Claims
- 1. An apparatus for blowing synthetic resin material into a furnace, comprising:
- a first processing line for processing film-shaped synthetic resins into granular synthetic resin material;
- said first processing line comprising a granulating/solidifying unit for processing said film-shaped synthetic resins into the granular synthetic resin material by solidification after melting or semi-melting said film-shaped synthetic resins with heat;
- a second processing line for processing non-film-shaped synthetic resins into granular synthetic resin material;
- said second processing line comprising a crushing unit for crushing the non-film-shaped synthetic resins;
- a primary storage silo for storing the granular synthetic resin material obtained from said first processing line and said second processing line;
- a blowing station for pneumatically supplying the granular synthetic resin material supplied from the primary storage silo into the furnace;
- said blowing station comprising:
- a secondary storage silo for storing the granular synthetic resin material supplied from the primary storage silo;
- a blowing tank for receiving the granular synthetic resin material supplied from the secondary storage silo, and pneumatically feeding the granular synthetic resin material to the furnace; and
- means for continuously supplying the granular synthetic resin material from said blowing tank into a blowing port of the furnace.
- 2. The apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said second processing line comprises:
- a first crushing unit for crushing said non-film-shaped synthetic resins;
- a classifying unit for separating and removing foreign matter from the crushed non-film-shaped resins; and
- a second crushing unit for crushing the non-film-shaped synthetic resins after removal of foreign matters therefrom.
- 3. An apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said granulating/solidifying unit in said first processing line comprises:
- means for heating and melting the film-shaped synthetic resins;
- means for cooling and solidifying the molten film-shaped synthetic resins;
- a classifying unit for separating and removing foreign matter from the crushed non-film-shaped synthetic resins; and
- a crushing unit for crushing the non-film-shaped synthetic resins after removal of foreign matter therefrom.
- 4. The apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said granulating/solidifying unit in said first processing line comprises:
- means for heating and semi-melting said film-shaped synthetic resins; and
- means for rapidly cooling said semi-molten film-shaped synthetic resins to cause the film-shaped synthetic resins to contract and solidify into a granular form.
- 5. The apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said granulating/solidifying unit in said first processing line comprises:
- means for heating and semi-melting the film-shaped synthetic resins;
- means for rapidly cooling the semi-molten film-shaped synthetic resins to cause the film-shaped synthetic resins to contract and solidify into a granular form; and
- means for crushing the synthetic resin material after contraction and solidification of said synthetic resin material.
- 6. The apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said granulating/solidifying unit in said first processing line comprises:
- a treatment chamber into which the film-shaped synthetic resins are charged;
- a rotary knife edge, arranged in said treatment chamber, which crushes the film-shaped synthetic resins, and semi-melts the synthetic resins with frictional heat from said crushing; and
- rapid cooling means for rapidly cooling the semi-molten synthetic resins by blowing a cooling fluid into said treatment chamber to cause contraction and solidification of said semi-molten synthetic resins.
- 7. The apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising:
- a separating unit for separating and removing chlorine-containing macromolecular resin materials from the film-shaped synthetic resins, arranged upstream of the granulating/solidifying unit in said first processing line; and
- a separating unit for separating and removing chlorine-containing macromolecular resin materials from the non-film-shaped synthetic resins, arranged downstream of said crushing unit in said second processing line.
