The present invention relates to the technical field of logistic packaging, particularly to an all-paper cushion envelope.
Development of the express industry in China is very high. According to data statistics of State Post Bureau of the People's Republic of China, express packages consumed in China in 2016 are more than 31.3 billion, express packages of all year of 2017 are up to 40.06 billion, and nationwide express packages are 34.7 billion in first third quarters of 2018. China is crowned as the “Global express country” continuously for 4 years.
As the express transport volume increases, a variety of problems begin to rise gradually, especially a certain transport volume needs to be maintained during transport due to the increase in the transport volume, which results in cargo stacking in a cabin of a transport vehicle. The cargos stacked at the bottom may get damp, and if there are fragile articles in transported articles, the fragile articles may be damaged, resulting in unnecessary loss.
In order to meet environmental protection requirements and reduce a use ratio of plastic, an all-paper cushion envelop is developed to ensure that the paper can be completely recycled.
An object of the present invention is to provide an all-paper cushion envelope so as to solve technical problems of the current use and recycling of various express bags, plastic bubble bags, and paper surface layer bubble bags, thereby reducing a use ratio of plastic material and being more friendly to environment.
The present invention provides an all-paper cushion envelope including: an upper bag face; a lower bag face; a bag tongue; and two cushion pads, in which the bag tongue is arranged at the top of the lower bag face and is integrally formed with the lower bag face, the upper bag face is arranged on a front side of the lower bag face, the two cushion pads are arranged on the upper bag face and the lower bag face respectively and are located between the upper bag face and the lower bag face, and the cushion pad has a wave shape or a honeycomb shape.
Further, the upper bag face and the lower bag face are connected to each other at the bottom into an integral member, and two side edges of the upper bag face and the lower bag face adhere to each other via glue.
Further, the two cushion pads are made of paper material.
Further, the bag tongue is provided with a sealing adhesive tape.
Further, the sealing adhesive tape is covered with a release film.
Further, the two side edges of the upper bag face and the lower bag face adhere to each other via pressure sensitive adhesive.
Further, two surfaces of the upper bag face and the lower bag face are coated with a waterproof coating layer.
Compared with the related art, the present invention has the following advantageous effects:
First, the present invention is provided with two cushion pads, the two cushion pads are arranged on the upper bag face and the lower bag face respectively and are located between the upper bag face and the lower bag face, and the cushion pad has a wave shape. When articles to be transported are placed between the upper bag face and the lower bag face when in use, the two cushion pads can cushion the articles to prevent some fragile articles from being damaged during transport;
second, the two cushion pads and surface layers thereof in the present invention are made of paper material, and can be recycled and used environmentally friendly;
third, two surfaces of the upper bag face and the lower bag face are coated with a waterproof coating layer, and the paper surface is waterproofed using a water base coating, thereby better protecting the package from not being wet.

As shown below with reference to
The two cushion pads and surface layers thereof are made of paper material and can be recycled and used environmentally friendly; and reduces a use ratio of plastic material.
In addition to the wave shape structure, the cushion 4 can have other shapes such as a circular protrusion and an oval protrusion which play a cushion role.
Preferably, the two cushion pads 4 are made of a waterproof material with a benefit that, if a transport cabin is in a wet environment during transport, the two cushion pads 4 can play a dampproof role.
Preferably, the bag tongue 3 is provided with the sealing adhesive tape 5, and when an article is placed between the upper bag face 1 and the lower bag face 2, the bag tongue 3 can adhere to the upper bag face 1 via the sealing adhesive tape 5 on the bag tongue 3, which has a sealing effect.
Preferably, the sealing adhesive tape 5 is covered with a release film, which can keep the adhesive tape 5 sticky in a use state.
Preferably, the two side edges of the upper bag face 1 and the lower bag face 2 adhere to each other via pressure sensitive adhesive.
Two surfaces of the upper bag face 1 and the lower bag face 2 are coated with a waterproof coating layer, and the paper surface can be waterproofed using a water base coating depending on different requirements of clients, thereby better protecting the package from not being wet. The coating meets FDA 21 CFR 176.170 and GB9685-2016 standards.
