Claims
- 1. An apparatus for the preparation of a polymer solution which comprises a stirring device, a cooling device connected to the stirring device, and a warming device connected to the cooling device, wherein both of the cooling device and the warming device have a rotary screw therein, the cooling device comprising a cylinder having the rotary screw, and the cooling device has a jacket and a refrigerator which is connected to the jacket and from which a refrigerant chilled to a temperature in the range of −100° C. to −10° C. is sent to the jacket, and wherein a device for the preparation of a polymer film according to a solvent casting method comprising a die and a support is connected downstream of the warming device.
- 2. The apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the stirring device comprises a first vessel and a stirring means contained in the first vessel.
- 3. The apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein the cooling device comprises a second vessel in the form of a cylinder connected to the first vessel, the rotary screw contained in the second vessel and a cooling means attached to the second vessel.
- 4. The apparatus as claimed in claim 3, wherein the warming device comprises a third vessel in the form of a cylinder connected to the second vessel, the rotary screw contained in the third vessel and a warming means attached to the third vessel.
- 5. The apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the stirring device has a function of mixing a polymer with a solvent to swell the polymer in the solvent.
- 6. The apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cooling device has a function of cooling a swelled mixture to a temperature of −100 to 10° C. at a rate of 1 to 40° C. per minute.
- 7. The apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the warming device has a function of warming a cooled mixture to a temperature of 0 to 120° C. at a rate of 1 to 40° C. per minute.
- 8. The apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cooling device has a means for supplying a precooled solvent to the cooling device.
- 9. The apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein spiral turbulent flow fins are attached inside the jacket.
- 10. The apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rotary screw has a shaft, and the shaft is rotated by a motor placed outside the cylinder.
- 11. The apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rotary screw has a shaft, and the connection of the cylinder to the shaft is sealed with a sealing compound and a seal stopper.
- 12. The apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein a cooling tower processing heat formed in the refrigerator is connected to the refrigerator.
- 13. The apparatus as claimed in claim 12, wherein a heat exchanger is connected to the cooling tower and to the warming device.
- 14. The apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein a heater and a pressure adjusting valve are connected to the downstream of the warming device.
- 15. The apparatus as claimed in claim 14, wherein a concentration tank under a reduced pressure is connected to the downstream of the heater and the pressure adjusting valve.
- 16. The apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the support is a drum or a band.
- 17. An apparatus for the preparation of a polymer solution which comprises a stirring device, a cooling device connected to the stirring device, and a warming device connected to the cooling device, wherein both of the cooling device and the warming device have a rotary screw therein, the cooling device comprising a cylinder having the rotary screw, and the cooling device has a jacket and a refrigerator which is connected to the jacket and from which a refrigerant chilled to a temperature in the range of −100° C. to −10° C. is sent to the jacket, and wherein the cooling device has a means for supplying a precooled solvent to the cooling device.
- 18. The apparatus as claimed in claim 17, wherein spiral turbulent flow fins are attached inside the jacket.
- 19. The apparatus as claimed in claim 17, wherein the rotary screw has a shaft, and the shaft is rotated by a motor placed outside the cylinder.
- 20. The apparatus as claimed in claim 17, wherein the rotary screw has a shaft, and the connection of the cylinder to the shaft is sealed with a sealing compound and a seal stopper.
- 21. An apparatus for the preparation of a polymer solution which comprises a stirring device, a cooling device connected to the stirring device, and a warming device connected to the cooling device, wherein both of the cooling device and the warming device have a rotary screw therein, the cooling device comprising a cylinder having the rotary screw, and the cooling device has a jacket and a refrigerator which is connected to the jacket and from which a refrigerant chilled to a temperature in the range of −100° C. to −10° C. is sent to the jacket, and wherein a cooling tower processing heat formed in the refrigerator is connected to the refrigerator.
- 22. The apparatus as claimed in claim 21, wherein a heat exchanger is connected to the cooling tower and to the warming device.
- 23. An apparatus for the preparation of a polymer solution which comprises a stirring device, a cooling device connected to the stirring device, and a warming device connected to the cooling device, wherein both of the cooling device and the warming device have a rotary screw therein, the cooling device comprising a cylinder having the rotary screw, and the-cooling device has a jacket and a refrigerator which is connected to the jacket and from which a refrigerant chilled to a temperature in the range of −100° C. to −10° C. is sent to the jacket, and wherein a heater and a pressure adjusting valve are connected downstream of the warming device.
- 24. The apparatus as claimed in claim 23, wherein a concentration tank under a reduced pressure is connected to the downstream of the heater and the pressure adjusting valve.
