Abstract
An aluminum hair curler comprises: a hollow aluminum tube having a plurality of trenches on the outside thereof; and two terminals having a plurality of dowel pins and a plurality of notches on the outer periphery thereof. The aluminum hair curler is characterized in that the terminals are inserted into the openings of the hollow aluminum tube, respectively. By using the high heat-conductivity aluminum metal, the hair can be shaped rapidly. In addition, the aluminum hair curler can be cleaned easily and used repeatedly, thereby providing easy maintenance and cleanness.
Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a hair curler, and more particularly to an improved aluminum hair curler having two terminals inserted into two openings of a hollow aluminum tube, respectively, so as to shape the hair rapidly by means of the high heat conductivity.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

The change of hairstyle always makes people feel that everything is fresh and new. As a result, men and women pay more and more intention to their hairstyles, wherein a permanent provides people with much more fashion feeling.

The permanent means that the hair is wound around the hair curler on which a thin paper and a rubber band are attached. Thereafter, the permanent machine is heated to increase the hair's winding degree for fulfilling the user's requirements.

The conventional hair curler is made of plastics. However, the plastic hair curler has the following drawbacks including:

1. poor heat conductivity, which causes the user to spend much time on the permanent machine and which causes low efficiency;

2. uneasy cleanness with residues of medicament and filth; and

3. insufficient temperature, which causes uneasy maintenance in hair's winding degree or short duration of hair's winding degree.

As a result, there is indeed a need to provide an improved hair curler with high heat conductivity and easy cleanness.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

In view of the foregoing drawbacks of the conventional structure, a main object of the present inventor is to provide an aluminum hair curler that has high, uniform heat conductivity and easy cleanness.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention provides an improved aluminum hair curler comprising a hollow aluminum tube having a plurality of trenches on the outside thereof; and two terminals having a plurality of dowel pins and a plurality of notches on the outer periphery thereof. The aluminum hair curler is characterized in that the terminals are inserted into the openings of the hollow aluminum tube, respectively.

By using the aforementioned methods, the present invention improves the conventional drawbacks and provides the following advantages including:

1. high heat conductivity by means of the high heat-conductivity aluminum metal for shaping the hair rapidly;

2. easy cleanness with no residue of medicament or filth for providing repeatable use and easy cleanness; and

3. easy maintenance in hair's winding degree by means of the high heat-conductivity aluminum metal for maintaining the hair's winding degree for a longer period.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

FIG. 1 is a three-dimensional view of an aluminum hair curler of a first preferred embodiment of the present invention.

FIG. 2 is a three-dimensional, exploded view of the aluminum hair curler of the first preferred embodiment of the present invention.

FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view showing the aluminum hair curler of the first preferred embodiment of the present invention.

FIG. 4 is a schematic view showing that dowel pins are hooked by an elastomer of the aluminum hair curler of the present invention.

FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view showing the aluminum hair curler of a second preferred embodiment of the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, a first preferred embodiment of the present invention is shown. An improved aluminum hair curler comprises a hollow aluminum tube 1 and two terminals 2, 2′.

Several trenches 11 are formed on the outside of the hollow aluminum tube 1 for increasing friction force, thereby preventing slide.

Several dowel pins 21, 21′ and notches 22, 22′ are located on the outer periphery of the terminals 2, 2′.

The above-mentioned terminals 2, 2′ and the hollow aluminum tube 1 are mounted individually. The terminals 2, 2′ can be inserted into two openings, which are formed on both ends of the hollow aluminum tube 1, respectively.

Referring to FIG. 1 through FIG. 3, the assembled structure of the above-mentioned components is shown. The improved aluminum hair curler is characterized in that the terminals 2, 2′ are inserted into the opening of the hollow aluminum tube 1, respectively. Referring to FIG. 4, a schematic view of the usage status of the aluminum hair curler is shown. When in use, the hair (not shown) is wound around the outside of the hollow aluminum tube 1. Thereafter, an elastomer 5 such as a rubber band is utilized to hook the notches 22, 22′ between the dowel pins 21, 21′ for fixing the hair, which is wound around the hollow aluminum tube 1.

Referring FIG. 5, a cross-sectional view of the aluminum hair curler of a second preferred embodiment of the present invention is shown. The hair curler comprises a hollow aluminum tube 3 and two terminals 4, 4′. The hollow aluminum tube 3 and two terminals 4, 4′ are made of aluminum metal to form an integrated hollow tube. Several dowel pins 41, 41′ and notches 42, 42′ are located on the outer periphery of the terminals 4, 4′. The usage of the second preferred embodiment is identical to that of the first preferred embodiment shown in FIG. 4.
