Claims
- 1. A composite superconductor comprising a plurality of superconductive filaments symmetrically dispersed in a matrix of aluminum alloy having substantially the electrical and thermal conductivity and the mechanical properties of an alloy of at least 99.00% Al and 0.05-0.20% Cu, said matrix being in intimate contact with a surrounding stabilizing sheath of aluminum of nominal 99.999% purity.
