Claims
- 1. A method for treating an angiogenesis-related disorder, comprising administrating to a subject in need thereof an effective amount of a compound of the formula:
- 2. The method of claim 1, wherein Ar1 is phenyl.
- 3. The method of claim 2, wherein Ar2 is furyl.
- 4. The method of claim 3, wherein Ar2 is 5′-furyl.
- 5. The method of claim 4, wherein Ar3 is phenyl.
- 6. The method of claim 5, wherein each of R1, R2, R5, and R6 is H.
- 7. The method of claim 6, wherein n is 1.
- 8. The method of claim 7, wherein one of R3 and R4 is substituted at position 2 of furyl.
- 9. The method of claim 8, wherein one of R3 and R4 is H, and the other is CH2OH.
- 10. The method of claim 1, wherein Ar2 is furyl.
- 11. The method of claim 10, wherein Ar2 is 5′-furyl.
- 12. The method of claim 11, wherein one of R3 and R4 is substituted at position 2 of furyl.
- 13. The method of claim 1, wherein Ar3 is phenyl.
- 14. The method of claim 13, wherein n is 1.
- 15. The method of claim 1, wherein the angiogenesis-related disorder is a cardiovascular disease, chronic inflammation, diabete, psoriasis, endometriosis, or adiposity.
- 16. A method for treating cancer, comprising administrating to a subject in need thereof an effective amount of a compound of the formula:
- 17. The method of claim 16, wherein Ar1 is phenyl.
- 18. The method of claim 17, wherein Ar2 is furyl.
- 19. The method of claim 18, wherein Ar2 is 5′-furyl.
- 20. The method of claim 19, wherein Ar3 is phenyl.
- 21. The method of claim 20, wherein each of R1, R2, R5, and R6 is H.
- 22. The method of claim 21, wherein n is 1.
- 23. The method of claim 22, wherein one of R3 and R4 is substituted at position 2 of furyl.
- 24. The method of claim 23, wherein one of R3 and R4 is H, and the other is CH2OH.
- 25. The method of claim 16, wherein Ar2 is furyl.
- 26. The method of claim 25, wherein Ar2 is 5′-furyl.
- 27. The method of claim 26, wherein one of R3 and R4 is substituted at position 2 of furyl.
- 28. The method of claim 16, wherein Ar3 is phenyl.
- 29. The method of claim 28, wherein n is 1.
- 30. The method of claim 16, wherein the cancer is lung cancer.
- 31. The method of claim 30, wherein Ar1 is phenyl.
- 32. The method of claim 31, wherein Ar2 is furyl.
- 33. The method of claim 32, wherein Ar2 is 5′-furyl.
- 34. The method of claim 33, wherein Ar3 is phenyl.
- 35. The method of claim 34, wherein each of R1, R2, R5, and R6 is H.
- 36. The method of claim 35, wherein n is 1.
- 37. The method of claim 36, wherein one of R3 and R4 is substituted at position 2 of furyl.
- 38. The method of claim 37, wherein one of R3 and R4 is H, and the other is CH2OH.
- 39. The method of claim 30, wherein Ar2 is furyl.
- 40. The method of claim 39, wherein Ar2 is 5′-furyl.
- 41. The method of claim 40, wherein one of R3 and R4 is substituted at position 2 of furyl.
- 42. The method of claim 30, wherein Ar3 is phenyl.
- 43. The method of claim 42, wherein n is 1.
