Claims
- 1. An anti-curl agent for a recording medium, comprising an amide compound which has a structure selected from the group consisting of the general formulae (a), (b) and (c) described below, and a molecular weight below 1000:
- 2. The anti-curl agent according to claim 1, wherein said amide compound is represented by the general formula (a).
- 3. The anti-curl agent according to claim 1, wherein said amide compound is represented by the general formula (b).
- 4. The anti-curl agent according to claim 1, wherein said amide compound is represented by the general formula (c).
- 5. An ink jet ink comprising a colorant, an aqueous medium, and an amide compound which has a structure selected from the group consisting of the general formulae (a), (b) and (c) described below, and a molecular weight below 1000:
- 6. The ink according to claim 5, wherein said amide compound is represented by the general formula (a).
- 7. The ink according to claim 5, wherein said amide compound is represented by the general formula (b).
- 8. The ink according to claim 5, wherein said amide compound is represented by the general formula (c).
- 9. A method for ink jet recording, at least comprising a step of ejecting an ink according to claim 5 by an ink jet method.
- 10. A method for reducing curl of a recording medium by applying an ink according to claim 5 to a recording medium by ejecting the ink by an ink jet method.
