In the embodiments of the present disclosure, the skin electric conductivity sensor 333 detects a skin electric conductivity coefficient of the animal to generate the physiological signal. The skin electric conductivity sensor 333 can contact the skin of an animal by two electrodes to measure the skin current and obtain a skin electric conductivity coefficient. The skin electric conductivity coefficient of an animal would change with the external environment and the emotional condition of the animal. The skin electric conductivity sensor 333 generates physiological signals with the skin electric conductivity coefficient and further obtains the information of the physiological and emotional conditions of animals.

In the embodiments of the present disclosure, the cortisol sensor detects a cortisol concentration of the animal to generate the physiological signal. When animals experience stress, the adrenal glands would release the cortisol.
