Claims
- 1. A method of making an anti-static cleanroom product comprising the steps of:(a) contacting a cleanroom product substrate material with an aqueous solution containing: (i) a monomer capable of forming a conductive polymer, (ii) conductive polymer particles, or (iii) mixtures thereof; thereby coating said substrate; and (b) removing said substrate from said solution to result in a discontinuous conductive polymeric particulate coated anti-static cleanroom product.
- 2. A Method as recited in claim 1, wherein said contacting is a batch process.
- 3. A Method as recited in claim 1, wherein said contacting is a continuous process.
- 4. A Method as recited in claim 1, wherein said contacting is for a period of time ranging from about 0.5 to about 2 hours.
- 5. A Method as recited in claim 1, wherein said solution further comprises an oxidizing agent.
- 6. A Method as recited in claim 1, wherein said solution further comprises a counter ion.
- 7. A Method as recited in claim 1, wherein said substrate material comprises a polymer selected from the group consisting of polyester materials and nylon materials.
