- 2. Dyeing apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising assembly means (h) for assembling said empty main can and said auxiliary can thereby to create said unit dyeing can, and transport means (i) for transporting said main cans and/or said auxiliary cans to and from said filling means, said pushing means, said separation means, said arrangement means, said supplying means, said dyeing means, and said take-out means.
- 3. Dyeing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said main can is provided with a fixed bottom plate, an outside cylindrical wall and a main can hollow spindle projecting upright from a center of said bottom plate, said main can hollow spindle also being provided with a cylindrical wall, said cylindrical walls of both said main can and said main can hollow spindle being provided with a plurality of apertures therethrough, said auxiliary can being provided with an auxiliary can spindle having a bottom end portion provided with a recess adapted to receive a top end portion of said main can hollow spindle when said main can is assembled with said auxiliary can, said auxiliary can being provided with an auxiliary can outside cylindrical wall having the same inside diameter as the inside diameter of said main can, said bottom plate being provided with a plurality of apertures passing therethrough, said auxiliary can further comprising a movable bottom plate mounted on said auxiliary can hollow spindle in such a condition that said movable bottom plate is capable of sliding along said auxiliary can spindle.
- 4. Dyeing apparatus according to claim 3, wherein said main can further comprises a ring shaped edge formed at the top end of said main can, a ring shaped groove formed in said ring shaped edge, an upper lid slidably mounted on said main can hollow spindle, said upper lid being provided with a plurality of claws pivoted thereto at positions where said claws are capable of engaging said ring shaped groove, said auxiliary can being provided with a ring shaped expanded recess formed at the bottom end thereof adapted for engagement with said ring shaped edge, and at least one fastening means being provided for securing the engagement of said ring shaped edge portion of said main can and said ring shaped expanded recess of said auxiliary can.
- 5. A dyeing apparatus according to claim 4, wherein said pushing means comprises a pushing head capable of being displaced upwardly or downwardly, said pushing head being provided with an outside pushing head cylindrical wall open at the bottom thereof and an inside pushing head cylindrical wall open at the bottom thereof, said outside and inside pushing head cylindrical walls being coaxially disposed and provided with such diameters that when said pushing head is displaced downwardly said outside auxiliary can cylindrical wall is capable of entering into said outside pushing head cylindrical wall while said spindle of said auxiliary can is capable of entering into said inside pushing head cylindrical wall, said outside pushing head cylindrical wall being provided with an outwardly expanded skirt portion formed at the bottom edge portion thereof, said skirt portion being provided with an actuation means for actuating said fastening means to release the fastening action thereof, said outside pushing head cylindrical wall being provided with first catching means for catching a bottom end of said auxiliary can when said pushing head is displaced to a terminal position of the downward throw thereof, said inside pushing head cylindrical wall being provided with second catching means for catching said auxiliary can spindle.
- 6. A dyeing apparatus according to claim 3, wherein said filling means comprises a delivery mechanism, a turn plate turnably mounted at a floor level whereon said dyeing can can be positioned, displacing means for displacing said bottom plate of said dyeing can along the longitudinal axis thereof while said turn plate turns toward a predetermined direction in relation to the delivery speed of said bundles from said delivery mechanism.
- 7. A dyeing apparatus according to claim 3, wherein said dyeing means comprises a supply source and a liquid discharge conduit located at the bottom of said dyeing bath and wherein said dyeing means further comprises a hollow disc having an inside chamber, said hollow disc disposed at a bottom portion of said dyeing bath, said dyeing means including a cover for sealing the top opening of said bath, a dyeing liquid supply conduit disposed at a bottom of said bath in such a condition that it connects said inside chamber of said hollow disc with said supply source and said liquid discharge conduit, said hollow disc being provided with a horizontal plate having a plurality of apertures passing therethrough, said apertures being formed at the respective positions which align with the corresponding apertures of the main cans when said cans are deposited on said horizontal plate.
- 8. A dyeing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said arrangement means comprises a storage conveyor and a roller conveyor overlapped with a front end portion of said storage conveyor, a turn table being disposed at a position adjacent to said roller conveyor, transport means for transporting said main cans along said storage conveyor to said roller conveyer, displacement means for displacing said front end portion of said storage conveyor from a level above said roller conveyor to a level below said roller conveyor, transfer means for transferring said main can from said roller conveyor to said turn table, and driving means for turning said turn table for a predetermined angle about the center thereof.
- 9. A dyeing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said take-out means comprises a turn table for receiving a plurality of dyed main cans from said dyeing means, a second separation means for separating a lid from each main can, a conveyor for carrying said dyed main cans to a position corresponding to said second separation means, means for turning said turn table for a predetermined angle about the center thereof, means for transferring said main cans from said turn table to said conveyor one by one, means for stepwisely driving said conveyer, and means for turning over said main can after separating said lid from each main can, said turning over means being disposed at a position adjacent to a front end portion of said conveyer, and means for transferring said main can from said front end portion of said conveyor to said turning over means after separating said lid from each main can.
