Abstract
The disclosure discloses an air purification device with an adjustable air outlet direction, including a purifier body and an air outlet island. The air outlet island including an island body, a shaft sleeve fixing bracket and a lifting driving assembly is arranged on the purifier body in a lifting structure; the middle of the island body is provided with a lifting driving assembly; the island body is arranged on the shaft sleeve fixing bracket and slidably connected with the shaft sleeve fixing bracket; a top surface of the island body is provided with a top air outlet grille; and a side surface of the island body is provided with a side air outlet grille. The disclosure can realize a variety of different air supply modes, thereby effectively increasing the circulation of the ambient air and improving the comfort of the indoor space.

CROSS REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS

The present application claims the benefit of Chinese Utility Model application Ser. No. 202321575436.4 filed on Jun. 20, 2023, the contents of which are incorporated herein by reference in their entirety.


TECHNICAL FIELD

The disclosure relates to the technical field of air purification equipment manufacturing, in particular to an air purification device with an adjustable air outlet direction.


BACKGROUND ART

With the improvement of human living standards, people have paid more and more attention to personal health and public environmental health. Therefore, air purification equipment has gradually become common equipment for many occasions of people such as home, study, medical treatment industry, and its main function is to remove particles in the air, including all kinds of allergens, PM2.5, PM10, toxic gas, bacteria, etc.


However, at present, for most of the air purifiers on the market, some have single air outlet modes; air doors of air outlets of some air purifiers can swing up and down or left and right, but its swing angle is small; and some usually has only an upward air outlet way due to the structural design of the air outlet, resulting in low air purification quantity, so that only air near the purifier is circulated and the effect of rapid indoor circulation and room purification cannot be achieved.


SUMMARY

The disclosure aims to overcome the shortcomings of the prior art and provide an air purification device with an adjustable air outlet direction. The air purification device can realize lateral air outlet and effectively increase the circulation of ambient air, thereby improving the comfort of indoor space.


The technical solution of the disclosure is: an air purification device with an adjustable air outlet direction includes a purifier body and an air outlet island; the air outlet island is arranged on the purifier body in a lifting structure; the air outlet island includes an island body, a shaft sleeve fixing bracket and a lifting driving assembly; the middle of the island body is provided with a lifting driving assembly; the island body is arranged on the shaft sleeve fixing bracket and slidably connected with the shaft sleeve fixing bracket; a top surface of the island body is provided with a top air outlet grille; and a side surface of the island body is provided with a side air outlet grille, wherein by designing the air outlet island as a lifting structure and installing the top air outlet grille and the side air outlet grille on the island body, when the air outlet island is in a rising state, the side air outlet grille can be selected to supply air, or the side air outlet grille and the top air outlet grille can be selected to supply air simultaneously, and when the air outlet island is in a descending state, only the top air outlet grille is used for supplying air.


The lifting driving assembly includes a screw rod fixing shaft sleeve, a motor, a driving gear and a gear screw rod; a screw rod fixing shaft sleeve is arranged in the gear screw rod; an inner side of one end of the gear screw rod is provided with an internal gear; an outer wall of the gear screw rod is threaded; the motor is fixedly installed on the screw rod fixing shaft sleeve; a power output end of the motor is connected with a driving gear; the driving gear and the internal gear of the gear screw rod are engaged; and an outer circumference of the gear screw rod is in threaded connection with the island body. When the lifting driving assembly is operated, the motor is started, and the motor drives the driving gear to rotate. The gear screw rod rotates through the engaging connection between the driving gear and the internal gear, and the island body is driven to carry out lifting movement through the threaded connection between the outer circumference of the gear screw rod and the island body.


The screw rod fixing shaft sleeve is cylindrical; and after the screw rod fixing shaft sleeve is installed in the gear screw rod, the lower end of the screw rod fixing shaft sleeve is located above the internal gear to avoid interference between the components after the installation of the driving gear, wherein the motor and the driving gear are installed on a lower part of the screw rod fixing shaft sleeve, and after installation, the driving gear is engaged with the internal gear at the inner side of the gear screw rod and the gear screw rod is able to rotate relative to the screw rod fixing shaft sleeve.


The island body includes a middle connecting cylinder and an air outlet net grille which are connected; the top air outlet grille and the side air outlet grille are arranged on the air outlet net grille respectively; the lifting driving assembly is connected with the inner side of the middle connecting cylinder; and the shaft sleeve fixing bracket is connected with the outer side of the middle connecting cylinder.


An inner wall of the middle connecting cylinder is provided with a plurality of lifting transmission racks, and each lifting transmission rack forms threaded connection with an outer wall of the gear screw rod. In the structure, each lifting transmission rack is distributed along the circumferential direction of the middle connecting cylinder; a connection relationship between each lifting transmission rack and the thread of the outer wall of the gear screw rod is formed similar to that between the screw rod and a screw rod nut; and through the rotation of the gear screw rod, each lifting transmission rack is driven to drive the whole island body to carry out linear lifting movement.


An outer wall of the middle connecting cylinder is provided with a plurality of lifting tracks; a wall surface of the shaft sleeve fixing bracket connected with the outer wall of the middle connecting cylinder is provided with a plurality of lifting guide bars; and each lifting guide bar is correspondingly matched with a lifting track. In the process of lifting movement of the island body, the shaft sleeve fixing bracket always remains stationary, and the island body is also connected with the purifier body through the shaft sleeve fixing bracket. Through the coordination between the lifting guide bars and the lifting tracks, a guiding effect and a limiting effect are provided for the lifting movement of the island body.


Further, the lifting track is L-shaped, and includes a lifting section and a rotating limiting section which are connected; the lifting section is located at an upper part; the rotating limiting section is located at a lower part; and along the circumferential direction of the middle connecting cylinder, the width of the rotating limiting section is greater than the width of the lifting section. When the lifting guide bar is located in the upper lifting section, the island body is in a lifting state, and the island body can carry out lifting movement relative to the shaft sleeve fixing bracket. When the lifting guide bar is located in the lower rotating limiting section, it means that the island body has risen to a highest position. When the gear screw rod in the lifting driving assembly continues to rotate, then the whole island body is driven to rotate along the circumferential direction, and the lifting track does not carry out lifting movement relative to the lifting guide bar, but rotates along the circumferential direction relative to the lifting guide bar. When the lifting track rotates to a limit position, the top air outlet grille on the island body is able to rotate relative to the following fixing air outlet grille, so as to realize the opening or closing of a top air outlet.


A body of the middle connecting cylinder is honeycomb, the lifting tracks of the outer wall of the middle connecting cylinder are groove-shaped, and the lifting transmission racks of the inner wall of the middle connecting cylinder are convex.


A top surface and an outer circumference of the air outlet net grille are also provided with an air outlet net body; a top surface of the air outlet net body is provided with a fixing air outlet grille matched with the top air outlet grille; a side surface of the air outlet net body is provided with a through hole communicated with the side air outlet grille; and the air outlet net grille is able to rotate relative to the air outlet net body. During installation, the air outlet net body is sleeved outside the air outlet net grille, and a structural form between the two is relatively rotating (a specific connection mode and installation mode are the same as those of a traditional air purifier). The air outlet net body only follows the island body to produce lifting movement, but does not follow the island body to produce rotating movement.


When the air purification device with the adjustable air outlet direction is used, a purification principle is the same as that of the traditional air purifier, but an air supply mode is different, as follows: inside the air purification device, a centrifugal fan is used as a power source; after dirty air is inhaled, allergens, dust, bacteria, etc. in the air in a corresponding space are removed at first through an air filter device inside the device, and clean air from which impurities are removed is sent out through an air outlet. In the air purification device with the adjustable air outlet direction, there are three air supply modes: the first mode is to supply air only through the top air outlet grille (i.e., a top air outlet mode), the second mode is to supply air jointly through the top air outlet grille and the side air outlet grille (i.e., a large-volume air outlet mode), and the third mode is to supply air only through the side air outlet grille (i.e., a side air outlet mode). When the air outlet island is in a lowest position, the side air outlet grille is hidden at the inner side of a shell of the purifier body, and the air can only be supplied through the top air outlet grille. When the side air outlet grille needs to be opened, the motor in the lifting driving assembly is started to drive the driving gear to rotate; the gear screw rod rotates through the engaging connection between the driving gear and the internal gear; and the island body is driven to rise through the threaded connection between the outer circumference of the gear screw rod and the island body. Thus, the side air outlet grille is exposed above the purifier body and reaches a rising limit position (i.e., the thread at the outer wall of the gear screw rod is operated to the highest point relative to the lifting transmission rack). At this moment, the top air outlet grille and the side air outlet grille can be used for jointly supplying air to achieve large-volume and multi-angle air supply. When the top air supply needs to be turned off, the motor continues to operate, and the driving gear drives the gear screw rod to continue to rotate. At this moment, due to the structural design of the lifting track on the island body (i.e., the lifting section and the rotating limiting section), the island body has risen to the limit position, and the gear screw rod can only drive the island body to rotate along the circumferential direction, so that the air outlet net grille also rotates relative to the air outlet net body, and then the top air outlet grille on the air outlet net grille and the fixing air outlet grille on the air outlet net body are staggered to form a cross shielding form, so as to close the top air outlet. At this moment, the air can only be supplied through the side air outlet grille.


Compared with the prior art, the disclosure has the following beneficial effects:


The air purification device with the adjustable air outlet direction is designed into a lifting structure through the air outlet island, and the side surface of the air outlet island is provided with the side air outlet grille, so that the air outlet island can realize a variety of different air supply modes, and the air supply direction can be switched in a vertical direction and a horizontal direction, or the air can be supplied in different directions at the same time, thereby effectively increasing the circulation of the ambient air and improving the comfort of the indoor space. In addition, the air outlet island adopts the lifting structure, which can be hidden and stored in the shell of the purifier body, so that the appearance of the entire air purification device is tidy and the purification function of the air purification device is not affected.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

The disclosure is further described in detail below in combination with embodiments, but the embodiments of the disclosure are not limited herein.


Embodiments

The present embodiment provides an air purification device with an adjustable air outlet direction, as shown in FIG. 1 or FIG. 3, including a purifier body A and an air outlet island B which is arranged on the purifier body in a lifting structure, wherein a specific structure of the air outlet island is as follows:


As shown in FIG. 5, the air outlet island includes an island body 1, a shaft sleeve fixing bracket 2 and a lifting driving assembly 3; the middle of the island body is provided with a lifting driving assembly; the island body is arranged on the shaft sleeve fixing bracket and slidably connected with the shaft sleeve fixing bracket; a top surface of the island body is provided with a top air outlet grille; and a side surface of the island body is provided with a side air outlet grille, wherein by designing the air outlet island as a lifting structure and installing the top air outlet grille and the side air outlet grille on the island body, when the air outlet island is in a rising state, the side air outlet grille can be selected to supply air, or the side air outlet grille and the top air outlet grille can be selected to supply air simultaneously, and when the air outlet island is in a descending state, only the top air outlet grille is used for supplying air.


As shown in FIG. 6 or FIG. 7, the lifting driving assembly includes a screw rod fixing shaft sleeve 3-1, a motor 3-2, a driving gear 3-3 and a gear screw rod 3-4; a screw rod fixing shaft sleeve is arranged in the gear screw rod; an inner side of one end of the gear screw rod is provided with an internal gear 3-5; an outer wall of the gear screw rod is threaded; the motor is fixedly installed on the screw rod fixing shaft sleeve; a power output end of the motor is connected with a driving gear; the driving gear and the internal gear of the gear screw rod are engaged; and an outer circumference of the gear screw rod is in threaded connection with the island body. When the lifting driving assembly is operated, the motor is started, and the motor drives the driving gear to rotate. The gear screw rod rotates through the engaging connection between the driving gear and the internal gear, and the island body is driven to carry out lifting movement through the threaded connection between the outer circumference of the gear screw rod and the island body. Wherein the screw rod fixing shaft sleeve is cylindrical; and after the screw rod fixing shaft sleeve is installed in the gear screw rod, the lower end of the screw rod fixing shaft sleeve is located above the internal gear to avoid interference between the components after the installation of the driving gear, wherein the motor and the driving gear are installed on a lower part of the screw rod fixing shaft sleeve, and after installation, the driving gear is engaged with the internal gear at the inner side of the gear screw rod and the gear screw rod is able to rotate relative to the screw rod fixing shaft sleeve.


As shown in FIG. 7, the island body includes a middle connecting cylinder 1-1 and an air outlet net grille 1-2 which are connected; the top air outlet grille 1-3 and the side air outlet grille 1-4 are arranged on the air outlet net grille respectively; the lifting driving assembly is connected with the inner side of the middle connecting cylinder; and the shaft sleeve fixing bracket is connected with the outer side of the middle connecting cylinder. An inner wall of the middle connecting cylinder is provided with a plurality of lifting transmission racks 1-5 (three lifting transmission racks are arranged in the present embodiment, and distributed along the thread matched with the outer wall of the gear screw rod), and each lifting transmission rack forms threaded connection with an outer wall of the gear screw rod. In the structure, each lifting transmission rack is distributed along the circumferential direction of the middle connecting cylinder; a connection relationship between each lifting transmission rack and the thread of the outer wall of the gear screw rod is formed similar to that between the screw rod and a screw rod nut; and through the rotation of the gear screw rod, each lifting transmission rack is driven to drive the whole island body to carry out linear lifting movement. An outer wall of the middle connecting cylinder is provided with a plurality of lifting tracks 1-6 (three lifting tracks are arranged in the present embodiment and disposed along the vertical direction). As shown in FIG. 8, a wall surface of the shaft sleeve fixing bracket connected with the outer wall of the middle connecting cylinder is provided with a plurality of lifting guide bars 2-1; and each lifting guide bar is correspondingly matched with a lifting track. In the process of lifting movement of the island body, the shaft sleeve fixing bracket always remains stationary, and the island body is also connected with the purifier body through the shaft sleeve fixing bracket. Through the coordination between the lifting guide bars and the lifting tracks, a guiding effect and a limiting effect are provided for the lifting movement of the island body. Further, the lifting track is L-shaped, and includes a lifting section a and a rotating limiting section b (as shown in FIG. 7) which are connected; the lifting section is located at an upper part; the rotating limiting section is located at a lower part; and along the circumferential direction of the middle connecting cylinder, the width of the rotating limiting section is greater than the width of the lifting section. When the lifting guide bar is located in the upper lifting section, the island body is in a lifting state, and the island body can carry out lifting movement relative to the shaft sleeve fixing bracket. When the lifting guide bar is located in the lower rotating limiting section, it means that the island body has risen to a highest position. When the gear screw rod in the lifting driving assembly continues to rotate, then the whole island body is driven to rotate along the circumferential direction, and the lifting track does not carry out lifting movement relative to the lifting guide bar, but rotates along the circumferential direction relative to the lifting guide bar. When the lifting track rotates to a limit position, the top air outlet grille on the island body is able to rotate relative to the following fixing air outlet grille, so as to realize the opening or closing of a top air outlet. A body of the middle connecting cylinder adopts a honeycomb structure, which can reduce the overall weight of the island body, and also reduce noise and vibration generated during the operation of the lifting driving assembly. The lifting track of the outer wall of the middle connecting cylinder is groove-shaped, and the lifting transmission rack of the inner wall of the middle connecting cylinder is convex.


As shown in FIG. 5, a top surface and an outer circumference of the air outlet net grille are also provided with an air outlet net body 4; a top surface of the air outlet net body is provided with a fixing air outlet grille 4-1 matched with the top air outlet grille; a side surface of the air outlet net body is provided with a through hole communicated with the side air outlet grille; and the air outlet net grille is able to rotate relative to the air outlet net body. During installation, the air outlet net body is sleeved outside the air outlet net grille, and a structural form between the two is relatively rotating (a specific connection mode and installation mode are the same as those of a traditional air purifier). The air outlet net body only follows the island body to produce lifting movement, but does not follow the island body to produce rotating movement.


When the air purification device with the adjustable air outlet direction is used, a purification principle is the same as that of the traditional air purifier, but an air supply mode is different, as follows: as shown by arrows in FIG. 2 or FIG. 4, inside the air purification device, a centrifugal fan is used as a power source; after dirty air is inhaled, allergens, dust, bacteria, etc. in the air in a corresponding space are removed at first through an air filter device inside the device, and clean air from which impurities are removed is sent out through an air outlet. In the air purification device with the adjustable air outlet direction, there are three air supply modes: the first mode is to supply air only through the top air outlet grille (i.e., a top air outlet mode, as shown in FIG. 2), the second mode is to supply air jointly through the top air outlet grille and the side air outlet grille (i.e., a large-volume air outlet mode), and the third mode is to supply air only through the side air outlet grille (i.e., a side air outlet mode, as shown in FIG. 4). When the air outlet island is in a lowest position, the side air outlet grille is hidden at the inner side of a shell of the purifier body, and the air can only be supplied through the top air outlet grille. When the side air outlet grille needs to be opened, the motor in the lifting driving assembly is started to drive the driving gear to rotate; the gear screw rod rotates through the engaging connection between the driving gear and the internal gear; and the island body is driven to rise through the threaded connection between the outer circumference of the gear screw rod and the island body. Thus, the side air outlet grille is exposed above the purifier body and reaches a rising limit position. At this moment, the top air outlet grille and the side air outlet grille can be used for jointly supplying air to achieve large-volume and multi-angle air supply. When the top air supply needs to be turned off, the motor continues to operate, and the driving gear drives the gear screw rod to continue to rotate. At this moment, due to the structural design of the lifting track on the island body (i.e., the lifting section and the rotating limiting section), the island body has risen to the limit position, and the gear screw rod can only drive the island body to rotate along the circumferential direction, so that the air outlet net grille also rotates relative to the air outlet net body, and then the top air outlet grille on the air outlet net grille and the fixing air outlet grille on the air outlet net body are staggered to form a cross shielding form, so as to close the top air outlet. At this moment, the air can only be supplied through the side air outlet grille.

All equal changes and modifications made in accordance with the content of the disclosure are covered by the protection scope of claims of the disclosure.

Claims
  • 1. An air purification device with an adjustable air outlet direction, comprising a purifier body and an air outlet island, wherein the air outlet island is arranged on the purifier body in a lifting structure; the air outlet island comprises an island body, a shaft sleeve fixing bracket and a lifting driving assembly; the middle of the island body is provided with a lifting driving assembly; the island body is arranged on the shaft sleeve fixing bracket and slidably connected with the shaft sleeve fixing bracket; a top surface of the island body is provided with a top air outlet grille; and a side surface of the island body is provided with a side air outlet grille.
  • 2. The air purification device with the adjustable air outlet direction according to claim 1, wherein the lifting driving assembly comprises a screw rod fixing shaft sleeve, a motor, a driving gear and a gear screw rod; a screw rod fixing shaft sleeve is arranged in the gear screw rod; an inner side of one end of the gear screw rod is provided with an internal gear; an outer wall of the gear screw rod is threaded; the motor is fixedly installed on the screw rod fixing shaft sleeve; a power output end of the motor is connected with a driving gear; the driving gear and the internal gear of the gear screw rod are engaged; and an outer circumference of the gear screw rod is in threaded connection with the island body.
  • 3. The air purification device with the adjustable air outlet direction according to claim 2, wherein the screw rod fixing shaft sleeve is cylindrical; and after the screw rod fixing shaft sleeve is installed in the gear screw rod, the lower end of the screw rod fixing shaft sleeve is located above the internal gear.
  • 4. The air purification device with the adjustable air outlet direction according to claim 2, wherein the island body comprises a middle connecting cylinder and an air outlet net grille which are connected; the top air outlet grille and the side air outlet grille are arranged on the air outlet net grille respectively; the lifting driving assembly is connected with the inner side of the middle connecting cylinder; and the shaft sleeve fixing bracket is connected with the outer side of the middle connecting cylinder.

The air purification device with the adjustable air outlet direction according to claim 4, wherein an inner wall of the middle connecting cylinder is provided with a plurality of lifting transmission racks, and each lifting transmission rack forms threaded connection with an outer wall of the gear screw rod.

The air purification device with the adjustable air outlet direction according to claim 5, wherein an outer wall of the middle connecting cylinder is provided with a plurality of lifting tracks; a wall surface of the shaft sleeve fixing bracket connected with the outer wall of the middle connecting cylinder is provided with a plurality of lifting guide bars; and each lifting guide bar is correspondingly matched with a lifting track.
  • 7. The air purification device with the adjustable air outlet direction according to claim 6, wherein the lifting track is L-shaped, and comprises a lifting section and a rotating limiting section which are connected; the lifting section is located at an upper part; the rotating limiting section is located at a lower part; and along the circumferential direction of the middle connecting cylinder, the width of the rotating limiting section is greater than the width of the lifting section.
  • 8. The air purification device with the adjustable air outlet direction according to claim 6, wherein a body of the middle connecting cylinder is honeycomb, the lifting tracks of the outer wall of the middle connecting cylinder are groove-shaped, and the lifting transmission racks of the inner wall of the middle connecting cylinder are convex.
  • 9. The air purification device with the adjustable air outlet direction according to claim 4, wherein a top surface and an outer circumference of the air outlet net grille are also provided with an air outlet net body; a top surface of the air outlet net body is provided with a fixing air outlet grille matched with the top air outlet grille; a side surface of the air outlet net body is provided with a through hole communicated with the side air outlet grille; and the air outlet net grille is able to rotate relative to the air outlet net body.
