the adjusting band are detachably connected through the buckle. The adjustable fixing device can be disassembled and locked by the buckle conveniently, and the operation is conveniently; and reinforcement can be further performed by the adjusting band, and the fixation is more stable.


Further, an elastic structure with elasticity is arranged on a side edge of a lower side of the rear side surface; and a lower part of the rear side surface is in a tightened state. During use, firstly, the elastic structure and the bottom of the air conditioner outdoor unit are initially positioned, and then the air conditioner outdoor unit cover is entirely sleeved on the air conditioner outdoor unit, so that the problem of inconvenient fixation due to the smooth metal surface of the air conditioner outdoor unit is effectively solved, and it is more convenient for a single person to operate and fix.


Further, the side surface is provided with a ventilation net; a mask is arranged on an outer side of the ventilation net; the mask covers an outer surface of the ventilation net; and the mask is provided with an air vent communicating with the ventilation net. Water vapor in the air conditioner outdoor unit cover can flow to the outside through the ventilation net and the air vent, so that the corrosion of the air conditioner outdoor unit due to the water vapor can be avoided. The mask arranged on the outer side of the ventilation net can prevent rainwater or other sundries from entering the interior of the air conditioner outdoor unit cover from the ventilation net.


Further, the top and the side surface are made of a waterproof fabric, so as to prevent the water vapor from leaking into the interior of the air conditioner outdoor unit, thereby preventing the air conditioner outdoor unit from getting damp and rust.


Further, the mask is made of a waterproof fabric, thereby preventing rain, snow or dust from entering the interior of the air conditioner cover through the ventilation net.


Further, the air vent is opened downwards, thereby preventing dust from entering the interior of the air conditioner outdoor cover from the air vent.


According to the analysis, the present invention discloses an air conditioner outdoor unit cover. The edges of two sides of the movable side surface are detachably connected to the side surface, and the movable side surface can be folded, so that the air conditioner outdoor unit can enter the interior conveniently. The overall solution facilitates the sleeving process on the premise of ensuring stable fixation.


According to the technical solution of the present invention, the operation difficulty of covering the air conditioner outdoor cover on the air conditioner outdoor unit is reduced, the fixing method is more stable, and the outdoor air conditioner outdoor unit is protected better.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

The present invention is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. Each example is provided to explain the present invention instead of limiting the present invention. In fact, those skilled in the art will appreciate that modifications and variations may be made in the present invention without departing from the scope or spirit of the present invention. For example, features shown or described as one part of one embodiment may be applied to another embodiment to generate yet another embodiment. Therefore, it is expected that the present invention includes such modifications and variations that fall within the scope of the appended claims and their equivalents.


In the description of the present invention, orientation or position relationships indicated by terms “longitudinal”, “transverse”, “upper”, “lower”, “front”, “rear”, “left”, “right”, “vertical”, “horizontal”, “top”, “bottom” and the like are orientation or position relationships shown in the drawings, and these terms are merely for facilitating description of the present invention, but not for requiring that the present invention must be constructed and operated in a specific orientation, and thus, these terms cannot be understood as a limitation to the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 5, an embodiment according to the present invention provides a an air conditioner outdoor unit cover, including a top 1, and a side surface 3 connected to the top and extending downwards, wherein an accommodating cavity 10 capable of accommodating an air conditioner outdoor unit is surrounded by the top 1 and the side surface 3; a lower open port 2 for sleeving the air conditioner outdoor unit is formed below the air conditioner outdoor unit cover, the side surface 3 is provided with two longitudinal openings from the lower open port 2 to the top 1, the two longitudinal openings divide the side surface 3 into a fixed side surface and a movable side surface 30 capable of increasing the area of the lower open port 2, and edges of a left side and a right side of the movable side surface 30 are detachably connected to the fixed side surface 39; when the movable side surface 30 is in an open state, an expanding port 300 is formed in the side surface 3, and the expanding port 300 can amplify the opening area of the lower open port 2; and when the movable side surface 30 is in a closed state, the top 1 and the side surface 3 are wrapped outside the air conditioner outdoor unit to form a semi-closed dust-isolating space.


The fixed side surface 39 further includes a left side surface 31, a rear side surface 32, and a right side surface 33, wherein side edges of the left side surface 31, the rear side surface 32, and the right side surface 33 are connected sequentially and fixedly; a side edge between the left side surface 31 and the right side surface 33 is fixedly connected to the movable side surface 30; and part of or the whole of edges of the left side and the right side of the movable side surface 30 are detachably and fixedly connected to the side edges of the left side surface 31 and the right side surface 33, respectively. After the movable side surface 30 is folded upwards, the area of the open port of the bottom can be enlarged, and the cover body can be covered on the air conditioner outdoor unit more conveniently.


An edge between the left side surface 31 and the right side surface 33 respectively extends towards the movable side surface 30 to be provided with a first fixing strip 311 and a second fixing strip 331; the first fixing strip 311 and the second fixing strip 331 are respectively pressed above the edges of the left side and the right side of the movable side surface 30; and inner surfaces of the first fixing strip 311 and the second fixing strip 331 are fixedly connected to outer surfaces of the edges of the left side and the right side of the movable side surface 30 respectively in a repeated disassembling manner.


To facilitate the fixed connection between the movable side surface 30 and the left side surface 31 and the right side surface 33 in a repeatedly disassembling manner, the outer surfaces of side edges of the left side and the right side of the movable side surface 30 are respectively provided with fixing hook surfaces 34; and inner surfaces of the first fixing strip 311 and the second fixing strip 331 are respectively provided with fixing loop surfaces 35 matched with the fixing hook surfaces 34. Similarly, the outer surfaces of the side edges of the left side and the right side of the movable side surface 30 may be respectively provided with fixing loop surfaces; and the inner surfaces of the first fixing strip 311 and the second fixing strip 331 are respectively provided with fixing hook surfaces matched with the fixing loop surfaces. When the fixing loop surfaces are in contact with the fixing hook surfaces, hooking-connection fixation can still be realized, and the fixing and disassembling processes are very convenient.


To further fasten the air conditioner outdoor unit cover on the air conditioner outdoor unit, two adjustable fixing devices 4 stretch across the outer surface of the movable side surface 30, and two ends of each of the adjustable fixing devices 4 are fixedly connected to the left side 31 and the right side surface 33, respectively. One of the adjustable fixing devices 4 stretches across a middle part of the movable side surface 30, and the other one of the adjustable fixing devices 4 stretches across the edge, close to the lower open port 2, of the movable side surface 30. Therefore, the movable side surface 30 can further be restrained by the adjustable fixing devices 4 to cope with severe weather such as gale.


The adjustable fixing device 4 includes a fixing band 41, a buckle 42, and an adjusting band 43, wherein one end of each of the fixing band 41 and the adjusting band 43 is fixedly connected to the left side surface 31 or the right side surface 33, respectively; and the fixing band 41 and the adjusting band 43 are detachably connected through the buckle 42. To facilitate the overall beauty, the fixing band 41 and the adjusting band 43 are fixedly connected to the first fixing strip 311 and the second fixing strip 331, respectively.


The buckle 42 includes a clamping groove 421 and a bayonet 422, wherein the clamping groove 421 is mounted on the fixing band 41; and the bayonet 422 is mounted on the adjusting band 43 in a position-adjustable manner. When the clamping groove 421 and the bayonet 422 are clamped together, the tightness of the adjustable fixing device 4 can be adjusted by adjusting the relative position of the bayonet 422 on the adjusting band 43. When the adjustable fixing device 4 is tightened, the air conditioner outdoor unit cover can be further fastened on the air conditioner outdoor unit. To sleeve the air conditioner outdoor unit cove on the air conditioner outdoor unit more conveniently, an elastic structure 321 with elasticity is arranged at the bottom of the rear side surface 32 of the air conditioner outdoor unit of the present invention and located at the lower open port. When the air conditioner outdoor unit cover is in a natural state, the bottom of the rear side surface 32 is in a tightened state, and the elastic structure 321 can be stretched during use. When the air conditioner outdoor unit is sleeved on the air conditioner outdoor unit, firstly, the elastic structure 321 and the bottom of the air conditioner outdoor unit are initially positioned, and then the air conditioner outdoor unit cover is entirely sleeved on the air conditioner outdoor unit, so that the problem of inconvenient fixation due to the smooth metal surface of the air conditioner outdoor unit is effectively solved, and it is more convenient for a single person to operate and fix.


To facilitate the ventilation of the water vapor in the air conditioner outdoor unit cover, a ventilation net 36 communicating with the interior is arranged on the rear side surface 32, or the left side surface 31, or the right side surface 33, or the movable side surface 30, and the water vapor in the air conditioner outdoor unit can flow to the outside through the ventilation net 36, so that the corrosion of the air conditioner outdoor unit caused by the water vapor can be avoided. In this embodiment, the ventilation net 36 is arranged on the left side surface 31. Further, a mask 37 is arranged on an outer side of the ventilation net 36, the area of the mask 37 is greater than the area of the ventilation net 36, and the ventilation net 36 covers the interior, thereby preventing rainwater or other sundries from entering the interior of the air conditioner outdoor unit from the ventilation net 36. The mask 37 is downwards provided with an air vent 38 communicating with the ventilation net 36, and the water vapor in the air conditioner outdoor unit can flow to the outside through the ventilation net 36 and the air vent 38. The combination of the ventilation net 36 and the mask 37 may be arranged on a plurality of side surfaces, and the number of the combination may be greater than one.


The top 1, the side surface 3, and the mask 37 of the air conditioner outdoor unit cover according to the present invention are all made of waterproof fabrics, thereby preventing rainwater from infiltrating inside.


The use process of the present invention is: firstly, the buckles 42 of the two adjustable fixing devices 4 are in an unlocked state, then the hooking connection between the movable side surface 30 and the first stripping strip 311 and the second fixing strip 331 is removed, the movable side surface 30 is folded outwards, then the air conditioner outdoor unit cover is entirely sleeved on the air conditioner outdoor unit, the movable side surface 30 is reset, the first fixing strip 311 and the second fixing strip 331 are fixed with the edge of the movable side surface 30, the buckles 42 of the two adjustable fixing devices 4 are clamped tightly, and the adjusting band 43 is adjusted to further fix the whole body on the air conditioner outdoor unit.


From the above description, it can be seen that the above embodiments of the present disclosure achieve the following technical effects:

    • 1. the movable side surface 30 can be folded outwards relative to the whole body, so that the opening of the air conditioner outdoor unit cover for the air conditioner outdoor unit is larger, and the air conditioner outdoor unit cover can be covered on the air conditioner outdoor unit more conveniently.
    • 2. Two ends of the movable side surface 30 are detachably and fixedly connected to the first fixing strip 311 and the second fixing strip 331, thereby facilitating the opening and fixing of the movable side surface 30.
    • 3. The first fixing strip 311 and the second fixing strip 331 are arranged on the upper surface of the movable side surface 30, so the fixing method is more stable, the movable side surface 30 can be further fixed, and the fixation is more stable compared with the method of covering the movable side surface 30 above the first fixing strip 311 and the second fixing strip 331.
    • 4. The two adjustable fixing devices 4 stretch across the outer side of the movable side surface 30, so that the movable side surface 30 can be further fixed.
    • 5. The two adjustable fixing devices 4 are respectively at a position close to the lower open port 2 and a middle position, so that the air conditioner outdoor unit can be fixed better.
    • 6. The elastic structure 321 with elasticity is arranged at the bottom of the rear side surface 32. When the air conditioner outdoor unit is sleeved on the air conditioner outdoor unit, firstly, the elastic structure 321 and the bottom of the air conditioner outdoor unit are initially positioned, and then the air conditioner outdoor unit cover is entirely sleeved on the air conditioner outdoor unit, so that the problem of inconvenient fixation due to the smooth metal surface of the air conditioner outdoor unit is effectively solved, and it is more convenient for a single person to operate and fix.
    • 7. The ventilation net 36 communicating with the interior is arranged on the side surface 3. The water vapor in the air conditioner outdoor unit can flow to the outside through the ventilation net 36, so that the corrosion of the air conditioner outdoor unit due to the water vapor can be avoided. The mask 37 is arranged on the outer side of the ventilation net 36, thereby preventing rainwater or other sundries from entering the interior of the air conditioner outdoor unit cover from the ventilation net 36.


Compared with the prior art, the air conditioner outdoor unit cover provided by the present invention makes the sleeving process more convenient on the premise of ensuring stable fixation.

  • 1. An air conditioner outdoor unit cover, comprising a top, and a side surface connected to the top and extending downwards, wherein an accommodating cavity capable of accommodating an air conditioner outdoor unit is surrounded by the top and the side surface; a lower open port for sleeving the air conditioner outdoor unit is formed below the air conditioner outdoor unit cover, the side surface comprises two longitudinal openings extending from a bottom side to a top side of the side surface, the two longitudinal openings divides the side surface into a fixed side surface and a movable side surface capable of increasing the area of the lower open port, and side edges of a left side and a right side of the movable side surface are detachably connected to the fixed side surface;when the movable side surface is in an open state, an expanding port is formed in the side surface, and the expanding port is capable of amplifying the opening area of the lower open port; andwhen the movable side surface is in a closed state, the top and the side surface are wrapped outside the air conditioner out unit to form a semi-closed dust-isolating space.
  • 2. The air conditioner out unit cover according to claim 1, wherein the fixed side surface comprises a left side surface, a rear side surface, and a right side surface; the left side surface, the rear side surface, and the right side surface are integrally formed, or side edges of a left side and a right side of the rear side surface are fixedly connected to a fixed side edge of one side of each of the left side surface and the right side surface, respectively; andpart of or the whole side edges of the left side and the right side of the movable side surface are detachably connected to a free side edge of one side of each of the left side surface and the right side surface, respectively.
  • 3. The air conditioner out unit cover according to claim 2, wherein the free side of the left side surface and the free side of the right side surface respectively extend towards the movable side surface to form extending surfaces; a first fixing strip and a second fixing strip are arranged on side edges of the extending surfaces of the left side surface and the right side surface; and inner surfaces of the first fixing strip and the second fixing strip are respectively connected to the side edges of the left side and the right side of the movable side surface in a repeated disassembling and assembling manner.
  • 4. The air conditioner out unit cover according to claim 3, wherein outer surfaces of the left side and the right side of the movable side surface are respectively provided with fixing hook surfaces; the inner surfaces of the first fixing strip and the second fixing strip are respectively provided with fixing loop surfaces; and the fixing loop surfaces and the fixing hook surfaces are capable of being repeatedly bonded.
  • 5. The air conditioner out unit cover according to claim 3, wherein outer surfaces of the left side and the right side of the movable side surface are respectively provided with fixing loop surfaces; the inner surfaces of the first fixing strip and the second fixing strip are respectively provided with fixing hook surfaces; and the fixing hook surfaces and the fixing loop surfaces are capable of being repeatedly bonded.
  • 6. The air conditioner out unit cover according to claim 2, wherein an adjustable fixing device stretches across an outer surface of the movable side surface; and two ends of the adjustable fixing device are fixedly connected to the left side surface and the right side surface, respectively.
  • 7. The air conditioner out unit cover according to claim 5, wherein at least two adjustable fixing devices stretch across an outer surface of the movable side surface; and one of the adjustable fixing devices stretches across a middle part of the movable side surface, and the other one of the adjustable fixing devices stretches across the bottom of the movable side surface.
  • 8. The air conditioner out unit cover according to claim 6, wherein the adjustable fixing device comprises a fixing band, a buckle, and an adjusting band; the fixing band and the adjusting band are fixedly connected to the left side surface and the right side surface, respectively; and the fixing band and the adjusting band are detachably connected through the buckle.
  • 9. The air conditioner out unit cover according to claim 2, wherein an elastic structure with elasticity is arranged on a side edge of a lower side of the rear side surface; and a lower part of the rear side surface is in a tightened state.
  • 10. The air conditioner out unit cover according to claim 2, wherein the side surface is provided with a ventilation net; a mask is arranged on an outer side of the ventilation net; the mask covers an outer surface of the ventilation net; and the mask is provided with an air vent communicating with the ventilation net.
  • 11. The air conditioner out unit cover according to claim 1, wherein the top and the side surface are made of a waterproof fabric.
  • 12. The air conditioner out unit cover according to claim 10, wherein the mask is made of a waterproof fabric.
  • 13. The air conditioner out unit cover according to claim 10, wherein the air vent is opened downwards.
