Claims
- 1. A structured water comprising a cluster structure having at least one antioxidant agent within said cluster structure.
- 2. The composition of claim 1 wherein said antioxidant is water soluble.
- 3. The composition of claim 1 wherein said cluster structure comprises electronegative aggregates of water molecules forming I water.
- 4. The composition of claim 1 wherein said cluster structure further comprises electropositive aggregates of water molecules forming S water.
- 5. The composition of claim 2 in which said antioxidant is selected from the group consisting of ginkgo-biloba, beta carotene, green tea, ascorbic acid and derivatives thereof, carnosic acid (rosemary), BHT, BHA, extracts thereof, active constituents, thereof, and combinations thereof.
- 6. A cosmetic or pharmaceutical composition containing an antioxidant effective amount of structured water.
- 7. The composition of claim 6 wherein said structured water comprises a cluster structure and at least one antioxidant agent within said structure.
- 8. The composition of claim 6 wherein said structured water is selected from the group consisting of I water, S water, and a combination thereof.
- 9. The composition of claim 8 wherein said structured water is I water.
- 10. A method of enhancing the antioxidant activity of structured water comprising the step of integrating an antioxidant agent within a cluster structure of structured water.
- 11. The method of claim 10 wherein the step of integrating the antioxidant further comprises the steps of adding the antioxidant to unstructured feed water, and feeding the unstructured water combined with the antioxidant through a device for producing structured water.
- 12. The method of claim 10 in which the antioxidant is selected from the group consisting of ginkgo-biloba, beta carotene, green tea, ascorbic acid, carnosic acid (rosemary), BHT, BHA, extracts thereof, active constituents thereof, and combinations thereof.
- 13. The method of stabilizing an antioxidant agent comprising the step of integrating the antioxidant within at least one cluster structure of the structured water.
- 14. A method of removing oxygen free radicals from the skin comprising the step of applying to the skin structured water selected from the group consisting of I water, S water, and combinations thereof.
- 15. The method of claim 14 further comprising the step of integrating an antioxidant agent within a cluster structure of the structured water.
- 16. A method of reducing the risk of cancer and the signs of aging in the skin comprising applying to the skin structured water selected from the group consisting of I water, S water, and combinations thereof.
- 17. The method of claim 16 further comprising the step of integrating an antioxidant agent within a cluster structure of the structured water.
- 18. A method of preventing or reducing free radical formation in a cosmetic or pharmaceutical formula comprising the step of adding a structured water to the formula.
- 19. The method of claim 18 further comprising the steps of integrating an antioxidant within a cluster structure of a structured water, and adding the structured water having the antioxidant within its cluster structure to the formula.
