Description
BACKGROUND OF THE PRESENT INVENTION

1. Field of Invention

The present invention relates to a chimney, and more particularly to a chimney with multiple functions such as anticorrosion, dust collecting, and energy saving.

2. Description of Related Arts

The flue of the conventional chimney is in a straight form, which accesses the chimney by a tube core line. With a high flue resistance, chimney in this structure is not able to collect dust. Flue gas in the chimney barrel uprises along the internal wall of the chimney hearth. Accordingly, the flue gas corrodes the lining of the chimney, often causes corrosion and exfoliation of the lining, and rupture of the chimney barrel. In recent years, in order to protect the environment, the flue gas containing harmful substance of sulfur dioxide, which is generated by smelting, power generation, chemical and other industries, is treated by wet desulphurization before entering the chimney. The treatment reduces the temperature of the flue gas to be below dew point, and produced acid solution flows down along the chimney barrel. This will make the lining corroded easily, and eventually lead to the cracking of the chimney barrel. The common way to solve this problem is disposing liners in the chimney. However, the construction cost of liners of this kind is expensive. For example, 10 million Yuan is needed for the investment of constructing the liners of a 210-meter chimney for a heat-engine plant whose power is 60 MW steam. In addition, the liners, whose service life is limited, require regular or irregular replacement. Therefore this is a facile solution to the problem.

SUMMARY OF THE PRESENT INVENTION

A technical problem for the present to solve is overcoming the shortcomings mentioned above in a conventional chimney, supplying a low cost chimney with multiple functions such as anticorrosion, dust collecting, and energy saving.

A technical scheme of the present invention is as follows. An anticorrosive dust-collecting energy-saving chimney comprises a chimney barrel. Hearth spiral line with a helix angle of 10˜80 degrees is arranged on an internal wall of the chimney barrel, and an outlet of an arc flue is arranged at an outside of a bottom of the chimney barrel and in communication with the hearth spiral line. A direction of spiral of the arc flue is the same as a direction of spiral of the hearth spiral line, and the arc flue is smoothly connected to the hearth spiral line.

The number of the hearth spiral line can be 1 to 30. A pitch (i.e., screw pitch, or a distance between two adjacent lines of a hearth spiral line in the direction of a chimney barrel generatrix) of the hearth spiral line can be 0.5 to 20 meters.

The present invention has beneficial effects as follows. The chimney according to the present invention has a high structural stability and a good environmental protecting effect. Compared with a conventional chimney of a same height and emission, the present invention increases the environmental protection effect by 25˜45%, and decreases the self-resistance by 20%, and thus can decrease the power consumption of a blower fan by 8.5%. Flue gas spins in the chimney barrel, equal to a cyclone dust collector, which collects 30˜80% of the dust. The flue gas does not corrode the chimney and increases service life. In addition, the cost is relatively low.

The chimney according to the present invention is applicable for the emission of various types of flue gases.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

Further description combining with the attached drawings is illustrated according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention.

See FIG. 1-3, the present embodiment comprises a chimney barrel 3. A hearth spiral line 1 with a helix angle of 60 degrees is arranged on an internal wall of the chimney barrel 3, and an outlet 2 of an arc flue 4 is arranged at an outside of a bottom of the chimney barrel 3 and in communication with the hearth spiral line 1. A direction of spiral of the arc flue 4 is the same as a direction (both are right-handed rotation) of spiral of the hearth spiral line 1, and the arc flue 4 is smoothly connected to the hearth spiral line 1.

The chimney barrel 3, with a base diameter of Φ 9 meters and a height of 100 meters, is constructed by hearth bricks. There are five sections with different slope ratio in the chimney barrel 3 from bottom to top, which are as follows: slope ratio in the first section i1 is 0.06˜0.08, slope ratio in the second section i2 is 0.04˜0.06, slope ratio in the third section i3 is 0.02˜0.04, slope ratio in the fourth section i4 is 0.01˜0.02, and slope ratio in the fifth section i5 is 0. The percentage of the height of each section in the total height of the chimney is as follows: slope ratio in the first section i1, second section i2, third section i3, fourth section i4, fifth section i5 respectively account for 20˜30%, 25˜30%, 20˜25%, 20˜25%, and 15˜20% of the total height of the chimney.

The arc flue 4 of the chimney barrel 3 is smoothly connected to the hearth spiral line 1 and enters into the chimney. The hearth spiral line 1 with a helix angle of 60 degrees are arranged on the internal wall of the chimney barrel, so as to make the flue gas spin in the chimney and form a vortex. A pitch of the hearth spiral line is 4 meters.

The present invention designs an inlet of the flue as the arc flue 4 which is smoothly connected to the hearth spiral line 1. And the hearth spiral line 1 forms a hearth spiral line flue which makes the flue gas spin in the chimney barrel 3 and form an internal helical flow 5 and an outside helical flow 6 (see FIG. 3). The flue gas enters into the chimney barrel 3 through the arc flue 4. Before entering into the chimney barrel 3, the flue gas is well spinned in advance, which contributes to improving dust collecting efficiency, decreasing total pressure loss, reducing flue gas dustiness and thus increasing gas plume stiffness. The hearth (barrel) spiral line structure keeps a gas flue spiral uprising. Due to a centrifugation in the spiral uprising of the gas flue, a small amount of dust particles remaining in the gas flue mainly locates in a center of the flue. A condensation of the flue gas relates to the dust particles contained. Firstly, the flue gas and the dust particles produce a condensation kernel which expands gradually afterwards and forms a whole condensation. Because the dust particles are mainly located in the center of the flue, the condensation mainly occurs in an area of a central axis of the flue. Moreover, the gas flue near the chimney barrel is able to maintain an unsaturated state, the barrel surface is dry and free from corrosion.

The anticorrosive dust-collecting energy-saving chimney according to the present invention has a good dust collecting effect which is up to 30 tons per hour, and a good energy saving effect of reducing the power consumption of the draft fan by 20%. A long-time trail shows that even the flue gas is treated by wet dust collection and wet desulphurization, the internal wall of the chimney is still in a good condition, and completely without being worried about corrosion thereof.

The chimney according to the present invention is applicable for the emission of various types of flue gases.
