Claims
- 1] A thermoplastic foam comprising: a styrenic polymer, and a blowing agent consisting of 100% carbon dioxide, wherein the thermoplastic foam has no visible corrugation and an average cell size of 0.20 mm to 0.35 mm.
- 2] A thermoplastic foam according to claim 1 wherein the foam is corrugation-free.
- 3] thermoplastic foam according to claim 2 wherein the average cell size is 0.20 mm to 0.30 mm.
- 4] thermoplastic foam according to claim 3 wherein the average cell size is 0.20 mm to 0.25 mm.
- 5] 5 thermoplastic foam according to claim 4 wherein the density of the foam is 30 kg/m3 to 120 kg/m3.
- 6] thermoplastic foam according to claim 5 wherein the thickness of the foam is 1 mm to 5 mm.
