Claims
- 1. A pharmaceutical composition useful for administration to a human or non-human animal afflicted with psoriasis comprising a therapeutically effective amount of a polyamine having the formula:R1—NH—(CH2)3—NH—(CH2)3—NH—(CH2)3—NH—R2 wherein R1 and R2 may be the same or different and are lower alkyl of 1-4 carbon atoms; or a salt thereof with a pharmaceutically acceptable acid and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier therefor.
- 2. A pharmaceutical composition according to claim 1, wherein R1 and R2 are both ethyl.
- 3. A method for treating a human or non-human animal afflicted with psoriasis comprising administering to said animal an anti-psoriasis effective amount of a polyamine having the formula:R1—NH—(CH2)3—NH—(CH2)3—NH—(CH2)3—NH—R2 wherein: R1 and R2 may be the same or different and are lower alkyl of 1-4 carbon atoms; or a salt thereof with a pharmaceutically acceptable acid.
- 4. A method according to claim 3 wherein R1 and R2 are both ethyl.
